My daughter had the classic sirloin on one visit and loved it, so we've both gotten it twice since....and it's been bad both times. We did not come by for a five star meal, it's chilis. The wait staff was amazing and on top of it. The Mango margarita was on special and it was great! The chips and salsa were good, salsa a bit sweet. The cheese sticks were crispy and had the "cheese pull" but a bit lack luster in flavor. Mushroom burger was good but didn't have many mushrooms and a little overcooked. We will likely come back for their well Known margarita specials and have a meal while knowing this is a chain restaurant and it's good, but not michelin star, and that is okay! read more

Wow, this place has gone downhill. We use to enjoy Chilies at another location on a regular basis. Menu is more limited than it was in the past. We had fajitas which were disappointing. The veggies were overcooked and rather slimy. The tortillas were thin and rubber like. Honestly, the only good thing was the waiter. He was friendly, attentive and professional. We didn't let the less than ideal meal affect his tip. Not his fault. Will not be returning though. read more

First time visiting this Chili's location in Castle Rock. Haven't been to a Chili's in a while! As I entered the restaurant it brought back memories. The last time I dined at a Chili's was probably back in 2019. This location is clean, attentive and has friendly staff along with decent food. I liked my waitress. She made sure my food was cooked to order and that I had everything I needed. I ordered a side salad with ranch dressing and the Double Old Timer Burger with Cheese. The burger came to my table near picture perfect. My only suggestion is to offer a bit more fries. If you like a nice "grease burger" this is the one for you! I recommend ordering it. I liked that the bun was fresh and didn't completely fall apart after a few bites. Food was decent and VERY reasonably priced. For the side salad, burger with fries and soda, the bill was very reasonable. Kudos to Chili's for not raising prices to make up for loss of profits. I was very pleased with my total bill of sale. I will probably return here at a later date but I'm in no hurry as there are so many restaurant options these days along with new ones to try. Stopped at Chili's after the Renaissance Festival. Sat at the bar, service was great. My bf and I split the SmokeHouse Platter w/ribs. Chicken Crisper wasn't very good, dry for my taste, but ribs and fries were good. Signed up for rewards and got free chips and salsa, but you have the option for a free drink instead of chips.I was told you get free chips and salsa every time you go to Chili's. Ordered takeout, it's was absolutely terrible. I am pretty sure we were served left overs. The white queso was disgusting, it had curly noodles and was like water. The guacamole was brown. The salsa had a weird taste and looked like ketchup was added. The corn on the cob was brown and dry. The top of my bun on my Old Timer was missing a chunk of crust and looked something happened to it. I called to let someone know, so another customer wouldn't have this experience. They told me a manager will call me. Never received a call. I never leave reviews on yelp, but this was so disappointing after spending over $38.00 plus tip, I couldn't even eat it. Ok.... Chilis is Chilis i get it and its been a long time since i been to one but i remember the skillit queso being pretty darn good. It was absolutely horrible. It came out cold and looked like it had been sitting for awhile. Im pretty sure it was just a bean dip and tated nothing like queso hence being cheese of some kind. I decided to get the a bowl pf loaded baked potato soup. I am willing to bet a cup probably had more in it then this pathetic bowl. Cmon Chilis stop getting cheap. During a lunch rush they thought it'd be a great time to close down half of the restaurant. There were plenty of booths in the bar area and we asked to be seated in a booth, well we were given dirty looks by the hostess, and then even dirtier looks by what seemed like the manager because we didn't want to sit at a normal table with our child who cannot sit still. Food took awhile to come out, which was expected since it was packed. But I didn't think any of our food would come out cold. I hated everything about my mushroom burger. I went to this location while visiting my sister in the Denver area. I must say that our Server, Courtney, and Manager, Robert, provided excellent service. Our appetizer accidently came out at the same time as our food. We weren't upset but they graciously appologized and it ended up being compliementary. Secondly, I am currently pregnant and not everything tastes good right now... I ordered the quesadilla, one of my go-to menu options, and I did NOT care for it. We hadn't been to this Chili's in a couple of years because the last time we were there is left us kind of "blah". This visit was no better. The service was OK, although we had to keep getting the server's attention. I had the Babyback Ribs with the "dry rub" - I'm not in to catsupy sauce. The dry rub was SO thick and salty, there was almost no tasting the ribs. Each bite was like eating a handful of the dry rub with a hint of rib. My friend and I came in for lunch and were seated right away in a booth in the lounge. The service was kind of slow but that's expected during a lunch rush. I ordered a Blackberry Margarita, but our server suggested I try the Rita Rosé (the margarita of the month) and added that it was only $5. Because the jalapeños are cooked they aren't too spicy, but add a great flavor. I don't know what it is about their ranch but it's GOOD and they give you a large amount for dipping. I dipped. A lot. Chili's is one of the better places to get salads. And I'm not talking about salads that taste like nothing but lettuce. I'm talking about salads topped with LOTS of stuff with FLAVOR. I usually get the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, but I wanted to switch it up and got the Santa Fe Chicken Crispers Salad. You can sub grilled chicken, but I stuck with the fried flavor. Their salads are large and fill you up as your meal. I thought it was delicious! The only thing I don't like about Chili's is their computer/tablets on each table. Coming from Florida I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of violence sitting at the bar. 10/10 experience not having to deal with brawling between employees or patrons. Update 10.01.17 - Against my better judgement I went back because my boys were hounding me. This truly has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. Granted in was a Saturday night, but it seems like no effort was even made. I wonder how they get through a health inspection. Service was about the same, long time to be acknowledged, drop and go, no drink refill. Someone here should go to RR and see how to do a chain. I am actually going to write this while I am in the restaurant, as we've been here 10 minutes and our server has yet to approach the table (it's not overly busy). I've been here many times and my expectations are always low. You know what you are going to get here and honestly if my kids didn't love the table iPad things so much I would just skip it. With that said, I wonder if it is more of a statement on society overall or just this area? While I am sure the server will be nice once they get here, it shouldn't take this long to be acknowledged after being seated. Most people that work here seem to be going through the motions, get in get out. My guess is that my food will sit under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes after it goes up and will crusted and cold by the time I see it. Experience speaks and nothing about this visit gives me reason to believe this time will be different. I guess when you know what you are going to get, you should listen to that... I went ahead and drop my review from 3 stars to 2 after the meal. Absolutely worst quality and presentation ever. You can tell these are the types of decisions that are made a the corporate level. The fries clearly had been sitting for some time before being plated and the hamburger was pitiful. The cheese looked like they had just peeled the cellophane of and slapped it on a patty they cooked a couple of hours before... never even melted. My little boy's corn dog ... barely resembled food. It kind of sad as Chili's used to have one of the best burgers you could get from a chain. They can't even compete with MacD's now. The presentation of the plate, awful. I really wonder who lets people make these kind of decisions. In the pictures below I watched no less that 20 employees walk past the fry on the dirty floor. I ordered the dinner for two, which was a great deal and came with plenty of food. I had the southern smoked burger and my brother had the ribs, both of us were happy with the food quality. Both food and service is sub par and prices for 3 people being over $60 makes it even worse. Today I had a bowl of chili that I wouldn't even feed a dog with it. the rest of meals were so so. This Chili's is in the perfect spot to meet up "half-way" with friends from Denver/Parker. Our server the other night was a really nice and soft spoken guy. He was extremely helpful, even mentioning the menu items that Chili's was going to be doing away with in an upcoming menu revision. This allowed at least one person in our party to order her favorite thing at least one more time. I had never had the ribs at Chili's before. I asked a friend if he know how the wings were and he started singing "I want my baby back, baby back riiibs!" This sealed the deal for me. I had the ribs with the Shiner Bock BBQ sauce. Wow! Online order is a pain. Checked in at the time we were told to show up. It never arrived. We waited for 20 minutes then 5 minutes on hold to call and find out what happened. They said they'd make it for us and be eight out and quickly hung up. We ended up leaving, but there was no way to cancel the order. So we had to call back and wait on hold only to be told the manager has to cancel the order so back on hold... I know this is a review all about the service. Went to Chilis for dinner tonight with the husband. We tried their 2 for $22 special and got Panko breaded onion rings for the starter, the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, and the chicken fajitas. I was actually impressed. There was plenty of food. The husband liked his quesadillas. I really liked the chicken fajitas, which were normally something like $14.69 on their own. Two chicken breasts, onions, peppers, rice, beans, and all the fixings. Our service was prompt and nice. Even the young lady hostess was super friendly and sweet. We will be back on one of those week nights when we don't know what we want, but we want to go somewhere and have options. read more

