The drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside, only to find it just as crowded, but the wait was shorter than it would have been outside, which was a plus. A kids chicken nugget meal with apple sauce and chocolate milk. We received- only one order of fries, no apple sauce and the our sunjoys were supposed to be half unsweetened tea and half lemonade, instead we got sweetened tea and lemonade and were too sweet we had to throw them away. Went through the drive-through on Thursday, 5/29, between 3 and 4 PM and asked for extra barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwich, I was told they couldn't put extra sauce on it but would put some on the side for me. When I got the window, I checked my bag and the sauce was not in there ,when I asked him if he was able to get the sauce, he looked at me, confused, handed me two packets of barbecue sauce (that was nothing like the one on the sandwich) And I ended up just driving away. Besides the Yorba Linda restaurant. This Is our closest CFA & most visited for Us. The staffs here are really friendly. Service is usually on top and fast as possible. No matter what time it is, there's usually a line here. Associate are in the drive thru taking orders manually. Seems like majority all CFA is doing this. Like the YL Location. Love the live interaction concept. I made a mobile order. The associate wasn't able to locate my order. So the lead, Victor help assist mee. since I was able to show him the order #. He's mention that there has been times w mobile ordering glitches. So he will give me my order. Worst service ever. Cfa used to be alll about their customers but I don't know what happened. This store used to be operated by a man named Joe, he put his customers first and it was fantastic but now... horrible! I came for breakfast and was in line by 10:24 with TWO cars in front of me but the person ordering literally took 5 mins to order and then the person after him took 2 so it was a little over 10:30 by the time she got to me and I asked about breakfast and I told her I was in line prior to it ending and she refused to let me order breakfast. Pretty good location except that their drive thru is poorly designed. It isn't built well enough to handle the crowd if you come around lunch time. A little slower than other locations too. The people are always nice and the food tastes the same as any other location. That said, the new fries are a serious downgrade but that's not specific to this location. read more

This food isn't cheap; we spent $50 and both of the sandwiches, identified clearly as CLUB on my receipt (totaling $20.78 a la carte), were PLAIN chicken sandwhiches. Just spent almost $50 to have most of my order incorrect. And NO CHICK SAUCE.. how do you send a chick fil an order out without sauce, I requested 5 and didn't get any. Then I ordered a chick sandwich with pepper jack cheese added and bacon added, while they may have gotten the cheese added it was extremely sloppy set and most was melted outside the sandwich and there was no bacon. Well this morning I decided to go and have some Breakfast after dropping off my daughter I ordered a #6 which is the breakfast biscuit I specifically told the lady no bacon , they put bacon anyways fast forward I went to go and take the bacon off and this is what I found on my Bread. One of my favorite fast food joints with such friendly service! The drive-thru line is usually pretty long and I'd have to prepare myself to wait 20+ minutes from start to finish, but this location has gotten so much more efficient at moving the line along! The past couple of trips were all under 10 minutes. This time around, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, an 8 count Nuggets and Large Fries and it definitely hit the spot! They were a bit skimpy with the fries as my box was not completely full, but the fries I did get were crisp and perfectly salted. The chicken was moist and juicy too. I love the variety of sauces they offer but my personal favorite is the Honey Roasted BBQ! Unfortunately, this location often gives me the wrong sauce every time I go through the drive thru, so make sure you check your bag before driving away as I often end up with Honey Mustard instead of the Honey Roasted BBQ. read more

This location is terrible. What is the point of using mobile app to order in advance, if it is not going to create a more efficient pick up process??? I go here often because it is convenient on my way to work in the morning. I place my order on the app 15 minutes before leaving my house. Today I arrived, I was the only car in line. I thought it was going to be fast. NOPE. I waited 10+ minutes at the window and then once the drive thru line filled up they told me to go park!!! Don't go to this place if you see a long line of cars, they can't handle your orders. I placed my order through drive thru lines and the young lady took the order as we drive through the lines. When I got to the pickup window they said my order is not ready ( it was just a sandwich and one kids meal), nothing complicated. They asked me to park my car and they will bring the food. 10 minutes passed and no one showed up. And I watched all the cars after me pick up their orders and just drove away. The drive-thru lines at this location always looks so daunting, no matter what time of the day! However, the lines (surprisingly) go pretty quick and there is an efficient system in place. Between my hubby and I, we split two spicy chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwich, 12 piece nuggets, and large waffle fries (about $26 post tax). The food is so simple but sooo delicious. The only downfall that I've experienced at Chick-Fil-A is that they do not fill the fries container as much as they could. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles (I used to work at a chick fil a and I know each sandwich has 2-3 pickles so extra means to add 2 more ) I opened my sandwich and it had about 12 large pickles, basically looked like an all pickle sandwich. I don't know if they were trying to be funny but I don't find it funny at all. Each time I've been here they have either been rude or forget my items. Been coming to this Chick Fil A for a while and the service and food has just been getting worse. I ordered a cobb salad with the spicy filet. It looks like I got a half eaten chicken breast. This time they got the dressing and sun dried tomatoes correct but it's 50/50, half the time they miss adding the dressing or toppings. I can't believe we are actually going to have to pay fast food workers more as the service continues to get worse and worse.
