I understand that Sunday breakfast service can be extremely busy, and I recognize that the staff may have been overwhelmed. However, the lack of acknowledgment during that time was disappointing. Once our server, Victoria, arrived, we placed our order right away. We ordered two mimosas, a coffee, an orange juice, a ribeye breakfast, and the Salmon Benedict. It took about seven minutes to receive our beverages, and by the time our food arrived, both meals were cold. When Victoria stopped by and asked if everything was okay, my partner politely let her know that our food was cold. Rather than apologizing or showing any concern, her response was, "Would you like me to microwave it?" That comment was surprising and honestly insulting. At no point did she apologize, acknowledge the issue, or take ownership of the situation. Offering to microwave a cold meal is not the level of hospitality or customer service I would expect from a full-service restaurant. I came to your establishment expecting to enjoy a quality sit-down breakfast with good food and professional service. Instead, I left feeling disappointed by both the food and the way the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, especially during busy shifts, but how those mistakes are addressed is what defines good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. He always takes a minute to come say hi and actually talk with you, which is a rare quality these days. The servers are all nice and the service is great.
