We eat here a lot . I would consider us regulars. My very picky 10 year old loves it here. There are great specials offered all day, not just during lunch hours. He always checks to see if we need anything else and never forgets to bring me my ranch dressing. If ever in the area, I would try this Stonefire Grill. Well this was disappointing. I've eaten at the lakewood location a few times and have always been satisfied. For the most part it is clean and and warm. The strawberry salad was awesome as well as the wedge salad, the corn and corn bread. However, the protein and bread sticks really made broke the experience. The ends of the baby back ribs look as if they had been sitting out for awhile and were luke warm. I love tri tip medium rare but what came out was well done and cold. Not cool, cold!! I sent it back and what was the replacement was medium well and barely warm. The bread sticks were cold as well. At least the chicken was warm. Unfortunately when I brought this upto the manager she just offered to replace the tru tip and bread sticks. Nothing for ruining my experience. I see why this isn't rated very high read more

Review 44/365 Day Challenge This is our only go to restaurant for when we want Stonefire Grill. Since it's local. Came on a Tuesday evening for last minute dinner w the fam bam after my oldest tennis match. 2.24.26 Figured Stonefire is fast, yummy & always great for one of our family dinner outings of choice. Bummed yesterday's dinner had a few hiccups. During ordering our food. We got the stimulus package. Our usual but we haven't ordered it in a while since last summer I recall. We asked the guy associate, recall the pizza included 2 topping in the stimulus package and he mentioned yes or any of the pizzas listed. So we then got the meat lovers pizza. When picking out salad, we weren't informed or remember it only includes Garden or Caesar salad. We ordered the Stonefire Bbq Chop salad. After paying for our order and went to go sit down. I was a bit confused how our total was so high. When we only ordered the stimulus package along w a shareable pasta and 2 fountain drinks. I looked over the receipt and saw we were charged extra for the meat lovers pizza and the salad we got. Went back to the register to find an associate. The guy that took our order wasn't up front any more. The associate saw my receipt and said he will go talk to the guy that took our order. The gentleman that took our order than came up and said "when i asked if everything was good and with your total, you didn't say anything" This i do understand and i informed him, we were out for a tennis match since 3 pm in the cold and a bit weary/tired. So apologies for not being fully there but you didn't mention of the extra charges for the meat lover pizza and the salad we picked. If we never asked for our items, we could've still been waiting. He had to re input our order in. This restaurant has a Wierd concept first of all. To even order here is a nightmare to dine in all these people waiting confused on how this buisness goes. When we dined in all the booth tables were dirty and stayed dirty while we sat next to them. Great food place for BBQ. I got the Tri Tip Personal. It comes with 2 garlic bread sticks, and 1 side. I purchased an extra side for $3.99. So the 2 sides I got was Corn Bread and the Jasmine Rice. The Corn bread was so good!!! It was sweet and with the sweet butter combination! It was mmmmMmmGood. The Tri tip was also good. I chosen it to be cooked medium rare. And you get to choose the 2 sauce. I got 1/2 BBQ sauce and 1/2 Gorgonzola butter sauce. I like the BBQ sauce better. I've dined here a lot, and most experiences are good. However, on a recent takeout order, my child's takeout order of mac 'n cheese was served in a thin plastic container and melted through! This means microplastics leached into the food and piping hot mac n' cheese ended up on my daughter's lap. I wrote to corporate to get them to change their packaging on their takeout orders so this doesn't happen to others. The Director of Operations got back to me saying that they would change it for their kids mac 'n cheese, but I'm not sure they'll change it for other hot dishes (e.g. marinara pasta) served to go. read more

First time at any Stonefire Grill. Kind of like a Sizzler where you order at the register then sit down. It was early so ordering and seating was easy. Drinks are self serve, as are napkins, flatware and plates (plates confused me a little since I ordered a cheeseburger). Cheeseburger and nutty coleslaw were my choices. Lunch came out in a short time but it seemed burgers might have been cooked ahead of time since it was rare to areas of medium and cheese was melted but a bit cold. Also came with arugula, which I promptly removed (). Would have preferred lettuce but it was a simple fix. Burger was juicy but overall just an ok burger. Nutty coleslaw was not overdressed and the peanuts added a nice crunch. Not quite sure what the dressing was but it was not a traditional creamy type of dressing. Ok overall. Lots of seating and my minimal interactions with staff were fine. All very friendly and welcoming. Menu selection is kind of weird. Trying to be a bbq place but also serves pizza, bahn mi, and pastas Sides were reminiscent of a bbq restaurant with coleslaw, beans, cornbread