My mom loves coming here when we're choosing a place to hangout, and I can kinda see why. The food is great, the fries are to die for, and they also have a pretty solid beer selection.. That being said, the service is always kind of hit or miss depending on the day. I've also tried a lot of their beers that they offer, and I still find myself searching for something just a tiny bit lighter than their current selection. I haven't really found one here yet that fully hits the spot for me. Overall though, the food keeps us coming back. This is a local spot. It's located within the neighborhood. They have a few bites and a small selection of substantial food if you're hungrier. I was very impressed with their selection of local beers behind the bar. If it's not busy, it seems like they let you sit anywhere. There is bar seating but also tables and booths, with a friendly server going around and making sure everyone has what they need. We tried the soup to go with the beer but we were mostly interested in the beer. read more

Food was delicious, but service could've used some help. Once we arrived, we sat at one of the booths. It's been a while since we've been here and couldn't remember if we ordered at the bar or if we had to order at our table. We went to the bar and he handed us the menus. Didn't say anything and continued to help the person in front of us. When the guy finished paying, we were next and there was no hi or anything. Just "I'll take your order at your table." I looked at my wife and said, ok. Back to the booth we go. We proceeded back to the table, looked over the menus and he arrived to take our order. We ordered the Drunken Nachos, Hawaiian Sweet and Spicy Wings and the Natalie Bites. We also ordered to drink a Pliny the Younger and an orange juice for our daughter. After, he proceeded to another table and take their order too. He went back to the bar to punch in the orders (not ours) and came back to our table to ask what we ordered again. Probably should've written it down if taking multiple orders and couldn't remember. When he got our order again, he went back to the bar and two other people arrived to sit at the bar. Proceeded to help them and serve them their drinks first. Keep in mind we were about 10 minutes in already and no waters were at the table either. Overall, this is not what we expected from We're Pouring and we're hoping that it was just an off day even though it wasn't even busy the day we went. We've been here several times before as I love craft beer and never received this kind of service. Tortilla soup is one of the best I've ever had. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich has ruined all others for me. Every time I get one anywhere else, it doesn't hold up to We're Pouring. Then there's the tap list. I've been drinking craft beer for 25 years and very few places have a tap list this good. A lot of the ones who were close are long gone. Always the best IPAs around, a few high ABV monsters to scratch that itch, and some light drinkers if you're in the mood for that. We're Pouring is a can't miss spot. This pub always has the best beer selection. Lots of heavy adjunct stouts, fruited sours, and everything in between. The breweries they carry is impressive. Definitely a great local watering hole if you're in the area of Glendale. The pizza and wings are solid but you can never go wrong with the friend pickles. I will give four stars because our waitress Isabel was very professional, the other employee wearing a baseball jersey with the name Ronin in the back is unprofessional and uneducated. Our food was not served completely. Sandwich is missing, I approached him to let him know. He cuts you off and tells you they have a party of 49 to attend to and can cancel part of my other. Got together for happy hour with some middle school classmates at We're Pouring recently. I had not heard of this place before but we enjoyed our time at this low key gastropub. Several of my classmates got blondes and multiple refills of them so that was a hit. We ordered a handful or so appetizers to share. Fries ($6), pork rinds ($5.50), buffalo wings ($10.50), margherita pizza ($15) and the Natalie bites ($15.50). The appetizers I tried were really good. The pork rinds are fried fresh and arrive hot & tasty. We asked for salt & vinegar for dipping. The Natalie Bites were great. They are essentially garlic pizza bites with pepperoni & pepperoncini. This comes with pizza sauce for dipping. I really liked this app and would certainly order it again. We sat at the communal tables outside. It got cool enough later in the evening to ask the staff (Anthony?) to turn the patio heaters on. Service was great from Anthony. He was a good sport and checked in on us often, got our refills squared away & handled our 3 rounds of food orders. Parking is in their private lot. About 6-8 spaces available only as the tent covered tables take up most of the parking lot. Street parking also available. This is a nice quiet place to unwind after work. The fish tacos are now too spicy for our kids to eat. Some of the servers are kind, but we've also started to have mixed experiences with the servers. After skimming the menu and consulting with our waiter, We settled on the blue cheese burger and the "bruddah yeah" both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Pro tip: the burgers come a la carte, so if you're looking for fries with your burger, make sure you say so. Other than that, super delicious and juicy. The Natalie bites were such a hit! Crispy flat bread pieces, with pepperoni and peppers and a side of marinara...so good. I can definitely see myself here with a beer in hand and a pile of those bites. Definitely an unexpected winner. I'm a sour beer kind of girl and We're pouring had a few. I don't remember either of the names but one was more fruit forward while the other one was more reminiscent of wine. Both were wonderful. Great customer service is the way to my heart and our waiter was great! He knew the menu well and answered any and all questions we had. The food was brought out mighty fast and we were in and out within an hour. Such a great little place! Found We're Pouring on Yelp. