The manager (Ramie Mercado) not only was demeaning when he spoke to me, but said "I don't have any incident report forms, but if you write down what happened on pen and paper, I'll sign it." Interestingly, we had to ask for a nigiri menu while the primary menu had all the appetizers, soups, salads, rolls and mains. Nigiri was good and your standard options. Rice ratio was good and fish well cut and prepared. Rolls were great size and two could feed two people.
