I came by recently around noon in the drive-thru. I loved the food, customer service and everything. My only thing is that the poor girls taking orders outside need to have some shade or something! They were so sweet but the girl taking my order looked drained from taking orders in the hot sun. They shouldn't be baking in the sun. Definitely need to do something about that. I ordered two meals, 10 count minis with hashbrowns and orange juice, 1 chicken biscuit with hashbrowns and an orange juice. I trusted that my order was correct because it was checked and handed to me by the manager (black polo, 20-25 years old). I went home to discover that the chicken biscuit was not in the bag. I left the minis meal with my child to eat while I drove back several miles with the hashbrowns and orange juice to show what was missing. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with the manager (last name was Saucy). I told him what had happened and asked for new hashbrowns as the ones in the bag were now cold. He told me that he can provide me the chicken biscuit and will only be able to replace the hashbrowns this one time. No apology or understanding that I had to drive all the way back and would have to eat cold hashbrowns because of this error. The entire cost of this experience was $30 plus the terrible service by your manager. I asked him if I could have the general store managers name to share this and he pointed at his own name plate. This is not the kind of service you would expect from your corporation and especially at the price I paid for these two meals. You can do better than this. read more

My mother-in-laws favorite spot, so whenever she is visiting the mainland we are here often. The wife and I normally don't choose this as our fast food go to but I never get tired of this place whenever we do go multiple times in a row. I love the convenience of being able to order on the app and just drive up - fast, easy and convenient. My go to order is the: - Spicy chicken deluxe meal (I usually add more lettuce at home ) - add chicken noodle (best chicken noodle ever) - 1/2 sweet tea and 1/2 lemonade For those who like a little extra kick make sure to get some Texas Pete hot sauce!! The food was just ok. This place is given too much credit. We went in to the restaurant with a walk in / diner in order. (For here) we picked our table, sat and waited for our order at a table. We got our order and sat back down and took our food out and were about to eat when an employee told us they close at 9. So he literally made us pick up our food and re bag it to take it to go. They should inform customers that they are no longer open for dine in. They need to put a sign out or verbally inform paying customers that their order has to be to go if it's right before closing. I was not happy and will definitely not return here. Do something about this!!! Train your employees to inform your customers. If you're going to let your customers come in and order then they should be allowed to finish their meal in peace. Do better ! My kids spend too much money on you to be treated this way. read more

No matter what time it is, there's usually a line here. Associate are in the drive thru taking orders manually. Seems like majority all CFA is doing this. Like the YL Location. Love the live interaction concept. I made a mobile order. The associate wasn't able to locate my order. So the lead, Victor help assist mee. since I was able to show him the order #. He's mention that there has been times w mobile ordering glitches. So he will give me my order. I have not been to a Chick Fil A in a long time. We decided to give this one a try. First of all, service was pretty quick. You can either mobile order or wait in line. Or if you prefer, drive thru is another choice. Food was delivered to our table. We had some delicious food. I had the Grilled Chicken sandwich. I added some Chik Fil A sauce and it was bomb! Ordered two bags of ice, watched the manager in training bring the bags out from the back, I walked closer to the counter, and he walked toward the drive-thru window and walked back and was talking and fooling around with all the other employees standing around. The manager walked by me and didn't say anything. The cashier stood at her register looking at me for 10 minutes and didn't say anything. After 10 minutes the manager in training walked over to the drive thru window then walked back with my bags of ice. I asked him if it's melted as I watched him 6 minutes prior walking with the bags of ice. He apologized and said he thought it was for the drive thru and offered to get another bag. As expected, this Chick-fil-A was very busy. The drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside, only to find it just as crowded, but the wait was shorter than it would have been outside, which was a plus. The interior was clean, and the staff, as always, was friendly. I enjoyed my usual chicken sandwich with cheese, or sometimes the Cobb salad with avocado dressing. The lemonade here is fantastic! A kids chicken nugget meal with apple sauce and chocolate milk. We received- only one order of fries, no apple sauce and the our sunjoys were supposed to be half unsweetened tea and half lemonade, instead we got sweetened tea and lemonade and were too sweet we had to throw them away. Went through the drive-through on Thursday, 5/29, between 3 and 4 PM and asked for extra barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwich, I was told they couldn't put extra sauce on it but would put some on the side for me. When I got the window, I checked my bag and the sauce was not in there ,when I asked him if he was able to get the sauce, he looked at me, confused, handed me two packets of barbecue sauce (that was nothing like the one on the sandwich) And I ended up just driving away. Well this morning I decided to go and have some Breakfast after dropping off my daughter I ordered a #6 which is the breakfast biscuit I specifically told the lady no bacon , they put bacon anyways fast forward I went to go and take the bacon off and this is what I found on my Bread. I'll insert pictures , some type of worm or bug implanted in the bun . DISGUSTING !!!! I could have been placed the hospital if I decided to take a bite despite the fact that I said no bacon ! Please stop eating here the chefs in the back shouldn't be working anymore and the store should close immediately. Pretty good location except that their drive thru is poorly designed. It isn't built well enough to handle the crowd if you come around lunch time. A little slower than other locations too. The people are always nice and the food tastes the same as any other location. That said, the new fries are a serious downgrade but that's not specific to this location. read more

Worst service ever. Cfa used to be alll about their customers but I don't know what happened. This store used to be operated by a man named Joe, he put his customers first and it was fantastic but now... horrible! I came for breakfast and was in line by 10:24 with TWO cars in front of me but the person ordering literally took 5 mins to order and then the person after him took 2 so it was a little over 10:30 by the time she got to me and I asked about breakfast and I told her I was in line prior to it ending and she refused to let me order breakfast. So WHACK! Before they'd still stretch it a little after and she couldn't even ask if they had biscuits or anything left. Just horrible. I won't be coming here again. read more

The drive-thru line is usually pretty long and I'd have to prepare myself to wait 20+ minutes from start to finish, but this location has gotten so much more efficient at moving the line along! The past couple of trips were all under 10 minutes. This time around, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, an 8 count Nuggets and Large Fries and it definitely hit the spot! They were a bit skimpy with the fries as my box was not completely full, but the fries I did get were crisp and perfectly salted. The chicken was moist and juicy too. I love the variety of sauces they offer but my personal favorite is the Honey Roasted BBQ! Unfortunately, this location often gives me the wrong sauce every time I go through the drive thru, so make sure you check your bag before driving away as I often end up with Honey Mustard instead of the Honey Roasted BBQ. read more

Then I ordered a chick sandwich with pepper jack cheese added and bacon added, while they may have gotten the cheese added it was extremely sloppy set and most was melted outside the sandwich and there was no bacon. I can't stand more than anything paying for something and not receiving it.. it's as if they just threw my order together as fast as they could and served it. Will not be returning.
