I stopped in for a ham and cheese and a powder strawberry cream donut for a patient of mine. Good service from the lady at the counter. Greeted me with a nice smile and explained what they had to offer since it was my first time here. The ham and cheese looked extra long. As you can see in the pictures, it is mostly fluffy layers of croissant which was very delicious. Nice a crisp on the outside. Powdered heart shaped strawberry with cream donut. My patient said it was delicious and refreshing with the fresh fruit inside. Prices are higher with specialty creations which I expect. The only thing I wish I was told was the convenience fee with card use (50 cents) that I saw in my receipt after print out. I would have paid for it anyways but it's always nice if staff to inform the customer beforehand. Fun place for donuts and reasonably priced. read more

Normally this place is amazing. But recently I had one of the worst customer service/ rudeness in years. The server refused to finish my order. I had gotten my donuts but not my mocha / he just simply ignored the mocha and served several other customers instead. I was looking to satisfy my sweet tooth and I was near the Cal State Fullerton area so this place popped up on my YELP app. I wasn't able to try the famous Voodoo Donuts in Portland due to long lines there, so I thought this place might be somewhat similar. They had a decent collection of donuts but not really much difference in terms of variety or being outlandish as compared to a normal donut shop. I decided to get an eyeball, caramel apple, and cookies N scream donut. Eyeball- This was a red velvet donut with vanilla icing and a chocolate ganache donut hole. Sadly this donut was dry and was a major let down in terms of taste. Caramel Apple- This was an apple chunk filled donut with caramel icing and peanuts in the hole with an apple chip. It was extremely sweet and was just ok in terms of taste. Cookies N Scream- This was the best donut that I tried out of the bunch. It was a regular glazed donut filled with cream and topped with vanilla icing and crumbled oreos. Everything was fresh! Overall I thought the donuts here were just ok in terms of taste. The pricing is on the high side, $8.75 for all 3 of the donuts. These donuts are slightly more fancier than a regular donut shop that charges a $1 a donut, however they were just ok taste wise. They definitely need to re-evaluate their pricing and offer fresher products with a bit more pizzazz. read more

We had a wonderful visit to Zombee Donuts this week. Were happy to find a small parking lot behind the shop. The server was very well informed on all their specialty donuts and patiently gave us a detailed explanation of each one we asked about. They had a nice selection of coffee and what I call "foo foo" coffees. I am an old timer, so just regular coffee is fine for me.
