In your head, in your head Zombie, zombie, zombie What's in your head? In your head? Zombie, zombie, zombie, oh -Song by The Cranberries What's in your head? I know what's on my mind and it's the AMAZING donuts at Zombee Donuts. I was beyond excited to check this spot out and it did not disappoint! The donuts were the best around! I loved the crumb flavor so much! The best crumb donuts I've ever had. I can't rave enough about the fun vibes of this donut shop. It's spooky and I love it! Service was great. He was nice and patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I would be here every week if I lived closer! Soooo good! The donuts are very fresh and they even have vegan donuts!

    Dozen of custom "mini" donuts

Have been coming to Zombee for years, but had to finally leave a review after their incredible job on a dozen custom donuts for our son's 2nd bday. He loves donuts and the party was the Thomas the Train themed. Was an incredibly easy process where we just mentioned Thomas the Train and they ran with it. They came out exactly how we had hoped. Best part is they still tasted just as great as their normal donuts, so everyone loved them! These were also the "mini" option and they were still plenty big for kids and adults. We also opted for no filling and they still had plenty of flavor. Very affordable prices with no crazy markup. Zombee has always been a great local business and perfect for a donut and a coffee, but add them to the list if you ever need custom party treats as well!!

Zombee Donuts is a cute place that really took time with the decorations and theme. Unfortunately, the decor was the best part of my visit. I came by around 3:30pm and they did not have much of a selection. There was more empty space than donuts, but I made do and ordered 3 donuts and donut holes . Unfortunately, all were disappointing. I understand that they may not have been fresh, like made within the past hour or few hours, but they were old. I almost felt like they made them the day before. I appreciated that they threw in extra donut holes, but when I tried them, I wondered if they added extra just to get rid of old donuts. It was just very surprising how the bread was dry. This was my first visit, so maybe this is just how they make their donuts???? I don't know, but I know that they tasted old and have no plans of coming back. If I am going to pay crazy high prices for donuts, they should be at the very least fresh.

    Empty dining area

I came into Zombee Donuts in Fullerton today a little after 4pm. Both the sign in the store and the online hours clearly say they close at 6pm, so I figured I had plenty of time to grab a donut and get some work done. There were a couple of other customers ahead of me, but by the time I paid and sat down, I was the only person inside. After getting settled, I went up to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The employee responded by saying they "were closing the dining area because they were very busy," which was confusing because again, I was the only person there, and it was still two hours before closing. I even have a photo showing the empty dining area at the time. I didn't want to argue since the employee already seemed dismissive, but it definitely felt like they just didn't want me sitting there. It's disappointing when a business posts hours and then effectively limits service well before closing, especially when customers come in planning to spend time there. I havent tried the donut because I really didnt want it. I needed somewhere to work and got a donut and was planning on having my friends meet me there for coffee, but customer service matters just as much. Hopefully management can address this so guests feel welcome during the hours the store advertises.

The doughnuts are a little bit pricey at $4 for the specialty ones with a fee, but they are fun and tasty as well. The staff were not too friendly and it was a little awkward when we were looking at doughnuts. We were the only ones in the shop and the staff were standing and watching us but never greeted us or said anything at all. The doughnuts were very good, though I was disappointed in the Nutella flavor. The doughnut was good, but I didn't taste any Nutella at all! Just chocolate. The bathroom situation was strange, which is why I posted a pic of the window from outside. Anyone from the nearby houses or a tall car could easily have seen in the window! They should consider getting curtains.

Me and my partner went in as the name really caught our attention as we were driving around Fullerton. The theme really fits from the decorations, to the parking, to the donuts! We loved the themed parking signs even as we pulled in. We walked in and were greeted by Tony (think that's his name based on my receipt). He was extremely friendly and told us some of the most popular items. He was eager to strike up a conversation and I appreciated just how genuinely interested and engaged he was with the conversation. We got a toasted s'mores and a Nutella donut and they were TASTY! Definitely icing filled but the flavor was great. My partner got a Dead Elvis. He said it tasted a little bit like a Thai iced tea. It was really rich in flavor. It was a tad pricey, but for what they delivered I'm not surprised. We'll definitely be back for sure!

Zombee Donuts absolutely crushed it catering our recent business forum! From start to finish, everything was flawless, and delicious. The donuts were not only creative and fun (as always) but incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every guest had a favorite, from the signature Zombee classics to the seasonal specials, they disappeared in minutes! And the coffee? Bold, smooth, and just what we needed to kick off an early morning event. Working with Marie, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. She was professional, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived on time and looked amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her business -- and it shows in every bite and every detail. If you're looking to impress a group, whether it's a meeting, mixer, or major event, Zombee Donuts is the way to go. We're still getting compliments!

This place is amazing first time going and the service I got the moment I step in was amazing two gentleman's who were there this morning greet me and my daughters with such a warm welcome. Donuts are so delicious we will definitely be back soon

My favorite, the bacon, maple bar. I couldn't wait for my first bite. Lol.

