There are two Chili's here. One is the restaurant sit down. The other is car delivery via Uber Eats and Doordash. Same place, i.e., same restaurant, two different experiences. If you go to the restaurant and order boneless wings, you can get the sauce on the side, which is huge, because otherwise, they just load the sauce on there, making them unedible. Delivery? There is no option to go on the side. Not in Uber Eats nor Doordash (although a year ago, you could). The honey mixes one with bbq, I think, is okay. Buffalo is drenched. At the restaurant, you get 2 dipping sauces at no charge. You are supposed to get two with delivery. It says so in the app. Yet, over and over again, you get one. The shrimp tacos are tasty, and they rarely mess them up via delivery apps. On site, never an issue. Salads, no issue with either on-site or app. Kind of hard to mess that up. Look this is chain cuisine. Americana fare that isn't going to be a elite tier place. Although their pricing seems to think so, and this was the case even before the inflation increase. I tend to do the apps more so, and unless you go premium with Uber Eats or Doordash the delivery fees will be high. Overall, UE charges more. However if the restaurant messes up and you complain via their app, you get 100% back of what you paid. Doordash? About 60% back. Plus UE allows you to see the car movement. I give Chili's on-site a 4. Via delivery apps a 2.

Very easy to order online and food is always ready on time. The service is attentive and prompt as well. Ambiance is nice with entertainment but not overwhelming like a bar can be. Great place to catch up with a friend and location is convenient.

We'd kind of forgotten there was a Chili's in Oro Valley since we're always on our way somewhere else when we pass it. We decided to stop today for lunch. Our server was great and very attentive (she even offered an iced tea to go). Their '3 for me' menu is a great deal. The burger was huge (couldn't finish it) and the best burger I've had in a while and you get a side salad, cup of really great soup or chips and salsa, fries and a beverage for only $10.99. So many dinner options, too. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy this Chili's location. Never had a bad experience there yet and we have been multiple times. My favorite item is the blackberry iced tea....so refreshing and delicious! They have a lot of options for various different kinds of tex-mex foods and of course their baby back ribs! Today I decided to try their new grilled chicken bacon and avocado sandwich. It was so good! The buffalo chicken salad that my boyfriend had was also tasty. All in all we like coming here and we will definitely be back!

Went last night. Big mistake! Poor service and lousy food. Save you money and your stomach! Food was warmed over. No effort in service.

I do wish they offered a plant based burger, ideally impossible, because based on what we did…read moreorder, this place is worth a visit or delivery. We decided to Doordash this place and went Baja Beach Chicken. Grilled chicken breast seasoned well with Pico de gallo and avocado. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and raw red onions. I ditched all of those. It would have made more sense for caramelized onions or an option to add grilled mushrooms. There wasn't any sauce either with it (which was a missed opportunity ). Hence, minus a star. I added some Siracha from Chik Filet, which resolved it. I chose the wavy fries that were warm, but that's due to Doordash. Still tasty. They come with the meal. If you want seasoned fries that the spouse got, it costs extra. Should be an either or or option, but I don't own the place. She had the Baja chicken and really liked it. Her only issue wasthatthe bottom bun was gushy due to the double D and all those ingredients on it. There is definitely a need to eat there. Still, I was really surprised by how good it was overall.

I think it's really funny that they are calling at the burger den when it's just Denny's. Either way, it's not bad, it taste like Dennys because it is Denny's. Bottega Michelangelo Bottega Michelangelo is a casual…read moreSouthern Italian neighborhood kitchen and pasticceria located in Oro Valley, Arizona. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Remember they're busy because they're good. This restaurant still has that old time feel it's a definite classic type vibe. This is with a modern look of high ceilings and wide open space. It has indoor dining, a cozy lounge, a front patio, and a bar patio with both table service and walk-in café options I was here in the winter many times over the last four years. I really enjoyed the food and staff. I went last winter and forgot how much I love the food. Happy hour really embraces the needs of people of a certain age (older) in the sense that it starts at 4pm and goes until 7pm. So if you come at 4pm you can drive home before it's dark. (No daylight savings in Arizona.) My favorite dish during happy hour is the lamb lollipops. Just love them and the second favorite dish is the Pistachio encrusted baked goat cheese with there great bread. Those things with a nice brown lager (kilt lifter) are a wonderful dinner for me. There's plenty of space for groups to have fellowship together. And some wonderful dinner options as well. It's almost always crowded. It also operates partially as an Italian pastry shop (pasticceria) with in-house desserts like tiramisu cake, cannolis, and the Lemon Blueberry Duomo This Italian family has own this restaurant for over thirty five years.... It's been in a couple locations but moved to where it is over 30 years ago It has good food that is high quality. It has that atmosphere of any old school restaurant in any major city. Instead it's tucked in near a shopping mall in Oro Valley. It has a wonderful outdoor seating area. It has great parking. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

The highlight was the meatball appetizer. These were huge and the sauce was delicious. Unfortunately, that's where the good vibes ended. I got the agnolotti and it was covered in parsley and a little flavorless. Just not great. I'm not saying it's bad, but these days when I want to spend my money on a nice meal, I'd rather go somewhere where I feel like it's worth the expense. Bottega Michelangelo was just perfectly mid. Not bad, not great, just average.
