Upset that the worker decided to lie to us instead of saying they're backed up (busy) and if it's okay we take fries with salt on them or wait a bit for unsalted fries. The order on the app says it's ready but yet we waited quite a bit longer for the order. She comes up and says: "unfortunately we can't do no salt on fries, we haven't been able to since we opened" Mind me we got chik fil a at this same location about a week ago and the fries didn't have salt on them. Chick-fil-A is awesome and this location meets and exceeds the over the top service that this company has set as its standard. The whole staff is nice and friendly. The drive thru line is long but the staff handles their business so well that it always moves really fast. I really like how they will give you as much sauce as you want with out any issues. I got the regular Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and the spicy one. I really like that spicy one.... They were hot and fresh and tasted great. Can't wait to come back. read more

Mean people should be sent to Chick-fil-A for positivity training. I've never met one of their employees that wasn't eligible for sainthood and I don't blame them for being so happy after working around such a delicious sandwich and the best sweet tea in the game. This location is in the heart of Brea in a busy shopping center but I never fret over the long lines as they have their operations down to a science. You never have to wait long for your meal and it's always served to you piping hot. read more

I went to Chick-fil-a this morning and ended up waiting over an hour for my order. I got there in time for breakfast, but by the time we got our order they no longer had breakfast menu options, so I had to substitute my order for their lunch menu options. I wasn't updated on my order until I got out of my car in the waiting area and went inside and asked for an update. Everyone in the back did not know what happened to my order. They gave me two cookies for the inconvenience. I also wasn't the only one in their waiting area that had waited for over an hour for their food that had somehow been "lost." Okay, I'm not one to get on Yelp to bash. I do my best to praise companies. And pretty much all chil fil a's are better than most of your fast food. This chil fil a is no different in the aforementioned regard; my wife and I eat here regularly. However, I've called in multiple times over us ordering grilled nuggets and getting home to have received regular nuggets, or asked for no blue cheese on her market salad and they put it on, or the fries are half full. It sucks to get subpar dining like that when maybe our expectations are too high. But other chick fil a's don't seem to leave us disappointed, we just live farther from them. Tonight, the spark was my fries half full, yet again. Apparently kindly mentioning it to them over and over has gotten the individual occurrence corrected, but it's not fixing the carelessness with which they're packing food. This is by far, my to go location for Chick-fil-A. I always end up coming here between 7:45 and 8:15am and of course, it's always packed. The one thing I like about hit drive thru is that it has two lanes that merge into one. Once you order, cars move in a nice orderly fashion. It's easily 30 seconds to a minute and a half per car. This location also has the best employees in my opinion. Chick-fil-A in general seems to hire the best candidates for the job, unlike other fast food joints. Come here, you won't be disappointed. I needed a place to sit to occupy my time for about 2 hours, so I chose CFA since it was close and I find they are overall a clean fast food restaurant. I ordered my items and got them in a timely fashion. I like this CFA because it's so open and has plenty of seating. The staff constantly makes their rounds asking if you need any extra sauce or refill. It's not something you normally get in a fast food environment. It's definitely something more places should implement in to their SOP's. Oh yeah. My Icedream cone was a delicious snack! I drove through on March 12th. I ordered a Market salad, a Chick Fil A sandwich, chicken tortilla soup and a granola parfait. Not a difficult order right? I have found that you have to always CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Because there is always a long line, when I was handed my order, I drove up so the car behind me could get to the window. I looked in my bag and saw I was missing salad dressing. REALLY???? I was right outside the walk in door so I rolled down my window to talk to a worker. I told her I was missing my salad dressing. She told me to go park in a space and she would bring it out to me. I parked and she brought out my salad dressing. When I got home, there was only one spoon. So I guess I'm supposed to use the same spoon for the soup and for the parfait??? Maybe that might be okay, but the soup and the parfait are for two different people! Pathetic.
