They make thick, creamy milkshakes that will make you swoon. I ordered the Cookie Monster (oreo cookie shake) and my boyfriend got the Coffee Toffe. The atmosphere was great. The service was friendly and quick. They have taken all the COVID precautions seriously, and have made the safety and well-being of both the customer and their workers a priority. We had a bad experience here with a manager. We had a gift card and bought 4 milkshakes only to be told they could take their own gift cards. We were given major attitude and she acting like we were attacking her when we Just asked why. Great place to stop by for a nice, cool treat or ice cream date. Walking inside, you'll find all kinds of decorations on the walls with cute sayings and quotes. The staff is friendly and quick. I like that you fill out the order sheets when you walk in to place your order. My milkshake combo I put together was the bomb, it was very rich. I definitely recommend. They close at 11 on the weekends so definitely keep that in mind for after a date night. I definitely want to try a waffle next time I go. read more

We finally made it to Chill...The Milkshake Bar and we were not disappointed. They customized a shake on the spot for my husband based on what he was craving - peanut butter, peanut butter and more peanut butter. He loved it! I ordered the Cookie Monster and was completely happy with my milkshake. They were so friendly and welcoming and the place is super cute inside, with board games, chalk board walls and a giant Connect 4! We will definitely come back next time we are looking for a delicious milkshake! We'd love to try the grilled cheese, too! read more

First of all the milkshakes and waffles are worth it. However, customer service could improve. I did a call in order and the person I talked to wasn't the greatest but hey whatever the stuff is good. When I arrive to the place, waited for about 10 mins and someone came and asked if I called in a order, said yes. As she walked in and was asking about it no one had a clue of a call in order. Just left. I like the fact that you can customize your own shake. Tried a grilled cheese. I did not think a grilled cheese could ever taste bad....I was wrong. All I could taste was the oil. There were 3 teens "working" They played and giggled the entire time. They were very polite but very immature. Meanwhile the floor behind the counter is filthy as well as the milk being left out and open the entire 10-15 minutes we were there on top of a counter with spilt milk and who knows what else. I was super excited to go here, but it was kind of a mixed bag. This place is very cute and quaint inside. As we went inside; the front door was wide open (even though) it was 50 degrees or less outside tonight. To make matters even worse, we realized later on that the back door was wide open, resulting in a freezing cold dining experience. I'm not sure what they were thinking. As far as the shakes go, I got an eagle milkshake (mint chocolate chip & cookies 'n' cream) which was quite good. My son got a rainbow sherbet shake, which was surprisingly tasty; and my husband got a banana chocolate chip shake which he enjoyed as well. When I ordered, I asked if they had root beer floats and I thought I ordered one (for my daughter), but after all three of the shakes had arrived and 5-10 minutes had passed without a root beer float I went up and asked. The girl said she just thought I was asking about it and that I hadn't been charged. Umm... ok, great! So the girl got my root beer float and proceeded to charge me, even though I ordered it the first time and my daughter had been sitting around for more then 10 minutes while everyone else was eating. The customer service was not great! Would I go back? Maybe, the shakes are decent, but I don't leave in the area and I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go here. It's also problematic for me that they're closed on Sunday's because the only time I'm ever anywhere close to this direction is on Sunday's. read more

They provide games you can play and lots of comical witticisms along its colorful walls. There's a picture board and something about a challenge, but no one quite knows what that entailed.
