The drive-thru lines at this location always looks so daunting, no matter what time of the day! However, the lines (surprisingly) go pretty quick and there is an efficient system in place. Between my hubby and I, we split two spicy chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwich, 12 piece nuggets, and large waffle fries (about $26 post tax). The food is so simple but sooo delicious. The only downfall that I've experienced at Chick-Fil-A is that they do not fill the fries container as much as they could. Also can't forget about the wonders of Chick-Fil-A sauce that pairs well with every sandwich and fries! So dang good. read more

It was delicious. They are fast service, very friendly. The food came out fast and have no compliance.

This location is terrible. What is the point of using mobile app to order in advance, if it is not going to create a more efficient pick up process??? I go here often because it is convenient on my way to work in the morning. I place my order on the app 15 minutes before leaving my house. Today I arrived, I was the only car in line. I thought it was going to be fast. NOPE. I waited 10+ minutes at the window and then once the drive thru line filled up they told me to go park!!! When I asked them why they said they didn't have my 2 breakfast filets ready. That breakfast filet goes into their most common breakfast sandwich- how is that possible to take longer than 10 minutes. Probably because they didn't read the ticket to drop the chicken into the fryer until way later. I pull into a parking spot and the girl brings out my food. No sorry, no comp card for a free sandwich for waiting that long. Ridiculous. read more

Always 5 star at Chick-fil-A! Nice staff, clean inside, great food. If I had a complaint it would be the up charge for lemonade.

Was advised I needed to leave because the dining room was closed after 9 and they tell me after I already had all my food out on the table ready to eat. However they did help me resolve an issue with my app. read more

This is my first time trying out Chick-fil-A! The staffs and everyone made it very pleasant experience for me. Everybody is so nice and welcoming. Since this was my first time trying out, they made me this ice cream with cherries on top before leaving the store. Thanks for making it very memorable experience! #mademyday read more

Don't go to this place if you see a long line of cars, they can't handle your orders. I placed my order through drive thru lines and the young lady took the order as we drive through the lines. When I got to the pickup window they said my order is not ready ( it was just a sandwich and one kids meal), nothing complicated. They asked me to park my car and they will bring the food. 10 minutes passed and no one showed up. And I watched all the cars after me pick up their orders and just drove away. So I walked up to the pick up window for my order. It was just sitting there and they handed over to me. I went back to the car and checked my order they didn't complete the order so had to go back again to get missing order again. When there's no lines their service is fine but they can't handle rush hours . read more

I am on a casual, slow, plodding quest to try chicken sandwiches at the chains. So far Popeye's is a solid #1. The Chick takes second place. On this day I ordered the spicy fried version, not the grilled, and sat inside. Compared to my boyfriend Popeye, Chick's is less crispy, a little smaller, the spicy version is less spicy, and seems softer. I was still hungry afterwards, so I got chicken strips. Same comparison to my hero Popeye...less all around. read more

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles (I used to work at a chick fil a and I know each sandwich has 2-3 pickles so extra means to add 2 more ) I opened my sandwich and it had about 12 large pickles, basically looked like an all pickle sandwich. I don't know if they were trying to be funny but I don't find it funny at all. Each time I've been here they have either been rude or forget my items. The only reason I keep coming is because I enjoy there sandwiches and this is the closest location to me. Since I've worked in the fast food industry in the past I understand how frustrating it can be when it comes to rude customers or when the store is just super busy but this wasn't right at all. Been coming to this Chick Fil A for a while and the service and food has just been getting worse. I ordered a cobb salad with the spicy filet. It looks like I got a half eaten chicken breast. This time they got the dressing and sun dried tomatoes correct but it's 50/50, half the time they miss adding the dressing or toppings. I can't believe we are actually going to have to pay fast food workers more as the service continues to get worse and worse. Very sad about this restaurant because we love chick fil a bit I guess we will give the Tustin location a try moving forward. read more

"Go wait on the side, we'll come find your car". Ok, since parking sucks, and everyone loves blocking intersections, ill drive and park near DSW. Come find me. Seriously?!?!? I have be two small kids with me, why is drive-thru a nightmare?!? When they tell you to wait on the side because spicy sandwich takes longer. Twice now, while delivering food to my car, they have forgotten an item in the bag, Or, better yet, it wasn't even the spicy sandwich that you specifically wait for. Do they seriously think your not going to realize or don't double check your own order? The damn receipt is there. Do your job correctly!!!! Have a great day ! read more

This review pertains to the delivery and take out service side of things. I personally don't eat Chick-Fil-A as much, but my kids absolutely loves it. The nuggets are particularly tasty, and uses actual chicken meat. Waffle fries are some of the best around. Some highlights : - Delivery service is on-time, and on point. I've tried their local delivery from their own location since I live fairly close by. They follow all safety and health Covid-19 procedures. Staff is always friendly, and if I catch them upon delivering instead of leaving at the door, they always ask if I need anything else. Service is great. - Drive-Thru is equally friendly and helpful. No rush, and oftentimes with a big smile. You can see the staff enjoy working here, and they take their time engaging with my family and other drivers. - Food is always hot and fresh. Tastes fresh. - Even though this is fast food, it doesn't feel like that with the service you get. It's slightly above, since the staff goes that extra distance of making sure their customers are taken care of. Oh, the reason I don't eat here often myself, has nothing to do with the food or service, it's just that I usually just eat whatever the kids don't finish. Being a dad now, I'm sure other parents have done this as well. Fortunately the kids usually finishes most of their meals here, they love it. read more

