The food is really good. I really like the designs on the wall and the support for the broken arrow high school. The ambience really takes you out of a long workday Service is pretty good. So to start off my steak was served ice cold. They did re cook it. The "fresh" rolls were stale. My husband ordered a rib eye steak sandwich, which was so full of gristle he could not bite it. He did not receive the side of fries that it was supposed to come with, and the waitress assured him that there was no side on that order, but we looked at the menu on the way out, and yes, there was fries included with the order which we did not get. Brought family so there were quite a variety of dishes ordered. The Ribeye steak was ok, but they left the silver skin on it which makes it tougher to cut and chew. The flavor was good, but you could tell the meat was middling quality. I had a taco salad with grilled salmon which was good and moist. Salmon had good flavor, it was not overly seasoned. I wish they had used some other types of lettuce rather than iceberg. The others had a Sirloin steak, which didn't look great to me. It looked like a chopped steak. Another had a New York Strip. One thing that I did notice that was unacceptable, was one of the side orders, was cinnamon apples. Served a bowl of apple pie filling with 3 very small apple slices. Food was what I expected as I have dined there many times. This trip however, I ordered to-go online and I noticed on my receipt they gave me at the location when I picked up the food, it was cheaper than what was stated online. Then, on my bank transactions, it showed doordash and the amount. I think it is a bit deceiving to not post a disclaimer on your website that it is managed by doordash and you will be charged a service fee. Now I cannot trust that if I order something online that I plan to pick up myself, that I won't be charged for something I did not agree to. Maybe doordash should pay me for picking up my own order. read more

This was a stop on our way through for lunch. Both the inside and outside were decorated with tons of stuff to look at. Unfortunately, our booth was lining the windows and they were just covered in flies. Luckily, they kept to the window and not our plates but that was certainly distracting. Our server was nice and did a fine job. The food was decent, large portions for a lunch even. They accused my husband and I of being intoxicated. It is raining my husband dropped me off so he could park. I sat at the bar just a few other customers around so not busy. Looking at the TV because of a tornado warning. Bartender comes up and asked if I am okay I responded yes I would like a drink though and I ordered a tall beer on tap and my husband his double short whiskey and water. The bartender comes back with waters a few minutes after my husband came in the manager came over explaining concerns they would be over serving us. She tried to ask us to only order smaller amounts. I can completely understand if we had been drinking but we hadn't. So with the insult we grabbed or stuff and left! Just got to Roadhouse and will spend more money but much better service and food! The food is subpar. It's edible, but not worth going and spending money on. They do have good French fries. I have tried the shrimp po boy, ribeye steak, and chicken strips here. Service by our waiter was to say the least awkward, weird and uncomfortable. Not a great way to start off by not knowing the bar draft menu. The guy wasted a beer and store profit because he failed to determine the real wants of beer from the table. Once the beer drama and the orders were placed we noticed the waiters persona with different tables. We were never offered any appetizers, salads, and side dishes or dessert, not a pleasant experience. Im not a complainer at all at restaurant. But I paid for a large rib-eye tonight that I literally could barely cut. I told the manager in a very kind way,,,,,,fyi this steak is terrible. I can barely cut it. Solid all the way through. still heavy pink in the middle so it wasn't over done. I took the full steak home. sharpened a large knife and still had to really fight to cut a piece off. I am not exaggerating. I'd be embarrassed to sell steaks. We showed up on a Friday evening. October 6th 2023. The busy didn't start to pick until after our arrival. It was just us four of a family including a child. We did order an appetizer of the queso and chips. ... I ordered the 6 oz sirloin which tasted like it had a strange chemical marinade in the flavor which was not tasty. The double veggies could have been steamed longer, some broccoli parts were raw. They are cooked in some kind of whole chopped garlic and butter blend, lacked, but not bad. I eat raw veggies sometimes at home, just embarrassing they attempted to cook them all and dump them in a dish to serve. We had a chicken fried steak with fries and gravy, chicken tender plates. No refills, no asking whether to cut into my steak to check if it's cooked to order- which Outback Steakhouse does! Steak was tough, and not medium well. The atmosphere seemed unfriendly. We were only checked in once. The floor manager wasn't even a friendly being in the restaurant. I didn't complain to the manager because she did seem to avoid eye contact with us, no greeting, no table side welcome. Never again. There are more hostess' hanging out at the front than the wait staff. None of this gave any of us a "try again" chance. I used to go to your Broken Arrow location every Sunday. t The food was just okay but there was one waiter there who was very good. I am disabled and he made it a point to get to know my special needs and dietary requirements. