Food was like a normal Chili's. What makes or breaks the rest of the visit is the service. The service was not very good at all. We waited a long time for our food and any type of service. Have had 2 really bad experiences in a row at this location. The wait staff are not very attentive. Both times my order was wrong. The biggest problem is that I had the same server both times and she seems that she could care less. I have complained on the Chili's website twice asking for a phone call both times. Never received a call, got a form letter and gift certificates the first time. 2nd time was a week ago and still have not heard back from them. They must really NOT care if we ever go back to one of their restaurants. I can see why they only have 2 1/2 stars. With all of the new eating places opening around them, and more to come, I would think they would care about the feedback. Well they will not be open much longer with that attitude. read more

We have been to this chilis 2 times to dine in before and tonight just got take out, why we went back after two horrible experiences, I do not know, but will never go back to this chilis even if they were giving good away. Every single time we have gotten food from this chilis the food has not been right or tasted good. The margaritas were awful when we dined in, couldn't even drink them, they were more like a smoothie than a margarita. The amount of food I got with my take out order tonight is a joke and the burger wasn't even right and I didn't add or take anything off the burger, I ordered it just like it is off the menu. It has been a while since going to a Chili's, due to poor food and basic service; glad I was not disappointed again... WHY would I go and suffer through this PAIN again, stupid me.... I should have known how this was going to turn out when on a Monday night, the place had maybe ten active tables, with about 3 - 4 heading out the door. We waited at the front desk about 5 minutes till the manager came out to greet us, despite a few serve staff looking up at us. Go figure. Hello Mike, CLUEPON #1. Not sure if he was in the back playing grab-4$$ with the staff or "managing" them. Took another few minutes for the staff to come to the table to ask what we would like for drinks. Ok, I get this, so no worries. No silverware dropped off. Ordered the Smothered Chicken Burrito, which looked good and wife got the Salmon. We waited another 35 minutes before our food was brought out, again, place only had about ten active tables, so not overly busy. CLUEPON #2. Food came out after asking for status, Burrito plate was EXTREMELY HOT, good, but the Burrito was dry, and cold overall. And the finishing touch to my CLUEPON's.... Wife's Salmon dish was good, but the wait time at the front, the wait time for the food, and the cold Burrito served on a hot plate, closed it for me. I will NEVER hit a Chili's again. read more

Food was very good!! We ordered everything from fajitas to grilled salmon to pasta to ribs, margaritas and beer and all of it was cooked and made great! Restaurant was nice and clean and warm. Bathroom was clean and smelled good. Food runner was on spot. Reason for the 3 stars is our server, Jessica. We were a table of 8 with 3 kids and she approached the table with harsh kid attitude. As a server and serving kids, I get it that they can be overwhelming, but truly these kids are no problem. She was very abrupt with them and us adults. She wasn't busy, but wanted to rush us on drinks and ordering! We were a family that have not seen each other in a few years and our dad had just passed, so she was putting a damper on the evening. We all live out of town and met in Castle Rock, the kids love Chili's, and we will meet here again because the food was yum, but we will not sit in her section again. read more

Jackie is one of the only servers in the restaurant who has any idea what she is doing or is good at her job. Every time i visit this location it is disgusting, spilled food and drink on floor with no attempt to clean, crumpled dirty napkins everywhere, and tables that go unbussed for an hour. The food is awful quality and has been getting worse, served without any quality check at all and always ice cold and flavorless. Better burgers at the McDonalds next door, better service too. The one manager that did speak to me was very odd, she had no personality and in my opinion made the experience worse. Hosts and servers talking up front and in the back of the restaurant ignoring customers. Will never be back. If I could give zero stars i would. read more

We had to wait for more than half an hour to be seated, all 5 of our dishes were over cooked, and they forgot the side dishes on several of our meals. The when I finally got my burger (the overcooked one) it was enjoyable but there was sooo much room for improvement. read more

We eat here a lot. The food has always been good for us.....never had an issue or bad food. We always eat in the bar and one of the regulars working there is JACKIE who is AWESOME! We love her and is one of the reasons we always come back! She knows us by face now so it feels like the Chili's bar is a small home town bar! read more