They have a person walking to you taking order in the long drive thru lane. Just like in n out. But they go a step further, you can swipe your card as soon as you place your order. Slick. Chicken sandwich and waffles fries are consistently good. The nugget is real chicken, but not real nugget, don't even bother. My coworker likes to order the chicken noodle soup, which I didn't even know existed. It's small and expensive and can't believe they have that item. read more

Earthlings!! I decided to try the drive-thru experience at Chick-fil-A. I was a little nervous at first, as I had never experienced this type of service before. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who guided me through the process. They took my order quickly and efficiently, and even provided me with some suggestions based on my preferences. I was amazed by the speed and accuracy of the service. Within minutes, my order was ready and handed to me with a smile. I was impressed by the attention to detail, as they made sure to include all the sauces and condiments that I requested. Overall, my drive-thru experience at Chick-fil-A was excellent. The friendly and efficient service made it a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend trying it out to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal on the go. read more

I usually do love Chick-fil-A and would give this location a 5-star as I have been consistently eating there with the spicy deluxe sandwich, but I had one experience yesterday (Friday) that made me feel disappointed and upset. I had online ordered their newest item, the honey pepper pimento sandwich. I was excited to try it, until I opened it and saw the inside with only the chicken and the honey sauce (I did get no jalapeños though). I was a bit confused because I knew there should be pimento cheese sauce as seen in the picture on the app. Because of how expensive the pimento cheese sauce was and is supposed to be the highlight of the sandwich, so I decided to go back into the store to see if there was a mistake or they forgot. Turns out that they ran out of the pimento cheese, and one of the staff members told me they forgot to update this info on the app. If I had known there wasn't even the sauce available, I would not have gotten this when I could get a cheaper deluxe sandwich that is good. With that being said, the staff member offered to either give me a refund for the entire sandwich or I could choose a replacement cheese. I chose to replace it with pepper jack, but I would say thinking back I should have gotten the refund because pepper jack is much more cheaper than the pimento. I do think it's a bit misleading that they didn't put aside the order and when I came they should have asked straight up what I wanted to do if they ran out rather than placing the bag in the pickup station and letting me assume everything is there. Next time I should double check. Overall, I'm not sure if I would risk getting the honey pepper pimento sandwich again given what happened, but I hope next time if they run out of something they let us know. read more

To be fair, I visit this location often and the food and service is NORMALLY good but I went yesterday and my experience was not great. I'm posting this so the restaurant has an opportunity to make changes. Anyway, I ordered breakfast on the mobile app and then drive to pick it up on my way to work. Grilled chicken biscuit thingee, yogurt parfait and OJ. When I ate it, the chicken didn't taste fresh...it tasted like refrigerator. Maybe it had been sitting in the fridge uncovered overnight? Not sure but that's how it tasted. I inhaled it anyway because I was starving! The OJ was fresh and delicious but the parfait was disgusting. Remember when I said I visit this location often? Every previous visit I've gotten glowing white yogurt, a sealed package with berries and another sealed package with granola. Today was different. I got a sealed package with granola as expected but the berries were already in my yogurt. Ok, big deal, I'm starving right...but the yogurt doesn't look white, it looks pink. As if those berries had sat there all night or somebody started to eat it, changed their mind and re-served it to me? Not sure but I took a pic, you be the judge. I tossed it out instead of eating it. This location is normally good but businesses have to cut corners sometimes due to labor shortages...stay safe! read more

I sometimes will come here for lunch on my way home if I happen to work a half day. This location is no different than the many Chick-fil-A's that I've visited. The employees are well trained to be nice and courteous. Almost a bit overboard sometimes. Normally I like to be left alone to eat my food. However one of them will walk around the dining area and ask if I needed anything even after seeing me just take a huge bite of that delicious chicken sandwich! :) I'm sure you already know why you should eat at Chick-fil-A. If not, you'll need to eat one of the following delicious combinations: Chicken sandwich with Chick-fil-A sauce Waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce Besides those 2 standard items, I also like their Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Well well well.. where do i even begin. Me and my bestest gals wanted a nice meal, we knew we could count on chick fil a.. but boy oh boy were we wrong.. We pu to the drive thru and and start taking our order. The worker clearly didjt know what she was doing. We wanted to make separate orders so she said she could do 2 which we were okay with. So we started ordering and she takes 2 out of the 3 orders, but didn't take mine. I asked to add onto someone else's order but she said we would have to go around again which didn't make sense because the second order hadn't paid. When we pulled up to the window they took an abnormal amount of time for fast food drive though with our food and still proceeded to mess up both orders (missing drink and fried). I'm thoroughly disappointed because isn't chick fil a supposed to be great customer service? I completely understand working fast food and wouldn't want to make it confusing for the staff but at the end of the day people just need to be nice especially the staff here. read more