Get my chicken sandwich home and it's inedible the chicken is hard! Call to figure out what my options are and they can't have the manager call me back for 30 min to an hour because she's working in the kitchen tonight. After waiting over an hour for the manager to call back I finally called back and was on hold for 10 min called back and finally got ahold of someone. She tried to re-make my food or give me gift cards an hour and a half later. I ordered. $15 dollar salad and when I received it wrong I was put on hold for 20 minutes and never once was did I have any empathy from the employees (talked to three different people) about my order being wrong. Though I had the order still on my screen and could see what I had placed they only stated they didn't see that on my order. Was the most disgusting chills I've ever visited.. Walking in smelled like sewage, very odd but only in front entrance area. I had to use restroom while hubby was seated and as soon as I walked in the bathroom 'eww' a waitress was in there fixing her hair and said sorry it's gross in here. She was right!! Not only was bathroom disgusting so was the whole eating area. Food everywhere,dirty tables. There is no reason a place should be that dirty None!! We tried to go again today for a late lunch and after waiting 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a single staff member we decided to just walk out. Went with the children for a nice, family meal. As a single mom not something we enjoy often. I usually go to the Parker Location and now I know why. Place was filthy, not just the bathrooms but the whole restaurant. It barely was half full yet we waited 40 minutes for drinks because they somehow ran out of glasses? Apps came five minutes prior to food. Apps and food came out cold and a chicken dish way undercooked. It had to be sent back and replacement meal was 20 minutes later. I complained and received nothing, not even an apology. Out of the five of us, three woke in the middle of the night vomiting with severe stomach cramps... Can you say food poisoning I called the next morning to inform them but was rudely dismissed. There are better places to spend $135 read more
