I'm not a wing connoisseur, but I've had them from BWW, Wing Stop, Marco's, Smokey Mo's, and ATL, and these are way better! Perfectly cooked with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Not overly oily either. They also put the right amount of seasoning on them. I found myself sucking on the bones to get the last bit of flavor. Something they did right that others usually don't is the original flavor (med buffalo). The didn't drown them in sauce, and the spiciness was right in the middle where it should be: not overpowering but still had a little kick. The have mild and IIRC two hotter versions so you can dial it in for your preference. The staff were very friendly and patient. If Wing Factory wasn't on the opposite side of Tucson from us we'd probably go every Wednesday for the 99c wings. read more

I am a huge foodie. Love all cultures of food, and go out to eat at least three times a week every week. One of my pet peeves is when a place closes early. I walked into wing factory at 7:20pm. It was empty. Never a good sign. The owner yelled across the room and asked do you have a pick up. I loved the immediate acknowledgement but stull don't think it is appropriate to yell across the room empty or not. He said they close at 7:30. This is way to early to close. I asked why and he did give me a good answer. Hard to find employees. I asked why is that an issue in Tucson as it is not the case in most of the test of america. From there I can tell that he was racist because he stated that mexicans are being shot. This is true and an unfortunate case which needs an immediate resolution. However as a business owner you have to find ways to reach out and find solutions. Safety is number one. Customer Service is number two in successful business. This location does not have it. In my opinion the best tasting wings and great customer service goes to magpies. Please do not give a place like this that is clearly racist and does not pit customer service first. A correct response from an owner should be. I am so sorry we are closing early due to staffing and would like to extend our service to you in the future. They do not do this. The wings are delicious. The problem I had yesterday when I went in to pick up my order happened when the time came to pay. The worker didn't ask if I wanted to add a tip to the total. Instead she rang up the order, ran my credit card, asked for my signature, reached around and added a 15% tip, and immediately completed the transaction. I am usually a generous tipper, but her taking it upon herself to tip herself was, I believe, totally unacceptable. The experience will make me think twice before ordering from them again. read more

This was a very interesting find. I stumbled upon it by accident when returning from a spontaneous road trip that I took, 'and decided to take a look around. Now I am not a wing person, so you wouldn't normally find me in places like this, but I did find a cheap chili dog and fries combo that I was more than happy to try. It took 15 minutes to receive my order, which is quite a long time considering what I got. Not sure why that was, but the person at the front desk did apologize. The dog was decent, though I felt the chili was a bit weak, but it wasn't terrible. The fries were the usual crinkle cut. Not my favorite, but not bad either. This place can get very loud sometimes. I am Deaf and wear hearing aids, and was able to actually understand a conversation taking place across the room. In fact, I thought they were talking too loud, if you know what I mean. He couldn't find my order for about 10 minutes and his first sentence to me was "you lied to me. These were bone in, not boneless". I NEVER said boneless at all. As much as I would like to and try to find the positive, I have come away underwhelmed on a sadly consistent basis. The boneless wings are really small and heavily breaded, close to 50:50 chicken breading. Not a great combination. This is the only place in tucson that I know of that sells corn nuggets (fried cream corn)! Yummy! The fries are crinkly with seasoned salt and delicious! The wings are good and they have multiple flavors (garlic parmesan and BBQ are pictured). The staff is always friendly. And if they are not crowded you get your food in about 10 minutes. Only thing that sucks is they will close early if they are slow. I live over 20 min away and a few times I have went and they have closed 45 min to an hour early :( so call before you go if it's near closing time to make sure they are open. read more

The wings were good but they gave us no carrot and celery sticks that are supposed to come with your wings. And what was worse if whoever made the french fries didn't know what they were doing. I often come here to satisfy my craving for wings. The Golf Links store is located on the SE corner of Golf Links and Wilmot in the Safeway Plaza. When you walk in you'll notice that the Wing Factory does not have fancy décor, servers, or a sports bar atmosphere. It's pretty much just a no frills place to get food and drinks. All of that is good for me because I know I am not paying extra for the ambiance, and this keeps the food prices low. The prices for chicken wings are very reasonable, about $6.59 for 10, and the wings get less expensive the more you get. For example, 100 wings is only $52.49. The wings are not huge, but they are not small either. I have my favorites at the Wing Factory, especially the naked wings with Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmesan. I like the naked wings over the regular breaded hot wings. Not all places that serve wings have the naked kind, so it's nice that this restaurant has them. And when other places serve naked wings, often they are too dry, but this is not the case at the Wing Factory, where they are crunchy outside and juicy inside. Delicious! Their service, though not fancy, is fast and friendly. I have not been disappointed yet by the wings from the Wing Factory, and I recommend this place to all my friends. read more

The wings are great! Crispy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside! Just the way wings should be! We tried the hot, teriyaki, and the lemon pepper. The hot were a bit spicy for my 10 year old but I thought the spice was just right. The teriyaki was very flavorful without drowning in the sauce and the lemon pepper were seasoned just right. Went to get some pizza tonight and right next door ...was The Wing Factory. I could have gotten wings from the pizza place but figured the wings at the WF would surely be better! Now I haven't tried the wings at the pizza place in question, but they would almost definitely have to be better than those from The Wing Factory. We got a couple dozen original buffalo wings. Not a single thing about these chicken wings was good. The sauce was nearly flavorless, the size of the pieces was pretty below average and their were no signs of crispiness to be found. The menu at this wing shack also has like 20 other fried favorites that are (from what I've tried) all pretty great! From egg rolls to fried mushrooms and two kinds of shrimp! So that's where the second star comes from. In fact, if the place was just named "Fried Stuff" I'd probably have given it a third star. But the fact that they are a predominantly chicken wing restaurant (not to mention there are tens of very fine places to get wings in our fair city) makes it hard to review this place kindly.
