Love the owners but they run this place just like it looks, like a "mom and pop" shop. An example is charging the customer to use a credit card , just raise the prices of the donuts if you're not covering your margins. Passing these fees onto your customers just leaves a bad taste (pun intended) on the experience and your donuts . You'd find customers are more likely to come and support you when they like you, versus sneaking in these types of fees each time. I hope this is not complaining. I've created, owned and sold a multitude of concepts in the hospitality space... and eventually fell in love with restaurant tech.
