Let's start with the cheese curds, these are the real deal, white cheddar cheese of all shapes and sizes fried to a perfect golden brown. They pop when you eat them! Best I've had in Tucson! Now for the chicken sandwiches. Man I've driven by this place 100's of times. Why did I wait so long to stop in? The "Wildcat" Juicy perfectly golden fried chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, chipotle mayo on a soft sweet delicious brioche bun. The "Asiago Parmesan " again first bite and the juices flowed. Parmesan chips top this delicious sandwich along with lettuce and delicious sauce. The freshness of ALL ingredients is absolutely on par. I am going to just say it, as a lifetime Tucsonian, I have never no do I think I will, find a better chicken sandwich in this town.