Zombee donuts is definitely a Fullerton favorite! This adorable family owned place makes such unique and delicious beautiful donuts that can't be beat! They also have any kind of hot and cold beverage you would like and provide pup cups! Donuts are always fresh and they offer lots of gluten-free options and the service is with smiles all around. They have acute small indoor seating area with a great vibe as well. Don't be surprised or impatient if you have to wait in line on weekends or some mornings because it's definitely worth it!

Our first visit - included churro, maple bacon, maple old fashioned and jelly filled chocolate heart one.

Great donuts (and I am not a huge donut fan). Very fluffy and light - creative takes on classics. Also they have an espresso bar for delish coffee. Easy parking lot behind the shop, friendly service. About $30 for half a dozen (but these are big donuts - one was plenty).

Heads of unicorns for the win!

Absolutely delicious donuts! Service was great! Ambiance was scary (jk) skeletons everywhere. Tried the chocolate jelly filled heart donut. Really good. They are closed on Tuesdays. Try them out!!

It's been awhile since I have been to this doughnut shop! And this doughnut shop still has its act together! The doughnuts are still super fresh and creative! They still have the original and creative doughnuts! If you desire a sweet, then this place is a good place to drop into! Also plenty of parking in the street. There is also a small parking lot behind the shop! Cute area to eat inside! All with the zombie and horror theme!

I got so many pastries. There were no misses. My favorite of the bunch was the blueberry cake. The cake wasn't too sweet, was moist, fluffy, and tasty. I enjoyed the matcha cheesecake, garlic sea salt bread, and raspberry cruffin as well. I also grabbed an egg bacon bread and regular sea salt bread to-go for future breakfasts. Warmed up, these were great in the morning! To drink I had the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte which was not too sweet and yummy! Good matcha flavor and the banana pudding was creamy. Mixed together, it was good. I also enjoyed the crunchy bits in there as well as the real banana slices. I got it at the small size, but the portion was generous. It went well with the pastries. There's some inside seating and tables as well as a bathroom available. There is lots of free parking around the bakery. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was still packed! I love how the bakers were constantly baking even in the afternoon, so they brought out fresh batches of their pastries. The variety is definitely one of the strongest points here. We tried the Matcha Cruffin, Onion Cream Bread, and Three Cheese Bagel. The Onion Cream Bread was the best of the three. The cream was light and balanced well with the bread, but the onion flavor was pretty much lost. I could barely taste it. The Matcha Cruffin was disappointing. There was matcha powder on top, but absolutely no matcha filling inside. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or simply missed the filling in ours, but for something sold as a matcha cruffin, I expected an actual matcha presence beyond the topping. The Three Cheese Bagel, made with cheddar, cream cheese, and mozzarella, had good flavor but the texture was much too hard. We were dining in and had it warmed up, yet the bread was still tough and the cheese inside had already hardened. Service was fine, but nothing stood out. Overall, great selection and a nice space, but the pastries we tried were inconsistent.

The banana matcha was good too, although it could've used a little more banana foam this time. The lines can get pretty long, so I was glad it wasn't too busy today. My favorites are the fish sandwich pastry and the jalapeño cheddar pastry. This time I also tried the salt and cookie butter croissant, the s'mores Danish, the Nutella banana Danish, and the turkey and cheese croissant. Everything was good except the turkey and cheese croissant, it was way overcooked for my liking, so I probably wouldn't order that one again. Overall, a good bakery with consistently tasty pastries and drinks.

The day I picked up my cupcakes, I noticed they looked different from the online pictures (but whatever, they still looked cute). I also noticed they gave me a wrong flavor (I ordered chocolate whiskey and they gave me caramel something instead). I made the mistake known to the cashier but she looked so confused and said "yeah.. thats the chocolate whiskey" which it clearly wasn't because there was caramel slathered on top and did not match the online description and the in person display. I showed the cashier the description and referenced the in person display and the cashier still seemed confused and said "yeah... thats the chocolate whiskey. What would you like me to do?" And I had to spell it out for her and say "take these caramel ones out and replace them with the ones I ordered" and had to point and all and the cashier just said "oh okay." It was super weird and frustrating. Anyways, taste wise- the alcohol infused cupcakes don't really have a flavor of alcohol and the batter kind of tastes like the box mix. Lately, Dubai chocolate cookies have been extremely popular and trendy, so I asked whether this bakery had them. They said yes, so I bought one for $6.75. However, when I tried it this morning, it was absolutely not a Dubai chocolate cookie. It was basically just a chocolate pie. There was no pistachio flavor at all, and no pistachios inside--just a very ordinary chocolate pie. That part was extremely disappointing. Also, yesterday I asked the bakery if they could provide paper plates so we could cut and share the pastries, but she said they didn't have any. Other bakeries usually provide paper plates, so it was disappointing as well.
