I ordered classic wings but was given boneless. When I asked to correct it, the cashier gave me attitude and made me feel pressured to accept the wrong order. Instead of taking responsibility, they argued and placed the blame on me. I hope this location improves staff training--especially in customer service. Also, the bathroom faucet dispenses dangerously hot water. It's a safety issue, and it makes me wonder if staff are even able to wash their hands properly. First off not accepting cash anymore is dumb especially at late hours when the banks are not open and I can go and deposit cash into my account. I drove 20 minutes all the way over there just for them to tell me that they don't accept cash and while I have the cash in my hand, the guy at the front desk was just laughing, completely rude and unprofessional. They need to up their training or just hire new people because I don't really know why I was treated so badly. Also the girls who walked out . All the guy had to say was well we don't accept cash. I don't know what to tell you, and just looked at me and was smiling . I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews by any means, but sharing my experience at Wingstop as it was less than ideal. I placed an online order of 30 wings ($33.09) around 1:00pm for pickup at 3:00pm. As you can choose up to 3 flavors, we decided to go with the Spicy Korean, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. At 3:00pm, we arrived to pick up our wings. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, I expected Wingstop to be much busier than usual as I imagined everyone was trying to get their game day wings in however, it was even busier than I had anticipated as the line was out the door and wrapping around the side of the building. I can totally understand and sympathize with Wingstop as I can only imagine how busy it was trying to crank out all those wings and fries however, I was really disappointed in their system (or lack thereof) to try to get everyone's orders out in as timely of a manner as possible. There were 6 workers at the register however, only 2 of them appeared to be helping guests. The other 4 idly stood by as dozens of people waited outside. While we had placed our pickup time at 3:00pm, we didn't get our wings till 3:40pm. By the time we were ready to eat the wings, they were cold and not as flavorful as I had remembered from other Wingstop visits elsewhere. The Garlic Parmesan had the most flavor of the three, while the Lemon Pepper tasted almost close to plain. Maybe both our experience and the wings would have been better if it wasn't Super Bowl Sunday, but I was definitely disappointed with our visit to Wingstop that day. read more