I normally love coming to chillis but we walked in ready to watch the end of the Broncos game and they said it was a 15 min wait when their were tons of empty tables and over half of the empty tables still hadn't been bused. I don't think any city so close to Denver should not be able to accommodate hungry fans. read more

Went to Chili's today for lunch. Had the lunch special, a double burger with salad and fries. And a mango Arnie Palmer. The food was just right. The bartender, Noel, was amazing. I never ran out of my beverage. Overall, an excellent lunch! read more

We like Chili's and usually have a good experience but this location was a disappointment. The service was very slow and the food was room temperature and looked as if it had been sitting for a long time. We ordered the margarita chicken and the grilled chicken salad. We were very happy to see lots of new offerings, some nutritional info, and overall, more options with grass fed burgers, etc.. Zero stars would be too many so don't read anything into the one star. Came in at 8:00 on a Friday night. No hostess to greet us for well over five minutes, and then when we finally were seated we received no attention from the wait staff although there were two waitresses working the section and it wasn't even full! I saw the manager apologizing to the table across from us. After 10 minutes without a wait person even looking our way despite them walking by numerous times, we just walked out and got Qdoba! Just had dinner here and had quite possibly the worst food and the worst service of my life. We gave it another chance since our last visit (which we did not enjoy) but it was somehow worse this time. It took almost 45 minutes to get drinks and almost 2 hours to get food. The food was barely warm and did not taste good. Not fresh. The restaurant was not busy and somehow we were not visited by our waitress before we paid at the table and left. Ate here last night and was impressed. The servers were so nice and attentive. The food came out fast and very hot. The food tasted amazing. I had one small issue because I ordered the chicken tenders dish and the corn was frozen so it did not come out with the meal but the server offered me anything else I would like and I got that right then. best service and food I have had in a long time. Can not wait to go back. Even my husband loved his fajitas. I would have given five stars except for the corn issue, which was fixed but if I had my heart set on the corn I would have not been too happy. read more

I will give two stars instead of one simply because our servers were kind enough and one of them was in training. It starts with the host...as a former restaurant supervisor, I know that at the very least, you train your host staff to wait until the guests have sat, then you hand each one of them their menu. It's common courtesy not to just dump the menus on the table and walk away. What really killed me is that it took an hour to receive our food. Just two of us, nothing complicated. People who were sat after us and with a larger party were served before us. Our servers just kept coming by, your food will be ready soon...but it really wasn't. No explanation or apology about the wait. I'm sure it was more on the kitchen then our servers though. It's obvious that you don't go to Chili's and expect a whole lot, but waiting a whole hour for a plate of pasta is a little crazy. read more

I'll preface this by saying that our waitress was incredibly sweet and did her absolute best, our experience wasn't her fault at all, but she certainly seemed to feel responsible for it. I'm not sure if they were grossly understaffed, caught off guard or just plain unprepared. For three people our entire meal lasted over 2hrs, because it took over an hour for our food to come. We were on the verge of asking for our check and leaving at one point, but were told by a manager that our ticket was the next up and our food would be right out. It wasn't worth the wait. We usually enjoy Chili's but not this time. The menu has changed and our previous favorites no longer offered. The fajitas were "child portions" and had no flavor. After usually getting regular fries, I was surprised (and dismayed) when there was so much seasoning on them I could hardly choke them down. I just spent a very unpleasant 2 hours at the Castle Rock CO Chilis. I have concluded that if u want to listen to the F-word and GD this and every other curse word known, then this is the place to be. I just wanted a glass of wine,and a light dinner at a family restaurant while I watched a football game. When I talked to the manager about the language, his only response was, "I can't do anything. What do u want me to do? Call the police?" Are u kidding me??? This is supposed to be a family restaurant. CALL THE POLiCE IF U DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THE CUSTOMERS!!!! IF that is what it takes to clean the place up, YES call the police. Why does a customer have to put up with low class people and a manger who does not know how to manage his restaurant????? I ripped up the bill and left it on the counter before I left, refusing to pay. It will be a ling time before I lower myself to another Chilis experience. Low class. That's wrong. No class. read more
