Have been coming to Zombee for years, but had to finally leave a review after their incredible job on a dozen custom donuts for our son's 2nd bday. He loves donuts and the party was the Thomas the Train themed. Was an incredibly easy process where we just mentioned Thomas the Train and they ran with it. They came out exactly how we had hoped. Best part is they still tasted just as great as their normal donuts, so everyone loved them! These were also the "mini" option and they were still plenty big for kids and adults. We also opted for no filling and they still had plenty of flavor. Very affordable prices with no crazy markup. Zombee has always been a great local business and perfect for a donut and a coffee, but add them to the list if you ever need custom party treats as well!! read more

Zombee Donuts is a cute place that really took time with the decorations and theme. Unfortunately, the decor was the best part of my visit. I came by around 3:30pm and they did not have much of a selection. There was more empty space than donuts, but I made do and ordered 3 donuts and donut holes . Unfortunately, all were disappointing. I understand that they may not have been fresh, like made within the past hour or few hours, but they were old. I almost felt like they made them the day before. I appreciated that they threw in extra donut holes, but when I tried them, I wondered if they added extra just to get rid of old donuts. It was just very surprising how the bread was dry. This was my first visit, so maybe this is just how they make their donuts???? I don't know, but I know that they tasted old and have no plans of coming back. Ordered off the Too Good To Go app and it was seriously a steal! I literally just downloaded the app after I heard of it from a friend. My first experience was amazing! We received 7 donuts. All of which were still fresh! The lady at the counter was super sweet and gave my daughter a unicorn donut. I came into Zombee Donuts in Fullerton today a little after 4pm. Both the sign in the store and the online hours clearly say they close at 6pm, so I figured I had plenty of time to grab a donut and get some work done. There were a couple of other customers ahead of me, but by the time I paid and sat down, I was the only person inside. After getting settled, I went up to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The employee responded by saying they "were closing the dining area because they were very busy," which was confusing because again, I was the only person there, and it was still two hours before closing. I even have a photo showing the empty dining area at the time. I didn't want to argue since the employee already seemed dismissive, but it definitely felt like they just didn't want me sitting there. It's disappointing when a business posts hours and then effectively limits service well before closing, especially when customers come in planning to spend time there. I havent tried the donut because I really didnt want it. I needed somewhere to work and got a donut and was planning on having my friends meet me there for coffee, but customer service matters just as much. Hopefully management can address this so guests feel welcome during the hours the store advertises. read more

The doughnuts are a little bit pricey at $4 for the specialty ones with a fee, but they are fun and tasty as well. The staff were not too friendly and it was a little awkward when we were looking at doughnuts. We were the only ones in the shop and the staff were standing and watching us but never greeted us or said anything at all. The doughnuts were very good, though I was disappointed in the Nutella flavor. The doughnut was good, but I didn't taste any Nutella at all! Just chocolate. The bathroom situation was strange, which is why I posted a pic of the window from outside. Anyone from the nearby houses or a tall car could easily have seen in the window! Me and my partner went in as the name really caught our attention as we were driving around Fullerton. The theme really fits from the decorations, to the parking, to the donuts! We loved the themed parking signs even as we pulled in. We walked in and were greeted by Tony (think that's his name based on my receipt). He was extremely friendly and told us some of the most popular items. He was eager to strike up a conversation and I appreciated just how genuinely interested and engaged he was with the conversation. We got a toasted s'mores and a Nutella donut and they were TASTY! Definitely icing filled but the flavor was great. My partner got a Dead Elvis. He said it tasted a little bit like a Thai iced tea. It was really rich in flavor. The pumpkin spice donut was actually my favorite, I'm a pumpkin spice lover but lately I haven't been having luck with good pumpkin spice as it always seems to be super overpowering but this was perfection to me! The cashier was super nice and quick. The decor is really cute, there's a couple of tables to sit at. Overall it's a really cute spot to meet up with a friend and have a yummy treat! Loved this unique, zombie themed donut shop. It was fun with all of it's spooky, awesome decor. I was so glad I happened upon it. The donuts were not only cute and monster themed like zombie, coffin, snake, beetlejuice shapped they were so delicious! The bread was soft, and the icing was yummy. You have to love a themed donut shop! It was our first time visiting, we stopped in for a Valentine's Day treat. The young man at the counter was very friendly and patient with us as we asked about flavors and recommendations. They had a fun selection to choose from, the chocolate they use is so rich! Guys!! This such a little hidden donut gem! I am the type to bring donuts in to the office regularly. This happened to be the closest location at the time and I'm so happy I stopped in! It used to be an old house, and there is parking in the back! The donuts were hand crafted and when you walk in you want to try them all. I got a half regular/half speciality dozen. I arrived early for my pick-up from an app. I ordered a Coffin Bar for $4. The chocolate frosting is pretty good for a bar. Probably the best chocolate frosting for a donut bar. The description said it was a banana crème filled. The banana crème flavor was very faint, but overall; the bar was soft, the chocolate was rich, and the fried dough was soft like a pillow with no aftertaste of oil. The bathroom needed some paper towels. It is pretty warm in the establishment. I assume it is for the dough to rise. Which is understandable. I was watching a baseball game for an hour, but I did not mind waiting, The wait was worth it. The powdered donut is a lemon cake base, which is amazing, and so refreshing. The spider donut is just for show, but a safe choice if you want a glazed donut with a bit of chocolate. My brother enjoyed the other donuts too. I'll be back for sure. read more

I didn't know this type of donut chain existed nearly walking distance from my work! It had a vibe of one of my favorite donutteries: Voodoo Donuts, which only existed out of state when I first discovered them. Anyway, I'm more of a fan of these traditional fluffy Donuts, less of a fan of the 'cake' Donuts like Sidecar. Those are fine but for me it's all about the traditional fluffy donut! What I like about this shop is that they get super creative! I didn't get to see the actual store because the Donuts were catered but I did get to see a good variety. They had some maple bacon Donuts, a fruit loops donut, an oreo cookie donut, and the zombie man donut (which I assume is jelly filled). I personally am all about the Donuts with filling so I chose the eclair. I also tried the s'mores donut which I was hoping had a marshmallow center but alas, it was just a regular donut with marshmallow and Graham crackers on top. Still good tho. The eclair was filled with custard and it was delicious! I appreciate how they fill this donut from both ends so you don't just get a little bit of custard on one side.
