The patty was small and completely dried up (it was definitely not made fresh and had either been left out or just reheated). The food has always been incredible at in n out. It's always fresh and hot and they are pretty quick to get food out. This location was up to par with that standard. Service was also very good, very fast and efficient. I think the only thing that would deter me from this place is the parking. They are located in a busy complex with other businesses and they have a small parking lot. Their drive Thru pretty much blocks parking spots and those that are able to park there cannot get out unless the drive thru clears. We had to park across the street in a different lot and walked across to get to the in n out. Just a heads up for people going there. Parking can be difficult. read more

Stopped in after we picked up baby girl and one of her best friends from school to help our friends and decided to come here for lunch. What a delicious idea always to have In n Out. Was craving those mouth watering animal fries I sometimes feel guilty eating but not really cause they are just that good lol. We ate inside today, haven't eaten inside an In n Out in forever. The kids got some coloring things too from Mary the girl who took our order she was so nice and friendly with a smile, Thank you so much. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers and one without cheese, 2 fries and animal fries mmmm and soda's and hot chocolate. What an amazing lunch its clean inside lots of tables to sit out, you can sit inside or outside which is nice but it was cold today so inside day. We always come here love this location just not the parking lot but its ok :) although the drive thru is quick, we also got our order quickly inside too. Who doesn't love in-n-out? We came by on a hot day and needed a water cup. It wasn't busy on a Sunday at 2 PM so we got an employee's attention right away! I frequent this In-N-Out much more now compared to the Fullerton location by the Costco because it's closer and you're in and out much faster. I have not dined in at this location yet but the drive thru is great here! Every employee I've interacted with here has been great. Everyone treats you with respect and you are never rushed to order. My typical order is 3 double-doubles with onions and pickles. Can't forget to get chili peppers and spread on the side. If I'm in the mood, I'll get their strawberry shake as well. This is a great In-n-Out! The employees were friendly, food was prepared efficiently and the dining area was well kept, despite the crowds both inside and in the drive thru. We never saw this place slow for the entire time we stayed in Brea and had lunch, dinner and a late night snack after the Dodgers game (Dodgers scored 16 runs and beat the Royals that night). This is the second time I observed this lady which I believe is one of the managers at this restaurant, name tag reads Brittny. She screams her lungs out to all employees non stop so loud and disturbing! It's very uncomfortable. We all can hear her from the eating room. We're there to enjoy our meal not to hear this woman scream her lungs out every time we come in! SMH I don't believe that this is OK. Upper management needs to do something about this. Multiple mistakes in ordering/receiving and having to go back in and reorder during a chill low traffic time is one thing... but the straw for me was being charged full burger price rates for what turned out to be single patties w only onion. Receipt showed "burgers" but if they don't come with lettuce, tomato, spread why charge em as a whole burger? Single patties are like $2 max... There were so many snafus prior that I didn't catch this til I finally got home and opened box of patties. Burgers were fine but def paid a few bucks more than I needed to plus extra time spent repeating, correcting order, and still having get out, reorder, and wait for missing food was enough to unlock my inner Karen. This is one of the newest in-n-out locations in OC! Came on a Thursday for lunch with my friend and our kiddos. I ordered a double single animal style with a whole grilled onion and ketchup instead. I also got a fry a double meat with just lettuce, a drink, 2 waters. The total for our meal was $13 and some change. The food came out rather quickly and we sat outside. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were also clean. The service was friendly, the cashier gave all the kids, hats and stickers, which I thought was a sweet gesture. The hats are usually not given as often. we all enjoyed our food! They did change the chilies recently to my friend and I noticed across the board at the in and outs, she said it was due to a shortage! i love their chilies and hope they get the old ones back soon! read more

My Bestie and I decided to meet for lunch and this In-n-Out was about halfway for both of us...We are "The Ladies who Lunch" iykyk :) and are also Fans of a DELICIOUS In-n-Out meal. Our experience at this In-n-Out couldn't have been more Delightful ! Service was quick even though they were VERY busy as it was Noonish and EVERYONE wanted In-n-Out for lunch ! A very nice young man,I believe his name is Adrian, took my order with a smile, though it was a kooky off menu order, Adrian wasn't fazed at all (the man knows his business !) We barely sat down and our order was up...PERFECT, HOT and DELICIOUS. We decided to dine outside as it was a Beautiful Sunny So. Cal. day. All areas inside and out were clean and welcoming, including the outside (no trash or messes anywhere on the outside patio.) While we were dining a sweet young Lady came around to make sure we had everything we needed and when we were finished with our meal she came back around and took our trash...now I have to tell You this is better service at a Burger Joint than many Fine Dining establishments ! BIG KUDOS to In-n-Out for WONDERFUL training of their employees !
