Nice breakfast spot in Brea! Pretty pricey but some good finds on the menu. The salmon deli sandwich on jalapeno bagel was so good. Maybe a tad bit too much cream cheese but I know some people love that. The donuts didn't seem as fresh on a Saturday morning. First time here and unfortunately pretty disappointed. I ordered two dozen donuts and asked them to choose a variety, specifically mentioning old-fashioned. I ended up with only one old-fashioned per box, while most of the rest were tiny sprinkle cake donuts, despite plenty of larger options in the case. The boxes even looked partially empty because the donuts were so small. It honestly felt like a cheap-out move, and I felt shortchanged. The chocolate sprinkle donut I tried was also bland with barely any chocolate flavor. Not a great first impression, and I probably won't be back. I also left a tip to show appreciation but when I saw what they gave me I definitely did not feel appreciated as a customer. read more

Everything was so good! We saw it on the Brea Now page this morning. Kevin was great to watch. We've been coming to this location for years. But obviously missed its transition of owners. Very disappointed with this Donut Shop. I have been coming here for the past 2 years since moving to Brea with my wife and kids. Breakfast bagels and donuts have always been delicious. In the past my wife has told me that the total when paying doesn't add up, and seems too expensive. I've always dismissed it thinking they're just taxes. (Never paying attention to the cashier) Today I only ordered the House deli sandwich which cost $12.96. When the cashier was inputting my order I saw she added an arrowhead water and extras to my sandwich. The total came out to $17.95, when I asked her why it was so expensive for a sandwich she apologized and removed the extras. The total than came out too $15.30 Before paying I knew she hadn't removed the water. I did not say anything and tested her integrity to see if she'd give me a water bottle with my Sandwich. That did not happen. Please beware of this donut shop, ask for your receipts and be vigilant when the cashier is inputting your order. I understand that times are hard, but this is not the correct way to treat your customers. I will no longer be supporting to this business. read more

Donuts were good. Croissant sandwiches are made in house and is very good for a quick breakfast. The avocado smoothie is made with real fruit and no added sugar. We got a mixed dozen donuts & we wish we would have gotten more! They were so fresh and yummy! The selection was on the smaller variety side, but the price was extremely reasonable! Love the owners but they run this place just like it looks, like a "mom and pop" shop. An example is charging the customer to use a credit card , just raise the prices of the donuts if you're not covering your margins. Passing these fees onto your customers just leaves a bad taste (pun intended) on the experience and your donuts . You'd find customers are more likely to come and support you when they like you, versus sneaking in these types of fees each time. I hope this is not complaining. I've created, owned and sold a multitude of concepts in the hospitality space... and eventually fell in love with restaurant tech. Just trying to be helpful and this is unsolicited ...but just hate to see good people lose business this way. read more
