Saigon Noodle House is the place to go for definitely! Signature shrimp fried rice Tasty PHở in rain day!!!

    So good!!!!!!

Always authentic, delicious, fresh and consistent! I have been coming here over 18 years! The owner is so nice and always friendly. My favorite is the Pho Tai and the Bo Luc Lac accompanied with traditional egg rolls and a Cafe Su da to go!!! Support Small Business!! Places like these are the place to eat!!!!!!

Delicious Pho! Great service, clean restaurant, good portions and prices! We were given a free drink for our purchase. Will definitely be going back!

I have been eating at the Saigon Noodle House for many years. It seems to be family run, which is fine by me. The food is always good. I always enjoy their phở. Today I had a bánh mì gà nướng. The bread was nice and crunchy, if you like crunchy. I enjoyed the taste. If you are in North Orange County give them a try..

This whole shopping area has been remodeled recently and looks great. Inside was a bit dark and part of the place was used as storage. The guy helping us was hanging out with his friend so he never came to refill our drinks or ask us if we needed anything after our initial order. The food was ok... not the worst but defs not the best.

My friends and I went to this place on a Saturday for lunch, and despite going on a Saturday, it wasn't really busy, so we were able to get a table pretty quick. Service was fast, the restaurant was small and quaint, and the food was really tasty! The prices were decent and the portions were a decent size. We would definitely come back again for sure!

Im gonna give it a 4 . There's always room for imporvement and levveling your food up. We ordered a couple pho dac biet, pad thai and vietnamese egg rolls. Food was good and has the veitnamese clean taste on the palate. I would not say its the best nor its bad or average, just a little bit more of flavour and it'll get there. Me and my husband would still love to comeback and try the banh mi next time.

Was ordering at this place and didn't realize that close at 8 when online says they close at 9pm maybe they should update it. They did not give me the right items and probably uncharged me and I was too tired to care about it. I asked for egg noodles and they still give me rice noodles. This place was very not welcoming and I'm never going back at I felt like if they didn't want us there they could've just told us they were closed.

It's a windy day today, the cold air blowing against your face making you wish for that moment Summer was back. Although not so cold to where you couldn't be outside, but cold enough to where you could have a hot bowl of pho because who wants to deal with the California summer heat? If you're in the Yorba Linda area, it might not be so easy to find us hot bowl of pho but luckily there's a place called Saigon noodle House. It might be hard to see, and you would almost think that it's still being built but it's due to the vinyl covering on the windows. Which I never understood why restaurants would want to cover the fact that "hey, we're open and come on in for our delicious noodles!" But I understand that they may have their reasons. Now I'll start by saying that this isn't the greatest bowl of pho that I've had. Nope! Not by a long shot although I've been known to be a very critical food reviewer. You could blame my mom for making me that way. But take this review as a lesson on how you can mitigate your way to having a great pho experience. The important thing to know is that this dish has the ability to change and morph its flavor, and you have the power in your hands to do so. I'm sure that a lot of people who come in not being very well experienced with this dish might just start digging into it as it is, which, if that's how you like the broth by all means, go ahead. I always like to start by taking a sip of the broth to see what I'm working with and to me it needed some finessing. (Lingo for the young crowd) This is a fine example of a pho that needs to be tuned to your flavor profile before you can actually enjoy it. Some might prefer a sweet and spicy flavor profile where you would add the hoisin and sriracha sauce to the broth. Or maybe you want a little bit of lime and jalapeños for that citrusy with a bit of spice kick! Mine definitely needed a bit of everything. More lime than anything. With my regular sized bowl it takes about 3 lime wedges, a dash of pepper, a slight squeeze of sriracha to make my soup the way I like it. But sometimes it can be hard to get the amount of limes you need to make it happen as some places are stingy with their toppings. This place we didn't have trouble as we asked for it, we just didn't get the extra limes we asked for until we were halfway done with our bowl. But once it came and I squeeze the juice out of two extra lime wedges, the pho was delicious. I had a meatball pho so you know I was dipping the meatballs into a hoisin and sriracha mix that I had made on the side to alter my experience a bit with each bite. And if you didn't know that, grab the hoisin bottle and sriracha bottle, squeeze a bit of each onto a plate, mix it, then dip your meat into it. You're welcome. All in all, it wasn't a great bowl but it wasn't a terrible bowl, but it's there to help you have a little bit of Vietnam during these cold and windy days & bring some warmth to sooth your soul.

Came back after 7 years. Place tastes as great as I remember. I got the P1 and A1, very flavorful and perfect portions. Service is quick and friendly. The ambience is cozy with Vietnamese culture. Perfect for a quick stop before fighting traffic home.

Our server wasn't very personable but also not rude or terrible. I felt a little rushed even with a small menu. Being that I had never been there before, I wasn't sure what to get so I pretty much just blurted out whatever. What we ordered: 1) Black deluxe chicken paitan with pork - the broth was so tasty, it was absolutely delicious. The pork slices were generous, however, it was DRY. 2) Pork chashu - for my kid. They loved the broth as well and also felt that the pork slices were dry. I wanted to give 4 out of 5 stars, but I am going to hand them a 3. I loved the tasty broth, but the pork was too dry. How could you mess that up as a ramen restaurant? The portions looked a little smaller than what I am used to paying for much less money. That photo of my black deluxe chicken paitan with pork is very deceiving. It looks like a lot, but it definitely wasn't. I usually can't finish my bowl of ramen in one sitting and take the other half home. I barely had any broth in there, and being that the broth was very good, I was disappointed to run out of it before I was even done with the noodles and meat. Would I return? Sure. I liked the food. It's not a place I would go out of my way to eat at, but if I was around the neighborhood and wanted ramen, I would dine there again.

I sampled the chicken rice bowl as well and all the items in it were very simple yet delicious. I really liked how fresh and zesty all the veggies were and they balanced the heavy broth from the pho. Restaurant is small and cozy with only a few tables but was very clean with a bright decor - perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The place is casual, you order in the counter and they bring the food to you. it's also very self service, you get your own water & utensils. Nothing wrong with that, just different. Place is clean. Food is whatevers though. The egg rolls seem to be a tofu mixture which needed some type of meat as it feels like it's missing something. Now the actual pho bowl was OK but more towards the disappointing side. Their Wagyu doesn't really taste/textured like Wagyu, I'd much prefer they use cheaper cuts if it's not going to to elevate it from regular cuts. The soup does feel more "clean", but you are missing crucial spices and notes that you'd get from traditional pho restaurants. It feels kind of bland and not rich. In addition, the noodle wasn't prepared too well as I tasted starchiness of the rice noodle. Either they did not do a good job blanching or used subpar noodles. Overall don't think I'd return based on the price and taste.
