TVs, indoor and outdoor seating, AC, and really bomb taco guy outside. Service is great. Love it here! I'm so impressed by the tacos outside. Can't go wrong with any order. My favorite is the Wagyu from the trio street tacos.

With a couple hours of free time in Pasadena, Stone Brewing Tap Room is a great place to stop for some drinks while getting laptop work done (they have wifi!), read a book, or doomscroll in a beautiful patio space watching comer & goers from the train station. I went solo but they have tables in tons of sizes so group hangs and dates are good here, too! Personally, I love a good people watching spot and enjoyed hanging out at Stone yesterday afternoon. I grabbed a tall two top in the corner of the outdoor patio and was super relaxed. The staff was great, helping me with recommendations and super quick & generous on the pours. I came in to try a 2016 Imperial Russian Stout I saw they had tapped and ended up trying taster size portions of 6 beers - all very solid. I'm biased to love deep cuts so the 10.6% Imperial Russian Stout was my fav of the day but I also enjoyed the lightness of the Stone Wil Power, a 4.5% fruited kettle sour with mango, tangerine and lychee. They have a ton of indoor seating but also the patio is just so nice & relaxing here. Very chill, quiet vibes and they open at 12pm on weekdays. Perfect atmosphere for work meetings or a liquid lunch meetup. Even the bathroom was cool with colorful grafitti abound. I liked the whole vibe of Stone. It's a cool brewery plopped down in the middle of Pasadena! For non-beer people, a Miller Lite is 4.2% in comparison so why not have a much tastier craft beer in place of that swill! Really enjoyed Stone Brewing in Pasadena and it was a perfect experience. I will absolutely be back!

Always a must stop while in Pasadena ! Staff is always friendly and I love to get a flight and try all the small batch series .

Stone has a wide variety of beers here at this tap room so there's a good chance you'll be able to find something you like. In addition to the large seating area inside they also have a patio right in front of the entrance & additional picnic style seating in the courtyard area. Great spot to hang out and have a beer in the evening or afternoon. The tap room is also located right next to one of the stops for the Metro Gold line (or whatever letter LA decided to change the name to). I doubt they have a kitchen inside since we saw they had a taco truck catering when we came so I assume you can bring outside food with you or just order from whoever has their food truck here that day.

Stone Brewing Tap Room in Pasadena isn't the largest Stone location I've been to, but it offers plenty of beer selections on tap. They also sell merch, pretzels, and to-go beers in cans. Beers here are $9, which is pricey compared to what you'd find at a grocery store, but the main draw is the variety of options available. They also host events like game night trivia, adding to the experience. The space was lively with plenty of people inside. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, and parking is available in a nearby structure. The service was friendly--when I asked for water, they even asked if I wanted ice or no ice. The taproom was very clean and had the typical Stone Brewing aesthetic. They also feature rotating food vendors, like Bomba Yucateco Delicacy, which serves flavors from Yucatán. Overall, this brewery is in a prime location of Pasadena and worth a visit.

We love this spot for a casual beer. Staff are always friendly and quick service even when busy. Always a lot of different options to make anyone happy. Nice patio with a few tables outside which our kids enjoy watching the trains go by. They often have a restaurant come and offer bites on the patio to eat or conveniently can order pizza from next door.

First time here! Ordering is a little different, we sat for a bit until they mentioned you have to scan the code on the table. The app places order and keeps your tab open until you close it. REMEMBER to close your tab it stated 20% will be automatically charged if you forget. Which I don't mind since I tip that amount for great service anyway. This a pretty cool spot they have a patio and indoor seating, small snack selection chips, pretzels, candy etc. the staff was friendly . Drinks are cold and tasty, I just wish they had food. You can order from nearby restaurants and bring it in but I prefer being able to sit and order from one place and order throughout my meal service. Overall great place to hang out. We'll be back for sure.

Wish I lived closer or I would be here a ton! Great selection of core and rotating taps. Nice merch section and take home selection as well. Pleasure to meet Mike and the rest of the team; I'll definitely be back.

Stone Brewery gets 5 stars from me because their drinks taste great, their service is excellent, and the ambiance is really cool! They are always playing heavy mental music which matches their aesthetic well, plus I just love metal music. Today I got a watermelon mint seltzer and my partner got a Belgian white beer. We both loved our drinks, and I was really happy they had so many seltzer options because I personally don't like beer. I am gonna have to come back to try their frozen margarita, though. Overall, this is a unique spot with a cool vibe that I highly recommend you check out, especially if you want to grab some pizza on your way out. They are right next to the luggage room, so you really can't go wrong with stopping by Stone.

I can imagine how crazy busy they might have been before we arrived but I'm glad the quality of service we received was good. As for parking, it's located in the busy area of Pasadena and centered around a residential area expect to park far or in a parking structure; that means walking! Although, that's not a deal breaker as the area offers plenty to do and all within walking distance.

They do not take reservations and it gets pretty busy around 8ish so I recommend you show up around 7:30pm just before the live music starts. The ambience is moody and romantic, featuring deep hues and prohibition era decor, there are comfortable chairs with small cocktail tables and large leather couches for larger parties. The drinks were well poured and very tasty, highly recommend the Huntington for a bold drink that's ideal for the setting. This is a great place for a sexy and intimate date night. The live music was spectacular, some seriously good vocals, and the jazzy and soul selection was again impeccably matched for the ambiance. This bar is tucked inside Vroman's Bookstore (already one of the most charming and iconic bookstores in the area) so the entire experience feels like stepping into a warm, literary universe. You can browse for a new book, take in the bookstore's atmosphere, and then walk straight into the bar. Honestly, it's the perfect outing. What makes 1894 truly special is how intentionally it celebrates literature. Everything in the bar pays homage to the bookstore. The drink menu is full of clever, book-inspired names. You'll find cocktails like Pride and PearJudice Pride, Fifty Shades of Earl Grey, and other fun literary twists. Every drink feels like a little wink to readers, writers, and book lovers, and it adds such a unique charm to the experience. The vibe is super quaint and warm, dim lighting, and a creative atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The wine is on the pricier side ($19-$21 per glass), but the quality delivers. Customer service was excellent. One of the bartenders spent time chatting with us. He pointed out a chalk artwork behind the bar a dramatic portrait he drew himself featuring expressive, literary-style faces, like Edgar Allan Poe, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, etc. It fits perfectly with the creative, bookish aesthetic of the bar. If you're into books, wine, and unique experiences, 1894 is a spot you absolutely can't miss. Perfect for a date, a solo unwind-with-a-book moment, or a fun night with friends who appreciate a good story and a great drink.
