I had to get something for lunch that was seafood since it was a Friday and during lent we don't eat meat. It was located in the brea mall second level in the food court. I never seen this type of restaurant in vegas. Their menu was super simple you build your own Vietnamese spring roll or bowl. Their protein choices were beef, pork, shrimp, and tofu. We ordered a shrimp bowl with noodles all veggies with the OG sauce which was the typical fish sauce and sugar. We also tried two shrimp spring rolls and tofu with all the veggies and paired it with the peanut sauce. In the spring rolls what makes them different is they add a crispy egg roll wrapper which makes it crunchy. This was a smart idea and really different. The lady who was working tonight had great customer service.

Obvi not Brodard quality, but it's actually pretty decent to be a mall food court option. The ingredients were fresh and prices were reasonable. We got (3) Pork Sausage spring rolls & (2) egg rolls. I recommend the OG sauce for both, it pairs well. The egg rolls were warm and crispy with a good amount of filling. If I needed to grab a bite in the mall, I would definitely go here again. A healthier option than its neighboring food stalls.

Roll & Co is inside of the Brea Mall food court on the second floor and it is DELICIOUS! I had their 3 signature roll meal and it was made right in front of me and so fresh. The veggies, meat, and dipping sauce all complement each other and it was really tasty. I will definitely be back to try their other dishes!

A healthy and delicious choice here in the Brea Mall. I love spring rolls, and this place makes them quite well. I ended up getting the three signature spring rolls for $13.50, and they were all made fresh right in front of me. I loved the selection of sauces you can choose from, and overall, I definitely approve of these spring rolls. I will say the egg rolls were a bit average, nothing special there. Stick to the spring rolls!

I really like the food here, everything tasted fresh and love the "build your own" style at these type of places. The green Thai tea was good too. Price was decent, will definitely come back and eat here when in the area.

One of the best spring rolls I've had in a while and I'm coming back if im in Brea! Located at the Brea Mall, Roll & Co has five different types of spring rolls to get, beef bulgogi, pork sausage, lemongrass chicken, shrimp and tofu for a vegan option. They also have vermicelli bowls, egg rolls and wings! I got their Lemongrass, Beef Bulgogi, and shrimp. Ranked in my favorite was their 1) Bulgogi 2) Shrimp 3) Lemongrass. They are pretty filling and it's 3 for $13. The best part to top it off is their sauces, they have five popular sauces to choose from but we got their Peanut Hoisin and Green Goddess. Both were tasty but I loved their Peanut Hoisin the most.

Roll & Co at the Brea Mall food court is such a fresh, flavorful find. The concept is simple: build-your-own Vietnamese spring rolls, and they do it well. I tried the beef bulgogi, shrimp, and lemongrass chicken -- and the beef was hands down my favorite. Super flavorful, slightly savory-sweet, and paired perfectly with the fresh herbs and rice noodles. The shrimp was light and refreshing, and the lemongrass chicken had a nice aromatic kick. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and not heavy at all. You order, pick up, and grab a seat in the food court -- nothing fancy ambiance-wise, but perfect for a quick, lighter meal while shopping. Friendly shoutout to Lilly for the great service. She was welcoming and made the experience even better. Definitely a solid food court option when you want something fresh and satisfying without feeling weighed down.

My girlfriend and I made the trip to Brea Mall in search of Jelly Bellys, and afterward decided to get a bite to eat. I meandered away by myself when I saw Roll & Co as I was curious what they made. When my girlfriend caught up to me, she started explaining it to me. We ended up ordering the Spring Roll Sampler....one each of Chicken, Pork Sausage and Shrimp. We also tried three sauces. Hard to pick a favorite (all 3 were great), but my favorite sauce hands down was the Sweet & Kinda Spicy Gochujang Sauce. Do yourself a favor and try that sauce first. I look forward to eating here many more times while shopping the mall.

Service was very fast! The person making my rolls was super neat when it came to filling each spring roll. Everything is very clean and organized! I like how they individually wrap each spring roll with a piece of wrap so the spring rolls do not get stuck to each other. My favorite spring rolls would be the bulgogi and the nem sausage. The lemongrass wasn't my favorite, but it was still tasty! I love how each spring rolls included a crunchy fried wonton to give an extra texture boost.