and a few other things. No fries or onion rings. They do offer a few $13 lunch specials that include some type of dessert as well. Not sure if this restaurant chain has quite figured out their identity. Amazing food and service! We had a party at Little Elephants kids playground, right across the street, I called the night before at 5:45pm to place an order for catering, (last minute mom) and April the manager was able to help me place an order for 45 - 50 guests. She made sure the kitchen was able to accommodate my party with pastas, salads, fruits, pizzas, pork burger sliders and chicken tenders for the kids. She made sure to place serving utensils, plates and napkins. Order was ready for pick up by 1:30pm next day in the trays. Wow she saved me and my party on such good food! We were looking for a place to grab dinner near our hotel and noticed how busy this spot was, so we decided to give it a try. When we walked in, we expected table service, but instead you order at the counter and find your own seat. That was fine, but there was no visible menu and a long line, so it was a bit confusing at first. I had to ask for a menu. Since we were a large group, we ordered the family meal. It came with tri-tip with BBQ sauce and gorgonzola butter, chicken with BBQ sauce and lemon garlic spread, and a rack of baby back ribs. The meal also included a large garden salad and freshly baked breadsticks. Everything was delicious, and the meats were cooked perfectly. The chicken and tri-tip were my favorites, especially with the gorgonzola butter and lemon garlic spread. The breadsticks were also very good. I wish I had taken photos, but we were hungry and focused on enjoying the food. I wish there were a location in Northern California. Remembering the effusive word of mouth review that my oldest son, Pastor Brandon, decreed during his recent visit from WDC, I pulled over. First impressions? Sheeeeeeeeeiiit. The Harrigan Family could've easily christened their Family restaurant "Bullseye," because it NAILS the bullseye of what men like to see and eat, while dining. Visually, you're greeted by cinnamon-hued woods bathed in comforting stained glass chandeliered lights. Menu-wise, Stonefire Grill reminds me of Sir Elton John's greatest hits- Pick one, any one! You can't go wrong!! Pizzas, ribs, hearty hot and cold sandwiches, chicken, decadent desserts like cheesecake and carrot cake. I ordered the BBQ Tri Tip Sandwich, which features amply portioned slabs of grilled tri tip melted sheets of mozz and dressed with your choice of either BBQ sauce or gorgonzola butter. The latter seems to be a popular choice with past diners, so I will ask for that variation, next time. The BBQ sauce is a vinegar-forward sauce that reminds me of the delish Tony Roma's sauce I usta pour all over my ribs/sandos and fries baaaaaaack in the day. The sando comes with multiple sides to choose from- I went with a frankly decadent house salad with the chili lime vinaigrette dressing. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality, and cut, of the vegetables! So rare these days to see carrots finely shredded instead of half-heartedly cut into wee discs. Demerits: Both of my negatives pertain to technology. The first is how I wasn't able to pre-order via the Yelp app. When you press "order online," it would generate a frozen screen. Secondly, I wasn't thrilled how I wasn't allowed to apply my just awarded points from yesterday's $18 purchase towards Stonefire's Rewards program. When I asked the young lady who took my order how I could get credit for my purchase, she told me I'd have to call the corporate office and ask for their help. Which, of course, seems a bit excessive, and candidly too labor intensive, just to get my points credited! Kudos: The young lady who packaged my order was a sheer delight!! Super friendly, generous with her smile and her warm entreaties to add extra sauce, eating utensils, plate etc to my takeout order. Even though our interaction lasted only thirty seconds she truly exemplified Stonefire's pledge of delivering scratch-made meals in a "happy to serve" environment! This was my first time coming here so I was a little taken aback that you order right away and pay up front. I didn't mind it though because it's worry free when you're ready to leave and it's super convenient if you're with a group since there's no need to worry about splitting the bill. They also have plates, napkins, and utensils set up by the self serve drink station which surprised me at first but turned out to be really convenient. You don't really have a server since everything is self served. The salad was fresh and the mashed potatoes were really good. Thank you Stonefire for saving my Easter meal! Door dash cancelled my order 15 minutes before pickup time stating they were not able to connect with restraurant. With all holiday craziness going on at home I didn't see the email/text from Door dash until I arrived to pick up. The restaurant pickup area was in full swing of organized chaos, I was quickly addressed and they confirmed the preorder did not go through. I guess my face showed how defeated I felt with my guests on there way. A manager came over quickly to see what was going on and she had the counter person take my order and expedited it through even though it was clearly Door dash's fault.
