Management was 5 stars. Sam was amazing as always. Been many times and on almost every time we've had Sam and she is just amazing.

I think Chili' has upgraded their Old Timer W Cheese . My wife and I both decided a burger would be a good midweek quick dinner. The Bun was very fresh and soft, meat was well cooked but not overdone like most burgers. Nice large tomatoes and good cheddar and balance of fresh veggies. I had fries and wife had steam broccoli our sides both were hot and tasty. Fries were real potatoes and appeared hand cut . And the best fact was it is part of Chilis 3 for Me special which include drink ( we had unsweet tea) nice large burger prepared very well and our side for less than fast food drive thru at Whataburger, McDonald's, Ron's or Burger King. Waiters were fast friendly and helpful and we were relaxing in clean atmosphere and had a great set down tasty fast dinner ata great price. read more

Called my buddy today and asked him if he wanted to join me for lunch. I really had a desire to have chili and since I love the chili at Chili's we decided to go there. I ordered my lunch special and attempted to sub a bowl of chili for the cup of soup that would normally come with it. The waitress came back a few minutes later and apologized and said "I'm sorry we no longer have chili." What? She then told me that chili was removed from the menu three weeks ago. Chili was the only reason I went to Chili's today. They no longer have chili at Chili's? Think about that one for a minute. I spoke to the manager and the manager told me that it was a corporate decision to remove chili from the menu. She didn't know whether it would return, or whether they were just removing it and will be changing the recipe and putting it back on at a later time. Who knows? She certainly didn't. Very disappointing and I'm assuming corporate had a legitimate reason for removing chili from the menu, but I'm not a fan of that decision. read more

Our waiter Ryan was tremendously kind and always checking on us and we had a great time.

Service was acceptable, food was extremely SALTY, so much so I didn't finish my hamburger because of the salt.

Food was decent. The burgers needed seasoning. I ordered loaded mash potatoes instead of fries, but they brought fries anyway. When they brought the mashed potatoes out, they were cold in little cup that I couldn't mix together. Our server was ok, not anything to write home about. The ambiance was just as expected. Sporty near and grill. Oh, and the mozzarella just needs to be plain. The Nashville hot and Chipotle were not tasty at all. I would rate 2.5. read more

Chili's has always been knocked for their menu lacking "nutritional value". Honestly, who goes to Chili's for a healthy meal? Exactly. With that said, what Chili's does have is lots of options for comfort foods, and pretty good service too! During this visit, we were helped by "Raelynn" who did an excellent job of greeting us quickly, getting our drinks, and staying on top of our needs. Chili's has always had pretty good chips and salsa along with a decent queso. The "3 For Me" deal was perfect for me and my light-eating spouse, which we had the Cajun Chicken Pasta that was fresh and fairly tasty. We followed all that up with a molten lava cake that is always to die for. Overall, it was a great lunch meal paired with great ambiance and football on the TVs in the background, though I do believe Chili's is a little bit expensive for the overall value. We'd be back more often if it didn't cost so much, but still good nonetheless. read more

I had lunch here today, it's very near my job - I was influenced by hubslife on TikTok (iykyk) to have a Chili's lunch :D The food was really tasty, my burger was cooked to perfection, nice chips and salsa! I really appreciated that there was not one but two managers on the floor, checking on people the whole time I was there. I held off on writing a review the first two times, but came back with the same result. If you love 90's hits playing loudly while they compete with the kitchen's stereo system blaring norteño music, you are in luck. I've worked in many restaurants and have NEVER had a kitchen staff play music so loud that you can hear it clearly throughout the place. My wife's rice in her rice bowl was completely undercooked and hard, my crispers were mostly crunchy batter with over oiled "Nashville sauce" which neither of us ate. Somehow, I managed to cut my finger on a screw that was on the bathroom door pretty good by simply opening the door. It was deep enough to bleed continuously (1/4 inch deep cut), so I informed the waitress and asked for an alcohol swab and band aid (which they did bring) but even after I soaked through a whole napkin and all above, never, not once did a manager even step foot out on the floor to see what was happening. Walk in the door and be ignored by what appears to be new (I have no clue) employees. So we seat ourselves in the bar area and waited and waited while what they think is a bar tender was wiping down tables as several new customers are walking out. We asked an obviously new hostess if we had a server and the response was, "I think the bar keep is your server" meanwhile, the bar keep was no where to be found. This used to be a good choice for us, but three times walking out without a server, we won't be back. Not sure who manages the store, but it is losing big business. How are you out of something on the Kenya's an app, but yet can only serve as part of a $14 sampler???? That makes no sense!!!! Service: No silverware or napkins given when seated. Hhmmm. Perhaps they ran out?? In reality, I should have know better. The pictures attached to this review are of the outside or the location in Tulsa Hills. I'm a huge fan of several items on the "classic" menu. I mean, you can't go wrong with their Triple Dipper, Fajita Trios, Quesadillas, shrimp tacos...if you order the boneless wings and are a fan of spiciness, then definitely order an extra side of wing sauce. Also, a lot of people don't know that they have sever gluten-free items available. Always convenient. The wait to get a table has never been very long and the employees here are very nice and friendly. What stands out about this location particularly, is the awesome bar area and it's inviting atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you want to watch a sports game. read more

While I rarely go to chili's I will say this was an impromptu visit that I was not planning on doing a review but after the manager Josh helped me personally after receiving a dish that was not edible looking is all I will disclose, I need to make sure to talk about this customer service that was given by not only him but my waitress. The mere fact she spoke with him instead of letting it go by the way side speaks volumes. By far the best customer service I have received at a location. Our waitress left in the middle of taking our order to give someone a hug and be extremely loud about how much she would miss whoever and then proceeded to get our order wrong. Her attitude was not professional at all, questioning us as to what was wrong. My son didn't get his drink til after he got his food and we had to ask the runner to get it. She told us she was giving our ticket and card to the manager, and all that happened was he took off the .75 root beer. The entire experience was very sporadic, crazy and unorganized. I asked our waiter what my beer cost and he turned the screen around to me and told me he had no idea but to look at the price on my bill. After finding out Mich Ultra cost $5 I quickly turned to something else, but whatever. Our waiter continued to act like he didn't care the whole time he served us. Every time he would drop something off to us he would leave right away without waiting to see what we had to say. Also PREBUS the tables! I didn't like being seated in the corner booth of the bar area -- mostly because it was cold and dark -- but everything else was splendid.