Finally something new and refreshing in Brea! Roll & Co is a fast casual standout in the Brea Mall food court, think Chipotle or Sweetgreen but with Vietnamese summer rolls and bowls. Brea honestly feels like a bit of a food desert when it comes to exciting, modern concepts, so this is such a welcome addition. The flavors are bold and culturally vibrant, the ingredients taste fresh, and the sauces actually have personality. It's customizable, quick, and far better than what you would expect from typical mall food. The last time I was this excited for a new place to open was Bon Me in Boston and Pinkberry back in the mid-2000s. That's the level of "finally, something different" energy this gives. Really hoping they expand into more malls and cities. Maybe even Irvine, a city that desperately needs more bold, culturally vibrant concepts instead of playing it safe all the time. Let's be honest, new and innovative food concepts are rarely born out of Irvine. You usually see them popping up in the surrounding cities first.

I ordered the 3 signature spring roll. My choices are pork sausage, shrimp and beef bulgogi. My favorite out of all of them was beef bulgogi. For my sauce I got sweet and kinda spicy gochujang sauce. Service was great, the employee helped me with questions I had about the different ingredients inside the spring rolls. It was clean and well-lit. I'd get different food again.

I was looking for a quick dinner spot through Yelp and came across Roll & Co and I was immediately interested when I saw their Vietnamese spring roll concept since I love spring rolls. It's nice to see a restaurant focus on spring rolls that are customizable for those that want to be creative and pick their own toppings while also being able to choose from the 4 they already have available. Came on a Monday around 7pm and there was only one group in front of me so I only waited a few minutes which I took the time to look at the menu. I ordered three of their signature rolls: beef bulgogi, shrimp, and lemongrass chicken. I chose the peanut hoisin as my sauce. The staff member who helped me was friendly and efficient, it was cool seeing him make them in front of me. As for the spring rolls I chose, they were all really good! The peanut hoisin sauce is a classic, it was slightly sweet, nutty, and creamy. You can't go wrong with any of them, but my personal favorite was the shrimp, followed by the lemongrass chicken and bulgogi. All the ingredients were fresh and paired well together. I would say the protein amount was generous and I always had a bite of everything. I also especially like how every bite I got an extra crunch from the crispy egg roll, I've never really had that in a spring roll before but I really enjoyed that aspect. Overall, a very healthy and fulfilling dinner! I'm so glad I got to try and I like how I don't need to necessarily go to pho restaurants anymore to just get spring rolls and I can get my spring roll cravings here. I will definitely be back since they're located so close to me!

I have been on a spring roll kick lately so when I was shopping at Brea mall I decided to come here for a quick lunch. Roll & Co is located in the food court and its located in the back. Roll & Co is a build your own spring roll. I decided to order the three custom spring rolls. I like that you can have different type of protein on each roll. I decided on two rolls with lemongrass chicken and one roll with pork sausage. You can also choose between shrimp, tofu, or bulgogi. Next, you get to add a base such as lettuce, rice noodles, or half and half. From there, you add up to 5 toppings and a sauce. I went with their orange sauce. It was good. I thought this choice was good and it gear toward something more healthy. I wish for the price it would come with more protein. I felt there was more veggie than protein ratio. I was getting more bites with just veggies but the bites with the protein were really good. Both of my pick of protein were flavorful. The service was great. The lady helping me was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoy coming here and if you're cravings for some spring roll make your way over.

The rare steak pho was my favorite dish- pho is a hard dish to beat and mess up, and it came with not just a lot of noodles but meat. My next favorite were the pork rolls which were a huge portion of pork, veggie, and some crispy fried ingredient that provided the perfect crunch. As I'm writing this I'm craving another bite hahaha. The sizzling steak plate came with a lot of vegetables, salad, rice, and pickled daikon and carrot. This was the most expensive dish we ordered, but the steak felt too chewy and overcooked. We also ordered the banh khot appetizer, which is a dish I've never tried before but have always wanted to! I thought it was an egg dish, but was pleasantly surprised by the pancake texture and coconut flavor. We were so full by the time this dish came out, as they informed us the banh khot takes some time to prepare, but we still finished this entire spread. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely come back to Pho Ha! Their menu is extensive and has all the Vietnamese classics so I'm excited to try :)

This location, imo, is a lil pricey. We ordered a bowl of bún thịt nướng (~$17ish). For that price, other places will throw in an egg roll or two, but here, it's strictly grilled pork. We went ahead and ordered an egg roll side for $3.75. That was and is a very expensive add-on. The bánh hỏi tàu hũ ky (~$17) is priced similarly to the bún where you only get the main protein at cost. With that said, the food was fine, but I couldn't help but feel that they were nickel and dim-ing you. Other locations offer combinations at the same price point. I just like the variety without having to upgrade everything.

It was so soft and tasted just like jello! The Wagyu beef rice bowl is like the Korean bibimbap, a lot of chopped veggie, a fried egg and beef. I couldn't tell if the beef is Wagyu or not, since the texture didn't stand out. The Pork Patty roll surprised me of how crunchy it was inside.