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. I enjoyed my experiences mainly because he was such a good waiter. I went last Sunday and he wasn't there. after questioning some of the other employees I found that someone had called corporate and complained about him and he was fired. This visit was occasioned when we met some family for a get together. The place is quirky for sure. Lively on a Saturday night but not overly loud like Texas Roadhouse or other places. We were able to easily carry a conversation without shouting. Our dining companions has the fried catfish with baked potatoes and the ribeye steak. They were returning patrons, and commented those two dishes were favorites. Taking a cue, I also ordered catfish and baked potato, The Wife went with chicken enchiladas, while The Kid opted for nachos. We also had a appetizer of queso and chips which were really good. Food arrived in short order, along with rolls and butter. The Wife was entirely happy with her enchiladas, as was The Kid with her nachos. I must say that the one nacho I tasted was really good, and there were plenty of them. I stole a bit of The Wife's enchiladas, and I agree... they were very, very good. My catfish was plentiful and well seasoned, perfectly cooked. The potato could have been a little bigger, but it was loaded with everything you could want and it was good, so no room for complaints there. Our server was outstanding, keeping rolls at the ready and drink glasses topped off, which is a feat for a table of 6. Horrible experience, DO NOT GET THE STEAK! It was my first time there, I ordered a ribeye medium rare and it was frozen in the middle, stringy, and looked awful before I even cut into it. Took 15 minutes for me to get a waitress to help me while everyone just stood around talking and ignored me. They tried to cook it longer and brought it back to me and it looked even worse. Their grill also wasn't hot enough just based off looking at the steak... but the fact that it was still frozen in the middle means they tried cooking a frozen steak. They brought me another steak eventually that looked exactly like the first one and was frozen in the middle and just bad meat... I cut it up in pieces to try and show them how bad it was... and they still made me pay for it when I couldn't even eat it. Love Santa Fe! Ate here two days in a row and ordered the same thing both days (it was so good). I got the club sandwich with a salad and hubby got chicken tenders and fries. I love their salad. They have the best Italian dressing and the salad is always fresh. Hubby said the chicken was really good and tender. The waitress was very friendly and brought us a nice basket of rolls which were fresh too. Their lunch specials during the week are very well priced and although the prices are a bit higher the rest of the time, you get a large portion so it's well worth the price. Was very very slow bringing the rolls out. Several tables who got here after us, had rolls after first contact with their female server. He repeated this practice with 2 more tables. This server didn't know they put onion on the grilled chicken sandwich. Ambiance Country flare. They have a feeble attempt at playing Christmas music, constantly interrupted with country stuff. Food So far after tasting the cheese sticks and the rolls. The free rolls are by far better. Neither of us liked the marinara sauce. The quesadilla should have come with sour cream or guacamole. We've eaten here prior and had a great experience, but this time was not so great. We got there at 4pm on Saturday and were seated right away. The booth and table were both sticky. Waitress was friendly. The rolls are always yummy, but this time they weren't warm. We both ordered the 8oz filet medium and it was barely cooked in the middle. We took it home and finished cooking it in the microwave, it was great then. My loaded mashed potatoes weren't even warm. I can say the margarita was tasty. INSANITY! They say that insanity is defined as do the same thing over and over expecting different results. Well, that's my effort with Santa Fe Cattle. We have visited over 6 times and EVERY time we have to send something back. Well, they are consistent. Ordered the NY Strip 14oz medium rare, salad, loaded baked potato. Salads arrived, nice fresh hot bread, looking good... steak arrived literally raw. Sent back, 10 minutes later potatoes eaten, no steak. It doesn't take 10 minutes from the start to cook a steak, much less a warm over! Well, we have been down this road with them many times before. So, we requested our check, they can keep the steak, and we were billed for our drinks & salad. No manger inquired, no apologies and for us we learned our lesson. NEVER AGAIN! read more
