Why isn't this place packed? This is literally the best Thai food I've ever had. And I'm from…read moreHouston, so I'm used to some damn good Thai food. First of all, everything I ordered tasted extremely fresh. Recommendations: - 22. Larb - it's incredible and an excellent refreshing way to get your protein in without the carbs. The lime sauce, mint, fresh red onions & cucumber somehow makes the ground pork feel soo much lighter, than a typical heavy overly sauced pork dish....Seriously just freaking do it. Literally gobbled it down in minutes. - 31. Tom Yum - freaking amazing and fresh. Spicy but as it should be. Amazing rendition of a classic Thai dish! - 62. Pad Kee Mao w Beef - Awesome. Very fresh. On the heavier side, but super tasty and the noodles are so fresh and fantastic. Dessert: Fried Banana w Ice Cream - It was good. The coconut ice cream was my favorite part. The bananas are not the sweet kind and it is heavily fried, so if you are looking for something lighter after you eat, this wouldn't be for you...but it was cooked to perfection. And that ice cream hit the spot after the spice from the main course Thai Iced Tea - super refreshing. Not too sweet and not too chalky. Was really good Staff were amazing, too! Highly recommend! Will be going back!

We shared some sunmer rolls with tofu to start and I opted for the #54 spicy crispy chicken basil. The summer rolls were beautifully presented and tasted very refreshing. The peanut dipping sauce went well with the rolls. The chicken was very crispy, with a slightly spicy sauce. It had a good amount of basil and veggies with it too. The rice was a little bit mushy in some parts but plentiful. Service was friendly and we were checked on as needed. Portions are very generous.

I placed an online order at 7:24 p.m. for my husband and me after we both got off 12-hour shifts,…read moreexpecting to grab our food and finally go home. Instead, we ended up waiting even longer. We walked into the store at 7:50 p.m. (after already sitting in the parking lot), only to be told my order hadn't even been started and that we'd need to wait another 20 minutes because the store was "busy." Meanwhile, the in-store screen made it obvious that DoorDash orders were being prioritized while paying customers who ordered ahead were ignored. It somehow gets worse--I ordered the new citrus mojo flavor and hot honey rub (picture included). The citrus mojo was bland and completely underwhelming, and the "hot honey rub" looked and tasted NOTHING like it's supposed to--and I'd know, because that's one of my favorite flavors. On top of that, every single bite of the tenders had a weird texture. My husband ordered half original hot and half lemon pepper, and both looked drier than the Sahara Desert. The original hot wings looked like they were flash-fried just to reheat them, and the lemon pepper had little to no seasoning. Like... are we rationing sauces and seasoning now? If you're going to charge high prices, the least you can do is deliver food that justifies it. Right now, it feels like you're charging premium prices for subpar food and even worse service. I've had better food at the mall. And what's with the automated review replies when nothing actually gets addressed? Not only was my money wasted, but my time was too--and my entire night was ruined waiting an hour and 40 minutes for a simple order. Even the woman in front of us had her order canceled after they kept pushing back her wait time. After the third delay, she finally gave up, which led to the on-duty manager throwing a fit in front of customers and staff--something my 4-year-old brother handles better than a grown adult. At this point, people are very intentional about where they spend their money and their time. Walking into an environment like that makes it hard to justify either. You seriously need to get it together, Wingstop--because this experience was disappointing, embarrassing, and enough to make us reconsider coming back at all.
