I sat at the bar - ordered my meal 'to-go' - got back to my hotel room to find out the $8.49 Cheesecake and utensils weren't in the bag! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I tipped (30% in this case) and didn't get what I ordered. A refund on a company credit card would only cause me an extra hours worth of work - so I declined it. Was offered some type of gift certificate - but won't come back to Texas Roadhouse to redeem it. Why can't you get an order correct??? Especially when there is a tip involved??? read more

Visited Texas Roadhouse for the first time while spending time with family in Oklahoma and it's one of their favorite spots, so I was excited to check it out. Our server was really nice and the restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. As for the food, it was just okay in my opinion. Nothing really stood out or wowed me, but it wasn't bad either and just average. It was still a nice experience overall because I got to spend time with my visiting family, but I'm not sure I'd rush back based on the food alone. read more

The blonde hostess (didn't catch her name) was super rude when we checked in. She ignored me when i asked about a text i received from them then rolled her eyes and went back to talking to the other hostess about personal matters. Food was great and our server was great! Texas Roadhouse is aptly named: you feel like cattle getting prodded through the slaughterhouse. Service was fast and unfriendly. Food was good but nothing special. The portions are generous and the rolls are tasty as always. I go here when I have a gift card, otherwise, the waitlist ain't worth it. read more

This was super yummy. Way better than the one by my house. Our waitress Chelbi was very sweet and took good care of us. My mom and aunt jenny had the prime rib with mushrooms and a potato. I had catfish and loaded potato and green beans. I also got a strawberry cucumber drink. It was all so good. read more

Our Dallas filets were actually sirloin steaks this evening. We should have said something while we were there but didn't since we had guests. We have had filets there many times, and this wasn't a filet. They were very chewy. It was an extremely busy evening, so perhaps they ran out of filets. However, we should not have been charged for the Dallas filets, and we should be told. I'm sure they get by with this more times than people know. Very disappointed in a place that we have frequented often in the past. The sides were excellent. read more

Texas Roadhouse Hostess Ruined My Daughter's Birthday I've been a regular at Texas Roadhouse for years, dining there about once a week. So when my daughter chose it for her birthday dinner, I wasn't surprised. Unfortunately, it turned into a disappointment I won't forget. After we were seated, I discreetly went up to the hostess stand to ask if someone could do the signature birthday "Yeehaw" celebration for my daughter. I was trying to keep it a surprise, so I didn't want to chase our server down or mention it at the table in front of my daughter. Instead of helping, the young lady at the counter (coarse curly hair, see attached pic, as you can tell she's more interested in staying hydrated than she is doing her job)) gave me attitude, acting insulted that I would even ask her such a request and told me I needed to find our server, Cameron, and tell her myself. I politely explained again that I was trying to surprise my daughter and asked if she could please just pass along the request and I walked away thinking the message would be passed along. She clearly didn't. Nothing ever happened. No birthday moment, no recognition, nothing. My daughter left visibly disappointed, and so did I. This employee is the first impression of your restaurant and if this is the kind of training and attitude you stand behind, I seriously question the judgment of whoever's managing this location. Aside from disappointing a 14-year-old girl on her birthday, you've also lost a customer who regularly spends $300-$350 a month at your restaurant. Do better. Get better. Train your front-of-house staff. read more

I'm a sucker for a viral trend and I had to try the family combo tik tol sensation- $39.99 for a choice of protein, two large sides, a dozen rolls and a salad. $59.99 for a rack of ribs, two large sides, a dozen rolls and a salad. Beautifully packaged, plenty of cinnamon butter, utensils, and flavoring. Four stars because the salads were not up to par- the videos show an aluminum tray full of salad, we got scammed with styrofoam to go boxes, each salad should feed four people, hmmmmm. That was a bit shady, but the young man who delivers my order was a true gentleman, so sweet, polite and even gave me some sweet tea for free. Very kind of him. Great family deal- we had a very delicious time together. read more

I took my family of 9 to day for my family members birthday and I was disappointed I told them about it we all ordered food and one order did not come out right steak we all got done eating and they still didn't bring the steak out to the very end when we were getting ready to leave so we had to take that food home plus as they were bringing out the food. They also forgot two of our family members so we had to tell them and they had to wait while everybody else was eating also and for the birthday party they never brought out cake ice cream didn't sing didn't do anything. I was just very disappointed this time and normally we go there a lot, but I guess we'll have to start going longhorn steakhouse, and see what that service is maybe it's a little bit better than Texas roadhouse read more

One of my favorite restaurants hands down! I love to go in and get the full experience but today we got our order to go. I like a lot of things here but today I got my first go to chicken fried chicken, green beans, and a loaded sweet potato! So yummmm! I had to ask for extra toppings for my sweet potato on the side because I usually feel like there aren't enough toppings. Everything was and is always so delicious!! I just add a little salt and pepper to the gravy and yum yum yum!! The perfect meal for when you want some comfort food. This order lasts me 2-3 different meals lol. It's HUGE! read more

We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday last night at Texas Roadhouse. The only steaks that were cooked right were the sirloins. The ribeyes were not cooked evenly, but did have a good flavor. The prime rib was tough and half of the order was grissle and fat. The rest of the meal was good - salad, baked potatoes, shrimp, fries, and rolls. We hope that the cooks learn to do better on the steaks, since that is the reason we take the family there. We will give them one more chance when our grandson's birthday is later this month. read more

