Well well well.. where do i even begin. Me and my bestest gals wanted a nice meal, we knew we could count on chick fil a.. but boy oh boy were we wrong.. We pu to the drive thru and and start taking our order. The worker clearly didjt know what she was doing. We wanted to make separate orders so she said she could do 2 which we were okay with. So we started ordering and she takes 2 out of the 3 orders, but didn't take mine. I asked to add onto someone else's order but she said we would have to go around again which didn't make sense because the second order hadn't paid. When we pulled up to the window they took an abnormal amount of time for fast food drive though with our food and still proceeded to mess up both orders (missing drink and fried). I'm thoroughly disappointed because isn't chick fil a supposed to be great customer service? I completely understand working fast food and wouldn't want to make it confusing for the staff but at the end of the day people just need to be nice especially the staff here. read more

While eating my lunch, I overheard a little boy tell the pleasant guest associate "this is the best Chick-fil-A"! I totally agree! I love the chicken strips and nuggets and those waffle fries - yummy! I would eat chick fil-a everyday if i could. And the sauces are on point. The downsides of this location: 1. The drive-thru is kind of crazy. I know the staff tries, but sometimes orders take a while so the line gets super backed up. Maybe a curbside pick up with assigned parking spaces might help? ‍. 2. Sometimes your waffle fries look half full. I got a large order last week and it had the portion of a small. THE WORST CHICK FIL A in the area!!! I only go there because it ia close to my job. Oh my god they constantly mess up whether it's your food / drink / sauce. It's always SOMETHING. I have made numerous complaints / go back for refunds / make them remake my order / NOTHING WORKS they don't care. Management does not care and they do not fix their issues. Excellent service! After a long day of shopping at the Brea mall we stopped for a light dinner. We ordered and found a table. As we sat, we must've looked tired and parched because one of the employees, a nice young man asked if we wanted some water while we waited for our food. Surprised we said "yes?" I ordered four spicy deluxe sandwiches via mobile order and one of them had a hair in it. I called the store and they transferred me to speak to the manager, Chrissy. I let her know that one of the sandwiches I ordered had a hair in it and she replied, "ok." There was about a 5 second pause until I finally had to ask if I was able to get a refund or SOMETHING. She rudely said, "we can't do refunds over the phone you have to come back to the store or I can credit your account." I asked her to credit my account and of course, she credited me a completely different sandwich that is way cheaper even though I ordered four of the SAME sandwiches. I had one of those very long days. I called my husband and said how about Chic-fil-A. I have not bee to a Chic-fil-A in a long time but remembered those chicken strips. I noticed the awnings were up and thought how nice its covered. It was a very hot day! I was greeted by the sweetest young lady in such a huge smile happy sort of way. She asked me my name and helped me place my order. She was just so sweet. Then my stress from the day started rolling away.. As I pulled up to the window a blast of cool air hit me. It felt awesome, and again I was greeted with another happy smile hello Miss Coral he said. It made me smile he took my cash waited patiently while I retrieved one penny. Hand me my change gave me my order and my special ordered half lemonade and sprite drink all with a smile. He said to me you have a nice day Miss Coral! It felt so sincere. I said You too. I drove away thinking why cant everyone be this way! I thought I am going to try to be like this to everyone. If we all were like this what s great world it would be! I mean I really thought this. I've been to this chick-fil-a many times and it seems like things just aren't getting positive for them. I recently had an order that was charged yet given to me inaccurate. I attempted to reach out but it took them much to long ( approx 1-2 weeks for them to notice ) thus here's the bad review I promised them. Quite frankly they didn't care so neither do I. Personally I'm a huge fan of the chain restaurant but will remain at my local branch and no longer venture out to this location. The food and service just isn't well. read more

