This place is amazing! I always get a build your own salad option instead of any of the menu choices. To start, I love that there are so many options for the salad base. Choices of lettuce, spinach, kale or quinoa, or a combination of two bases. I always choose romaine lettuce and spinach. From there, you pick 6 toppings. There are so many to choose from. Some of the toppings are an extra charge, and if you choose more than six toppings, you will be charged. I had a couple of items that were extra and still, my salad was just over $11. Not bad!! For me, the salad is big enough for two meals. Everything is so fresh and I love a chopped salad over one that's not chopped. I will be back! read more

I went in at 7:45 thinking they close at 9, not 8. I apologized for the mix up but the cashier rolled her eyes and let me know they were "out" of everything. I ordered two salads both with chicken and she confirmed they had chicken but no dressing. When I got my salads, one had no chicken and the other had 4 little cubes, not the normal amount. I was still charged for chicken on both salads. It was clear she was very annoyed that I was there before closing and when I apologized and said thank you she said nothing and walked to the back. Regardless of if you are closing in 3 hours or 5 minutes, every customer should have a good experience. You are being paid to be there - this is a job! read more

Stick with the salads , the quesadillas are bad and the wrap I just had tasted like a very bad egg salad , the lettuce was mushy and gross . Took couple of bites and I felt nauseous. Just tossed $20 in the trash. read more

It's like a subway of salads. The food was good. A little pricey. But overall a good experience. I would like to see a little bit more lettuce with my meal but over all I'd eat there again. Not sure of pricing Cuz I ate salad from here that was catered. But if I was craving a salad, I think this is a great place to come for a salad that's actually filling. My favorite was the Greek one, because it had little slivers of olives super well incorporated, so it gave a salty/tangy taste with every bite. This place is vegan friendly IF you get most toppings on the side, no salad is vegan as is. Tried this place on a whim, with a coupon. It was a little hard to find--its next to Wabu on Temecula Parkway, a small little joint with minimal indoor seating. The salads are delicious, flavorful, and deceptively larger than they appear. So far, I've tried the Asian, the BBQ, and the salmon. The Asian is my favorite so far. My son had a wrap. Those are served warm with rice and beans inside. It was a good size and he enjoyed it. The staff is friendly. Place is ultra clean. A unique addition to this end of Temecula. I was craving a Cobb salad and found this little place after searching for "best Cobb salad in Temecula." Wow, this was right on! I ordered online for pickup and liked that there were so many options. I subbed out iceberg/Romaine for iceberg/spinach and left all other ingredients the same. First time in and if you are a person that loves salads this is your place. The staff was very polite and friendly and guided us through the menu's faire. You can build your own salad or pick some of their pre selected products. The food was fresh and is created when you order not prepackaged. The bowls are good size and very filling. Let me start off by saying I am so happy that Temecula has a healthy, to-go option for food! This is huge! I was so excited to come here; I have been to one other ChopStop location (this is a franchise chain, I believe) near Los Angeles. My salad took less than 5 minutes to prepare, which was amazing! I am a little disappointed in the extremely small portion of chicken. As a premium item, I was expecting at least one chicken piece in even just every other bite, especially because this item costs extra. This might be my new addiction!! Chop Stop makes it possible to have a new salad every day of the year. There are so many combinations to try and the portions are generous (very filling!) My first visit was to Chop Stop (off of Temecula Parkway) after they had been open for just a few days. The staff was immediately friendly and explained the menu (build your own, chop-urritos, and signature chopped salad options). We ordered the garlic chopped chicken salad and they were delicious! Though, I heard the chipotle dressing is made fresh in house and a must try...so that's coming up next. Today I had the chopped Caesar and it didn't disappoint. The food is fast, fresh, and delish. I typically absolutely love this salad shop and order from here frequently at work. Lately, they have made a few changes that aren't as great... the bowls have changed, and the portions seem to have gotten significantly smaller! My favorite quick salad spots. The area does not have enough salad stores but Chop Stop is the king of salad joints. It is like the chipotle of salads. You can make your own or choose one of the preset salads. I also like to try new ones each time and every single one is yummy. The salad is a big serving and usually run around $10-12 which is a steal for salads if this size and taste. It's perfect for on the run or to bring home. I chose the option to build my salad...it can get pricey after you choose more than 6 toppings though. This is the worst place I've ever been to! I ate a couple bites of a salad and it was very bland, so I requested a different salad and they refused to give me a replacement because I already ate a few bites of it! The girl Was rude and came outside to ask if I was going to pay for the other salad and I was actually shocked that they refused to offer customer service! Found out about this place via mailer so we decided to give it a try. We had two salads. One was the Santa Fe salad and it was extremely delicious. The lime dressing was very strong in the lime which I absolutely love. We also had a make your own salad and we really liked it too. The salad bowl was not filled all the way to the top which was not an issue because the salad was packed in very well in there. It was a very nice size portion of food. I would definitely be frequenting this place often. I am glad I decided to give it a try. I would recommend you do the same. read more

Delicious, healthy choice. Lots of options from letting them make a custom salad to delicious pre-selected salads (and you can customize them, too). My wife has dietary sodium restrictions and Thomas went through all the nutritional information for each ingredient and house salads to let her know how much sodium was in each thing. I really wanted to like this place. It's clean and the people are friendly and it's healthy. But I've been 2x now and I've basically bought a $12 bowl of lettuce. The ingredients serving sizes are super skimpy and I'll be better off going to a fancy restaurant for my salads and pay the same. They up charge .80 cents for most of the popular ingredients if you want to add more. I won't be going back, unfortunately. All I can say is wow chop shop is impressing me with every bite . I got the blue cheese salad and it's come with every topping that I would ever want to put on it I didn't even had to add anything.
