This is my favorite place in Tucson for chicken wings: crispy chicken, friendly staff and great prices. I've had the mild barbecue wings (tasty but messy), the mild buffalo wings (yes, I'm a wimp), and (mostly, at least recently) the garlic Parmesan wings. In my pre-diet days I also had their little egg rolls and always-perfect warm bread sticks. I've had wings at several other places around town, and none are better than these. Also they cost considerably less at Wing Factory than at (for example) Wing Stop. I mostly get my wings to go, so I haven't really gotten into their somewhat impressive beverage selection. I think I had a salad once and was unimpressed, and of course they have lots of other munchies that look great but that I've never tried because of the whole low-carb thing. But for chicken wings, they earn the five stars, easily. And isn't that what matters, in a place called Wing Factory? read more

First of all, the entire staff is super friendly - very inviting. The prices are great for the serving sizes. The WMD sauce is probably one of the hottest sauces of all the wing restaurants I've been to in Tucson. Painful to eat but so tasty! Also: order the fried pickles! I come here every week for wing Wednesday. The guy that works there Wednesday night is always so nice.

Used to be one of my favorite spots haven't been here in 10 years was excited to go back. Staff was on the rude side couldn't believe the prices over $1 per wing. On a side note for an additional charge you could get all drums or flats which is always nice. The wait time was very long and the wings were mediocre at best. Cooked in different batches some seemed under cooked and chewy to the point I had to spit it out others were so well done it was hard to eat. They did good on the amount of sauce and the sauce flavors were very good but then that is ruined by the terrible generic ranch. Was excited at the amount of menu options and got some fried zucchini it was good but sliced way too thick. Conclusion probably won't see me again. read more

Witnessed staff verbally mistreating a young lady Went in for wings tonight and saw the staff insulting a young woman who had been waiting for her food for over an hour. The cashier told her to chill out and put his hand in her face and told her it was her fault her food was late because she didn't order it properly. Then the guy started pacing around and popping his knuckles like he was going to punch her, clearly trying to intimidate her. Then the guy says, "only give her one sauce." even though she had like two big boxes of plain wings with sauce on the side. read more

So far I think this the best place to get wings. I love the hot flavored wings they are nice and spicy. We usually get the party pack which is 35 wings with fries and a side. The cole slaw is delicious also nice and creamy nothing else like it. This place is a must I love wings and haven't found nothing like it, so much better than Native, BWW, Wing Stop. read more

This place used to be my wing place of choice for 4 years. In the past year, this place has completely taken a nose dive. They are regularly understaffed with only one person working. They are constantly out of things (IE the two times I've been there in the past 3 weeks They didn't have any fountain drinks because they "didn't know when their supplier was coming.") The place is dirty with sticky floors and tables. The staff may, or may not, greet you and take your order in a timely manner. The majority of the staff just does not care about this business or the customers. I hope this place makes a turn around but It's not looking good. read more

Every time we have ordered from wing factory, something has gone wrong. Got bone in when we ordered boneless. Placed an order once over the phone, went in 15 minutes later to pick them up, 45 minutes later someone finally asks if we need anything and then they say "oh my bad, we haven't started making them yet." The food is okay, but the service is terrible. Stop hiring losers and get some quality employees and we'll come back, but your service quality lost some customers. read more

Crispy, yummy wings! Tried the fried pickles tonight and they were delish. We've had the mozz sticks and mushrooms before and they were meh. Our first visit he wait was long and the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other and bring in their phones. Tonight we called ahead for pick up and had fast, friendly and professional service. Glad we have them a second chance! Completely stunned by the level of professionalism and customer service at this specific location. On two separate occasions I have arrived at the location before their supposed "closing time" to be turned away. The first time I arrived an hour before closing and the lights were off, doors locked. Then I actually walk into the store TONIGHT, 45 minutes before closing, to have the cashier tell me they're already closed because of it being slow WHILE TAKING AN ORDER. This is laughable. This place has been our go to wing place for probably 3 years. I called in an order yesterday for 40 wings for pickup. I got them home and the size of the wings were almost comical. They could have been quail. They were tiny and overcooked (probably because they were so small). The sauces were all the same flavor as always so that part is unchanged. For 40 wings you should be able to feed a group. I had three people who were still hungry after eating them. And come on, 2 pieces of celery and carrots in the order? If you don't want waste ask people if they want the veg. I like the veg. There was hardly any... Maybe one more shot for loyalty but there are plenty of other good wing places in Tucson. Great place to have some beers and wings. The wings are very good but I love the chicken strips. I get them flavored with the teriaki and depending on my mood a hot sauce on the side. So my roommates and I just got home from trying their new location in the campbell plaza (campbell and glenn behind Old Chicago) and we were really impressed with their food! My roommate Ben had the teriyaki burger with an order of jalapeño poppers and a side order of wings. He was surprised when the burger only came with onions and pineapple but anything other than that he said would take away from the flavor of the burger. Hands down one of the best he's had. My other roommate had an order of beer battered mushrooms and an order wings while I had the classic bacon cheddar burger. When trying a burger for the first time I don't like too many condiments so I can actually taste the meat. The burger was one of the best I've had in a really long time. If there was one complaint it would be that the mushrooms were a tad soggy. Other than that we were all quite impressed with the quality of food. I would definitely recommend to others. read more

I've been going here for years and tonight was the last time. They have always been inconsistent with their products quality but tonight was by far the worst. I ordered 35 wings, 3 flavors. The service was friendly and quick as always but the wings....the wings were awful. If I had not taken them home I would have asked for a refund. They were so over cooked that there was hardly any meat at all left on the bone. They have done this a number of times over the years but tonight was the final time. Excellent wings. We are originally from Buffalo and know our wings. I chose the mild here which are the medium in Buffalo. Wings are the real McCoy juicy inside and crispy on the outside. Comes with bleu cheese and celery sticks. I prefer carrots sticks and will ask the next time for those. At 6 wings for $5.25 would have liked to see maybe 8 for that price but still very very good. read more

Being from Buffalo, I missed good wings traveling around the country. When we stopped at Davis Monthan AFB I found a little piece of home. Forget the asian food but go for the wings. Hot is not the answer that most places go for but FLAVOR and SPICY is the combo that Wing Factory hits.