Honestly Chic Fila is usually really good. Last couple times at this location since the reopening, quality has not been the same. This sandwich looked like somebody sat on it it came smashed down and the chicken wasn't crispy at all. Soggy. I ate it right after getting it from the drive thru. I told her it was ridiculous of those who are waiting in the line after 10:30 are still getting their breakfast orders. Yet I mobile ordered mine around 10:15 only coming to pick up couldn't get the order at all. She agreed it was ridiculous then I pointed out that she agreed with me. She then started back pedaling. Learn how to not put your foot in your mouth. She then started saying do not get rowdy with me. No one was getting rowdy. Poor choice of words. The service at this Chick-Fil-A on Imperial is bad. It's convenient and the food and drinks are still good (except they sometimes skimp on the waffle fries). Each time I've gone in the last several months, the employees outside taking orders are awful. They talk and laugh with each other instead of paying attention to the incoming customers, no greeting, no eye contact, unfriendly, and they don't even use the standard Chick-Fil-A reply: "My pleasure"! The last time I went to the drive thru, I said hi as I drove up to the person taking orders. No greeting from him. He just replied "Name for the order?" in a rushed tone. Everything else he said was a rushed mumble. And he did not say thank you. For reference, the employees I'm referring to are very young, maybe still in high school and they look sloppy and careless. Chick-Fil-A was known for their great customer service, like In n Out. In n Out far surpasses them now. I have been ordering breakfast from this Chick-fil-A for over a year now because it's right next to where I live. They have quality issues with their breakfast items. Hash browns- I have never ever had a box of hash browns filled up. It's always a little undercooked. I have been to other Chick-fil-As, their hash browns boxes are filled and crispy. Sausage, egg and cheese muffin- It's usually burnt on one side, both sides, edges, or unevenly toasted. Condiments- I guess when the crew that packs the food don't care either. I asked for grape jam and again I got strawberry jam. Fire your breakfast crew cause they obviously don't care about the quality of the food. read more

I have been so impressed by how Chick Fila is really stepping up to make a great experience. Now, of course us regulars know that this company always goes above & beyond but their service game is still on point. At this location they have two employees working the lines to get orders started as soon as possible. Then another employee handles all the payment transactions. You don't even have to reach far for you food because they tray they place it on for you to pick up is easily accessible. It was such a good experience that I already cannot wait to go back again. Food wise, I always recommend the chick Fila sandwich with just a pickle. It is plain but so incredible. I love to order my waffle fries without salt. Ryan Lua did an outstanding job today! I came to Chick-fil-A to grab an early lunch today in the drive thru, but was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes until the kitchen switched over. Being in the service industry, I completely understood and was happy with just driving through the line until 1030 came around. As I came by the window, Ryan asked if everything was ok and I explained to him my situation with being a little early and that I was just going to swing back through in a few minutes. After waiting until 1030, I went back through and was able to order lunch. When I got up to the window, Ryan read back my order and I noticed it was incorrect. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my correct order was hot and ready and also gave me some complimentary coupons for my next order, due to the mistake. The line is always ridiculously long here, and without fail every time I order whether it's in person or on the app they never give me the amount of sauce I ask for and sometimes neglect to give me any at all. It's really annoying having to check my bag every single time they give it to me and having to ask for sauces that I clearly stated in the order. They need to actually read their orders thoroughly. Also, the food usually tastes great at this location but today when I went they gave me a sorry excuse for a box of fries with what looked like all the little pieces from the bottom of the fryer, and the few actual fries there were were soggy. The Brea CFA has messed up our delivery order 2x in a row. Orders were a week apart. Both orders were placed through the CFA app for delivery. The first order was delivered missing our entire kids meal. I phoned the restaurant and told them what happened and was told they would mail a coupon to me. Still yet to be received. Tonight, we received a "dine in" order - different menu items than we wanted. We did not even receive any napkins with our orders. My daughter worked at CFA X1 year and the Brea CFA needs to have their "baggers" and "expo" employees confirm that bagged orders are correct and items for meal consumption are included. Over the last few years, the Brea CFA has declined in several aspects of customer service - especially since key employees have been forced to leave/quit.
