It was my first time here a few weeks ago. I had NEVER been into a Wingstop before. I've heard so many good things, and when this one opened which is right down the street from me, I knew it was time to give it a try. I gotta say, for fast food restaurants, I never have any high expectations on customer service. BUT, I was definitely surprised with the service I received here. It was excellent! From ordering which Adrianna helped me. I explained to her that it was my first time. And she was very nice and helped me order and made sauce recommendations. Which I then ended up loving the sauce she recommended VS the one I wanted to originally order. Once my order was ready, she came out with it and went over my order again to make sure everything was correct. When I left, everyone said goodbye and wished me a good night. The very first time I tried this place I was pleasantly surprised with their flavor offering and abundant serving sized fries and sides. And their $19.99 special featuring 4 flavors, 16 wings, 4 tenders, and large fries really can't be beat. They also offer new flavors periodically and their service is quick for online orders (20 mins or less). I only wish they offered cheese curds and more dipping sauce options. read more

Ordered pickup and it was not good. Smaller serving size of soggy fries, tenders were over cooked and almost seemed like they were cooked hours ago and just kept warm. I've had better cafeteria tenders. Boneless lemon pepper wings were better but still below par. Not a good wing stop experience. read more

She apparently couldn't hear me either because I asked if I could get corn without Cajun spices, she said yes, and then I got corn with Cajun spices. The Cajun seasoning is way too salty. I am a delivery driver, and I HATE getting pickups at this location. They are always slow, but more than that, the employees are RUDE and NEGLIGENT. listening to music, talking on the phone, eating, ignoring customers in the lobby, etc. They waste my time & cost me money. For some reason the site and app don't have the option for Ancho Honey Glaze which is annoying but I just call it in. The new location is right by house too which I love. Don't listen to Kyle or Josh those guys are idiots, 1 star because they made a simple mistake? Go back and they'll compensate you or call and they make it right a different time. read more

Unfortunately didn't catch the employees names but I placed two separate orders on the mobile app under my name both and they reached out to ensure it was accurate which was very nice of them. Ordered online Regular hot wings and parmesan with seasoned fries. But pick up time at 1:00 pm, got there at 1:02 pick my food up, all cold french fries disgusting, Hot wings that had sauce did not have sauce, parmesan were overcooked and just horrible with no flavor. Huge let down read more

I never liked Wingstop, but when this location opened I decided to give it a chance. I walked in and ordered some wings which were very pricey but can't recall the actual price. Once I got my wings and I took a bite and they were not too bad until the 4th Wing which was soggy and covered with oil. This really grossed me out and gave me a very bad stomachache later that day. We ordered our wings and fries and were told 19 minutes. We were told to wait in our car and they would waive to us when our order was ready. We waited over 20 minutes when one of the girls waived to the woman next to us. I started to get out of my car when the girl waived me off telling me our order was not ready. We waited another 5 minutes before I went in to check on our order. They asked for my name and I see a bag sitting on the shelf with my name on it. The girl pulled the bag off the shelf and hands it to me and I asked her how long the order had been sitting there and she asked one of the other girls who said it has been sitting there for a few minutes. There was no sorry for the wait or any apology just here you go. We were told to wait in our car on a 90 plus degree day where others were waiting in the store and we felt we were being discriminated against. We were the second customers to be helped with at least 3 others after us but they all got there food before us. Our food must have been sitting there for a while as our fries were cold. I LOVE WINGSTOP I prefer wingstop over bww without question...... better flavors etc.... however....this particular wingstop....every single time I have been there it was been absolutely terrible! 3 times I have placed orders from here.... once door dash and twice in person....... each time has been a terrible experience...... the first time I order 10 traditional and 5 boneless..... the boneless wings were UNderCOOKED.... one was still cold, 2 were chewy as if they were undercooked, and the other 2 I didn't even bother I threw that away...... the next time I went there I ordered traditional only..... I had 2 wings that literally had NO MEAT, just skin and bones..... 2 of them were undercooked...and the rest I gave away to a co worker of mine and he ended up throwing them away..... the 3rd time was the last time I ever ordered from here, I got the boneless because of the special....SAME THING UNDER COOKED WINGS and on top of that it was GREASY AS HELL....I love greasy food I do...but god damn, sorry lord, this was absolutely nasty....I have given up on this location...hell it has be hesitating going to other locations because of 3...not 1 not 2 but 3 terrible experiences here....I thought having a wingstop near my job here down the street was going to be great...but hell naw.....very disappointed with this location....
