I ordered from Chop Stop expecting their usual portion size, but was really disappointed. The bowl I received was noticeably smaller than their standard bowls. When I called, they told me they had run out of their regular bowls and were using smaller ones instead. That's honestly not acceptable if you're going to charge full price, the portion should stay consistent. This defeats the whole point of ordering from a franchise where you expect the same experience every time. If supplies are an issue, customers should be informed upfront or pricing should reflect the change. Otherwise, it feels misleading. Really disappointing experience. read more

I was looking for a quick bite to eat and decided on Chop Stop. I've always seen this place but never went. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and provided with a quick lesson on how the menu works. They have a surprisingly large selection of add-ins for the build-your-own salads but we decided on a couple of their menu suggestions and ordered the Santa Fe Chop and the Cobb Chop. We sat down and our order was delivered to our table. I was pleasantly surprised by both salads. The Cobb Chop had all of the traditional items such as bacon, chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, etc and was tossed with a delicious blue cheese dressing. The Santa Fe Chop had a nice mix of chicken, avocado, pepper jack, corn, black beans and tortilla strips tossed in a cilantro lime dressing. The servings were filling and I was pleased to see the bowls were biodegradable. My only complaint is that the salads were chopped a bit too much for my liking and I wish the cilantro lime dressing would have been creamier rather than vinaigrette style. But other than that, I'll definitely give them another visit when I'm looking for a nice light meal. read more

We ordered online and I found out that there was a 6 topping minimum after deselecting tomatoes in my bowl and clicking update for the cart. I decided to replace the tomatoes with edamame and just made the salad spinach instead of lettuce. We then headed off to pick up our order and when I went in, there was no one at the counter. I waited for a couple of seconds and then a worker came out. I gave the name for the order and it was wrapped up and ready to go. The salad was a good healthy choice from all the foods I have already eaten for the new year, but I wished the salmon wasn't bland. The flavoring mostly came from the balsamic dressing that came with the salad and I didn't realize there were going to be so much cilantro that overpowered the taste of the salad in general here and there as I scooped up food to my mouth. Definitely would give this place another try and maybe customize my order more according to my tastebuds. read more

I went to this location yesterday because they are shutting the doors down to the Burbank location. The cleanliness is great, parking is abundant and staff seem friendly. It wasn't busy when I went in and when I drove all the way home I was extremely disappointed to find my salad in a Chopurrito bowl instead of the round original salad bowl they have ALWAYS used. I couldn't even mix my salad dressing without everything spilling over the sides. This caused me to have to use a bowl to pour everything in. Not cool. I've been going to Chop Stop forever so please don't gas light me on the appropriate bowl for the salad because I am well aware. Meh, wasn't worth the trip because of that disappointment. Walked in and told the lady it was our first time and we needed a min to decide. She was nice and explained the way to order. I was getting excited and hungry. Then the bad news - their machine wasn't working so we needed to pay cash. nowadays we don't normally carry cash. There is never a visit where the staff (Jae, Nelson & Eric and the other staff) are always at their friendliest and may I mention the awesome goodness of their salad! So glad I found this place and it's much closer to my house! Plenty of parking space and there's an option to build your own salad! I change up my ingredients every visit and pair up with the in-house cilantro dressing, it is fabulous! Highly recommended! To ensure keeping the freshness of their produce, they do keep their dining area cooler so be prepared to dress warm if you plan to eat in the restaurant. Discovered Chop-Stop Glendale recently. Wow!, service is wonderful, and the food is great. I love consuming food that I don't feel guilty eating when I'm done. The salads are awesome, and you can choose from several that they have on their menu, or create your own. They also make burrito bowls and something called a Nini, which is a grilled wrap with many of their salad items mixed in. I love the grilled Cobb one myself. This restaurant has a self drink bar, with all you can drink, and there is plenty of seating inside and a patio outside. I truly recommend Chop-Stop. read more

The place is very clean and has enough parking to get to. Staff were wonderful and it's looked like a chill spot to grab lunch. I tried the Salmon chop and the Asian chop and both were very tasty. Those were the positives, but sadly this place made me have to give a few negatives. The portions of the meat in the salads were pretty small. They were good! But for the price they sold each salad for, it does not seem to make it worth it for me for that high a price. The quality wasn't enough for it to be that price for me as well. read more

No sauce came with the salad even though sauce was selected, ordered double chicken and somehow got even less chicken than a single. As a side note I've been coming here since 2019 and it's very obvious ownership has changed. If you can avoid this place do so if you value your money. this place is so good! i have been to many chop stops in different areas but i like this area a lot more. i was craving a salad and you really can't go wrong with chop stop! my favorite is the bbq chicken salad. it is so yummy and absolutely fresh! i like to add the sauces on the side so i can apply the dressing to my salad. their bbq sauce is soo good! as you walk in the shop, i notice how clean the area is. the lovely lady at the cashier who helped me with my order was friendly and quick to order. parking is super easy and convenient. read more

Also - they forgot to include the croutons on one of our salads, when we got home and opened the bag it was too late. So disappointing. The salad was pretty bland. Nothing exciting.
