I personally thought the donut was a bit too airy - the fluffiness depended a bit too much on air rather than the dough texture. I thought I could taste a slight nice tang from the sourdough, but I may have imagined it (it is was so faint). I did like the crispness of the outside due to it being fried fresh and the berry flavors of the glaze really came through!

When she finished my transaction, she went over to finish chatting with a customer. When I noticed a few ceramic coffee mugs hanging on the wall, I asked if they belonged to their regular customers. Indeed they were, one of whom she happened to be chatting with. Gotta love that!
