90 dollars for 2 people. Okay, that's a lot. I would forgive that IF the food is amazing. But, it's not. Garlic mashed potatoes were dry, had dried out cheese on top, and NO garlic. Mac and cheese was no better than that cheap kind you get from a box and a very small portion. BBQ Chicken was good not great. Meatballs were good not great. The garden salad was no better than you can get from a bag at the grocery store dumped into a small bowl "for two" with a tiny side of ranch. The service was fine, but the entire restaurant experience was low end cafeteria. Not going back, not for that price. The value is not there. Money wasted, but lesson learned. We arrived around 5:30 pm and as soon as we entered they had a billboard of their special. We tried ordering pulled pork and they apologized but they were all out. We ordered another type of meat and asked for the dessert (as offered with their special). According to the billboard, we had a choice of cheesecake or carrot cake and once again we were told that they were sold out. WHAAATTTT? In my head I'm thinking "Take the damn billboard off." I always get good food here at a reasonable price. This time I ate in my car for some reason, but the dining room is large and spacious. The food to go that I picked up was hot and ready. The food is overpriced and mediocre at best. Stonefire used to be good so I'm not sure what changed. We ate there recently and probably won't go back. Great place for bigger groups. Family style portions. Prices are super reasonable. We always have leftovers to take home. They currently have a stimulus package which honestly is an amazing price. 1 meat option, 2 sides, pizza or pasta, breadsticks and salad choice for $39! We had such a great experience here! We ordered the Alfresto pasta but ended up receiving the regular Alfredo instead. It wasn't a big deal but one of the employees, Santiago, went above and beyond to make it right. Even after I told him it wasn't necessary, he still brought out a side of pesto so we could mix it in ourselves. He checked in on us afterward to make sure everything was fine and later came by again to see if we needed containers for our leftovers. He was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole meal. We came for a visit at this location since it's closer to us. Our first visit was at Hastings Ranch and we were impressed. We were happy with our visit here in Brea. Great customer service and they went above and beyond when there was an issue out of their hands. We appreciated their upfront communication and how they resolved the issue. Our food was great. My favorite is their caprese sandwich and how all the flavors blend so well. I ended up with their potatoe salad for the side which was also good. My kid ordered his fave their bacon cheeseburger with a side of Mac n cheese. Their food is prepared fresh. We celebrated a family member's birthday at the Stonefire Grill in Brea recently and we had an exceptional experience at that restaurant. Even tho we had close to 20 guests...the manager James H. and all the staff were friendly and super helpful. I had pre-ordered a carrot cake a few days earlier...but I brought an additional cake from some other bakery...and the staff was kind enough to refrigerate the extra cake no problem. I ordered the mega feast and added an extra tri-tip, another rack of ribs, and extra breadsticks. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food...plus they were more than happy to bring some of the extra home. We had such an enjoyable time at Stonefire Grill...we are hoping to have another family gathering there again soon. read more

We ate dinner mid-week during non-peak hours so it's difficult to understand why we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our food and when it arrived to our table, it was cold. Clearly someone forgot about our food. We wanted to try the new, seasonal items and that was a big mistake. The corn on the cobb was clearly pre-boiled before being placed on the grill...big mistake. On this visit, I realized that they have a new value meal bundles for 2, 4, and 6 so I decided to go with Chicken And Tri Tip For 2, which includes a half grilled chicken, 10 oz. of tri tip, their famous Caesar salad, and four freshly baked breadsticks and boy, that was perfect! I tried Stonefire for the first time and it was pretty good! It's cozy inside and they also offer outdoor patio seating. You order at the front, then wait for your food to be brought out to you. You seat yourself, so you can choose where you are sitting. I ordered the tri tip sandwich with a Caesar salad. My husband enjoyed a barbecue chopped tri tip salad, and my daughter had the ribs from the kids menu. It was tasty and we all enjoyed our meal. Food is great for the price. Overall good, however store manager Jason Swaffer is the reason I gave it 3 stars. I order lunch for the office weekly and I use SFG about 1 or 2 time per month, since 2022 and nearly every time service is great. I had an issue with missing items on an order and spoke with Jason and he gave me his word that he would take care of me on the next visit by sending me a discount or coupon which wasn't a big deal because everyone at the office was fed and happy. After a few visits, I notified Jason that I didn't receive the discount or coupon and he completely ghosted me. I then sent him an email thread with the follow up and he didn't respond. Anyways, food and prices are good. Great value, considering the portion sizes. I highly recommend using them for catering, family parties or dine in. Loved our meal. read more

I've had issues with the previews manager here. She had very rude customer service but the new manager young man I think his name is Jason is very great at his job. He makes sure and tries his best to make everything on point and he'll fix any issues like a true manager I've had several incidents with him where he was very kind and thoughtful, but also did his job logically. I see some of these other bad reviews on here and I truly don't think it should portray the manager. He tries his best to keep his staff on point, but he can't control everything that they do which is why I feel bad when something goes wrong if it ever does, but so far everything's been great with him. Those bad reviews should not reflect on him. I think he'll prove himself to be one of the best leaders of this location. read more