We visited this Texas Roadhouse recently for dinner and had a great experience - it was imperfect in only one way... Unfortunately, the host who greeted us and then brought us to our table was very rude, with a "don't both me" air and a completely off-putting attitude :-( In the plus column, our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us some great recommendations, and never let our glasses become empty. All the food we ordered was hot and delicious - we left the restaurant totally stuffed. All things considered, I'd give this location another chance the next time we're in the neighborhood, despite our bad experience with the rude host. Came here on a Friday night, we previously put ourselves on the waitlist through their website., before arriving.We only had to sit for maybe 5 minutes after arriving. Their rolls along with cinnamon butter are always, awesome, I could eat 5-6 on my own. Anyways, we got the cactus blossom appetizer. your service at your Tulsa location @ 8204 S Olympia Ave killed my Valentines lunch date with my wife. I hate writing these things, but it was utterly horrible. First, we checked in, and they sat 4 people before us. I asked why, the girl at the door said they text us, got no text...that was a lie. So, I told her we received no text, and she said they would seat us soon. Then after another fifteen minutes we finally got seated. Our Waitress started out okay...but once we got our drinks, she never checked on us again. She walked past our table four times and said nothing. Managers there passed us never once checked on us. So we got the attention of another manager told him we would pay for the salads we got and wanted to leave. He apologized and we left. I understand its Valentines Day, and you are busy...but we had been paying customers too and should receive the same service as everyone else. I should have written this a couple of weeks ago, 8/25/24. Texas Roadhouse is a steakhouse with various locations in and around the Tulsa area. My brother, aunt, and I went to the one in Tulsa Hills. First of all, I used their app to put us on the waitlist. It worked great. It was a busy evening, 6 pm, and we were escorted to our table right away. The place is slightly noisy with Country Western music and the bustling of the wait staff and conversations of the other patrons. Our table was clean and set up. I appreciated having the menu right there at the table so I could check it out even after we were served. The service was attentive during our entire meal. Right away, the server brought out bread with small plates for each of us to use. My brother noticed that there was some dried, crusty remnants from a previous meal on his plate. The server apologized and compted us with an appetizer as she replaced his plate with a clean one. The food was what I expected. Comparable to Outback or Colton's or Longhorns, nothing stupendous, just a good tasty meal I didn't have to cook at home. It's a good place to hang out with family and friends while having a nice meal. I took away 2 stars because towards the end of our meal, a large family was seated right beside us. It wasn't the size of the group, but the fact that there were babies (no problem there) and toddlers (3-6 years). The toddlers were left to run between tables, stand and jump in the booths, and delivering the most EAR PIERCING high-pitched screams possible that made me jump every time they let one rip. Out of curiosity, I asked the server if there were areas where they seated patrons by family groupings. The answer was "No", which is what I expected. So... if you want to have a decent meal with some space around you or take a date to, this is NOT the place for you. It's a place to hang out with friends, eat a meal, have fun, and a few beers. Service was great. I had to send my steak back, and it wasn't cooked properly. I ordered a Porch Rocker drink, which tasted like medicine. I had to get the manager to take care of it. It's still a good family restaurant. They just need to be more consistent sometimes they're great and other times not so great. read more

Food ok. Cooks could use a refresher on how to cook a steak. We had a medium rare and a medium well that looked exactly the same. Service was a problem today. Maybe our waitress is dealing with some problems, I don't know. They were nice. However, one person's food didn't come out until almost 10 minutes after everyone else. Waitress checked with us once in between. No steak sauce on the table. Had to ask 3 times before we got some. No manager visit. Waitress asked if anyone wanted to go drinks. On June 20, 2025, my wife and I visited Texas Roadhouse on Olympia Ave in Tulsa, expecting a pleasant meal. Instead, we faced deplorable service and outright disrespect. After checking in on the waitlist, we waited patiently, receiving a text to "get our party together" for seating. Twenty minutes later, with no table, I checked with the hostesses, who confirmed we were skipped--clear on their screen. Rather than apologize, they deflected, claiming we "weren't there" or "in our car," despite us standing right in front of them. I requested a manager, and a younger staff member, though polite, offered no resolution. Frustrated, I asked for the head manager. By then, I was so angry at Texas Roadhouse's lack of accountability that I was cursing. The manager arrived, more focused on my anger than fixing the problem. He claimed we failed to "re-check in" after the text, a policy never explained, blaming us for their error without an apology or a table. This was the fourth time in a row we were skipped at Texas Roadhouse locations, always met with excuses, never accountability. Why return to a chain that disrespects its guests? There was a mishap in the kitchen with my food he came out apologized and let us know it would be a slight wait with my meal. We went to this location tonight with a party of 12 for a birthday celebration. After checking in we waited about an hour for a table at which point the hostess advised us they were clearing a table and we'd be seated soon. Shortly thereafter, they seated another party at the large table and split our party into two booths. We complained to the Service manager who spent about 15 minutes "explaining" their system and telling us they're really not setup for large groups. Don't go there if you've got more than about 6 people in your group or you will find yourself treated badly. read more