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, delicious food, and tasty beer!! We each ordered burgers and fries. The fries weren't very special but the burgers were wonderful! Perfect bun to meat ratio with a tender bun and fresh meat. We each had the Fremont Dark Star on Nitro. Did we get there at the end of the shift ? Because it was 5 of us and all of our burgers were literally burnt. We didn't say anything because we didn't feel like having to wait for a second round , we were starving so we ate it. But man, it says on the menu all burgers are made medium. It was literally burnt to the max . I couldn't even taste the blue cheese. We ordered truffle fries, which was only regular fries with a tiny bit of truffle oil flavor. The fries were fresh . The best thing here was the Brussels sprouts 5/5. Everything else was 3 including the service. We asked for extra ketchup and never got it . You can tell they work as a team, always stepping in to help each other out, and their good chemistry shows through the service they provide. I found this little hidden gem in Glendale on a Sunday afternoon and turned out to be a pleasant visit. Parking can be found on the street but read signs before, were i found parking it was for a 2 hour limit. It was after the fact, I found out they do offer parking but its very limited and the outdoor seating takes up the rest of parking spots. Ambiance, there was a hand written sign posted on the door to "see waiter first no self-seating" so when I walked in, I waited a few minutes before someone made an appearance at the register. I was given the menu and then was told I could pick anywhere to sit, which I decided to stay indoors as it was a hot day. Staff was nice overall. vibes are very chill, you can either dress up or down, doesn't matter how you show up, really. Indoors, they have a few TV's and an area where you can sit by the bar, plenty of empty seats when I arrived. Outdoors you can see that majority of family and friends were hanging out. It is also dog and kid friendly. My waiter approached me and offered me to start off with drinks, in which I decided I wanted to try out a flight selection. I picked four out of their tap selection: "Peachy Keen" 7% sour, citrus strong and crisp. "Pineapple Mana wheat" 5.5% smooth yet strong and very refreshing, my fav out of the batch. "the lightest one" 4.8% smooth and light for sure, "714" blonde 4.8% also light and smooth, enjoyed them all. As for the food selection: I went ahead and ordered "fried pickles" and a "Blue Cheese Burger" Both tasted delicious to me, I really enjoyed the dipping sauce the fried pickles came with. I also indulged in the burger, it has bacon and crumbles of blue cheese, made right and the bun had a hint of sweet taste to compliment all flavors together. Servers are really nice and accommodating. We tried the fried chicken sandwich (must get), fried pickles and fish taco. For a beer pub, the food was exceptional. I got the fried chicken sandwich and fries for lunch. I'm giving the chicken sandwich a 2 out of 5 due to the chicken in my sandwich was very rubbery and harder to chew. It definitely was not right. Fried Chicken sandwiches are my top 3 favorite so I've tried everyone. I felt the sauce over powers the entire sandwich as a whole and that's all you taste. The fries were amazing a 5/5. I just think it was my batch of chicken I got because my buddy's was the complete opposite the day before. Staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. Best pub I've ever been to! Lots of craft beer selection and the food is delicious! We ordered a pizza and it was thin-crust and perfectly crispy, not greasy at all. And they have RANCH DRESSING! We also ordered the mild chicken sandwich which was extra crispy and not spicy for people like me who like things plain. Did I dip that in ranch? Heck yes. They have iced tea which was good and the bartender Anthony was a chill guy and gave excellent customer service. To end the night we ordered churros and it was delicious too, a nice sweet ending. Also, they do have sports playing on multiple large TV's. Parking is extremely limited in the lot (max 6 vehicles) but there is street parking available. This is a great taproom with a very good selection of beers and a very nice food menu, tried the pizza there and it was great, I've been there multiple times and enjoyed all my visits, I also get my growlers to fill often, and the only reason for this to be a perfect 5 is that on my last visit to fill my growler I realized after I got to my place that the growler wasn't full, and usually I get it sealed and labeled but not this time. Wonderful tap list here--incredibly diverse and well-curated. Diversity of styles, strong local flavor--everything you'd want in a list. One of the few places I found a decent stout out here. I did not particularly enjoy hanging out in the interior of the brewery though. Music was just a weird mix of heavy metal, reggae and rap--not exactly bad songs but just a weird mélange. Food was disappointing as well--soggy fried pickles and some weird deconstructed pizza bites that I did not enjoy. A quiet local pub in Glendale. There was a lot of space and it's great for large parties or intimate dates. There was indoor and outdoor seating. It's located away from the main Glendale attractions. This isn't a sports bar, so it's much more mellow. For the hour I was there, the staff was attentive and food was good. I had the knife and fork fish tacos --- and as the name implies, eat with utensils. I don't really drink, but I see a large variety of beers.
