We didn't get his name, he was a 40 year old man that told us his background was from Chihuahua, Mexico, he had a full beard and was wearing his hair in a man bun. I really enjoyed the broccolini that accompanied my salmon--it was cooked just enough to retain a little crunch. The savory sauce on the salmon was subtle and complimentary to the flaky fish.
