I came late, like a couple hours before closing, but they still had a decent selection of donuts available. They all had a beautiful presentation and looked delicious, but I managed to narrow it down to a chocolate cronut and a maple bacon raised donut. The cronut was generously dipped in a deliciously decadent chocolate and was very good. The maple bacon donut base was light and fluffy, but the bacon would have complemented the flavor profile better if the grease were patted down before it was sprinkled on top. You can see from the photo that it's still quite shiny (greasy). They do have breakfast sandwiches as well as grab and go meals and snacks if you're looking for something a bit more filling or healthier than donuts. This visit was definitely better than my first one, so I'll keep Station Donuts in mind next time I'm at n the mood for a donut.

I tend to stop by donut shops in the afternoon in search of something sweet to go with my afternoon coffee. Even an hour before closing, MJ's donut selection was still pretty good and they were still very fresh, light, and fluffy. I chose my usual favorites: the old fashioned bar and maple bar and I was told I could add one more for $4 total. Who could resist that? I asked her to surprise me with the third one and I really was surprised to discover an apple fritter in my bag when I got home. Such a decadent and delicious treat! The shop itself has the typical donut shop vibe, but MJ is what makes your visit here seem special and welcoming. Definitely my favorite donut shop because of her :)

There were 2 croissants left and I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. There were a few donuts and I asked for the maple bar. She rang my order up and went into the back to prepare the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was ready a few minutes. The croissant breakfast was very good. I quickly polished it off. Followed by the maple bar. It was tasty as well. Prices were reasonable. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was the lack of selection for the donuts. But to be fair at noon a donut shop isn't likely to sell enough more in the afternoon to justify making up any additional batches. Id return, especially for the croissant breakfast sandwich.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when the dough develops a crusty texture on the outside. The entire bar needs to be soft, and this one nailed that. The maple frosting added the right touch and didn't flake off like some other donut shops. Another thing I loved was the size. I don't need a "mega" maple bar. I want one that's easy to hold in my hand and that I can finish in one sitting. There wasn't anyone up front when I entered, but they quickly came from behind and helped me. There was even a little surprise in the bag, which I didn't even notice until I got to my car. The place was clean, and parking was good, although I came from Stater Bros, which doesn't have an in-house bakery. I'm not in the area very often, but when I am, I would stop here again for another maple bar.
