Honestly my wife is a huge PTA mom and has really wanted to come here on our off time cause this establishment donates donuts to our local school. I just went here yesterday and I got two donuts that had raw dough in the middle!! I got the Hostess cupcake donut and the s'mores donut. Both with raw dough. I only got a picture of the hostess donut that I opened up to see the raw dough. I was so excited to get donuts at this cute place! I will never buy from here again! It is so Fun to listen to children deciding on which donut to buy. "Ooh, should I get the Vampire or the Mummy?" LOL Used to be really cute inside, decorated with Pink and Black. I have had Zombee Donuts a few times for my friends special events and loved them. This past week Vanessa made magic happen for me at my wedding! I had an issue with my wedding dessert vendor and Zombee Donuts to the rescue! We had a wonderful visit to Zombee Donuts this week. Were happy to find a small parking lot behind the shop. The server was very well informed on all their specialty donuts and patiently gave us a detailed explanation of each one we asked about. They had a nice selection of coffee and what I call "foo foo" coffees. I am an old timer, so just regular coffee is fine for me. We sat down in their themed sitting area and enjoyed our donuts and coffee. Each was delicious and we highly recommend that everyone visit. read more

If you have ever been to Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland, this place will give you déjà vu. This shop has creative, Halloween-themed donuts that taste as good as they look. The donuts were so fluffy and tasted bomb. Some are cake-y too if you're into that. They were fresh too and that's important because nobody wants to bite into a stale donut. I love specialty donuts and man the Circus Animal and S'mores flavor were delicious! Can't go wrong with the classic glazed either, and of course I had to get the Zombee Donut for obvious reasons! They had a Coffin Donut which was pretty much a Boston creme painted like a coffin. They also had a Monster Donut that was shaped like Frankenstein and is the icing is actually infused with the Monster energy drink! I love Voodoo Doughnuts so this place caught my attention. So I'm trying to cut down on dairy (yeah, we all are as we age and gain intolerance to cows milk and gluten I guess) and I figured I should try the vegan and non vegan donuts here at Zombee. Honestly? There's not a lot of difference between the "real" donuts and the vegan ones. Thrilling for me because donuts, bacon, and butter are some of the only things keeping me from veganism. Their dozen specialty donuts are delicious and fun for a GREAT value. When I arrived to pick them up, they handed me two boxes. I asked "are these two for me?" They said "yes we gave you a few extra since we have leftovers." The boxes were sealed, so I thought maybe all twelve didn't fit in one box so maybe there's 2-3 extra donuts. This brings me to the purpose of this comment about Zombee Donuts, and a small act of heroism performed there by Evelyn on behalf of me and my daughter. My daughter wanted a special donut from Zombee so we biked over. I was carrying her in my arms and, upon ordering, my daughter (4yo) said she felt she was choking. That was impossible as she hadn't eaten anything in 30 minutes. What I realized a moment too late is that that meant she had to throw up, which she did on my shoulder, down my back, and onto the floor. I was mortified. Evelyn reacted in a combination of speed and a compassion beyond her years. As I hustled my daughter outside and to the bike carrier, Evelyn came to the door to check on us and give us the donut. I offered twice to clean up the floor and she refused my help, and did not react with total disgust to what we had just done.
