    Signature Beef Noodle
    Stella W.

food: SIGNATURE BEEF NOODLE SOUP with Small Flat noodle: VERY tasty broth. the small flat noodle was so chewy and yummy. I wanted a noodle similar to pho noodle, and this was perfect. I do with there was more meat in the dish. only like 5-7 pieces. small pieces. SPICY WONTONS: GET THIS! so delicious. lowkey Bette than dtf. BEEF SCALLIONS: this was really tasty. scallion pancake almost (better than a pancake) rolled with beef and tasty sauce. never had anything like it. service: GREAT service! very attentive staff! ambiance: good ambiance. lots of seating.

Niece was craving for dumplings and been wanting to try this place for sometime so decided to drop by. On a Wednesday night, it gets fairly busy quick but it has indoor and outdoor seatings so plenty of room. Menu is small compares to DTF and Mama Lu's, focus is more on their hand-pulled noodles more than dumplings. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Their hand cut noodle was pretty good but it being labeled as their "chewiest," I wasn't impressed. I think overall this place is pretty decent for dinner but I wouldn't pick it over Mama Lu's or DTF. Service: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Parking: 4/5 Price: 3/5

Noodle St and this location = incredible. You must go. PARKING & LOCATION // In a strip mall next to BBQ Chicken and 7 Leaves. There's plenty of parking! AMBIANCE & SERVICE // Vibes are very casual here. Mix of college students and families. It doesn't feel too "college-y" and isn't too loud either. I've been for both lunch and dinner and never had to wait too long. Service is incredible here! They are super friendly and helpful from seating to packing up your leftovers. FOOD // My top faves here are the BEEF ROLL and SPICY SIGNATURE NOODLES (with rice noodles). The beef roll has a perfect amount of sweetness with the beef and cilantro and the signature noodles hit the spot. My partner loves the knife cut noodles. I get the rice noodles just due to preference. OVERALL // 5 stars Highly recommend! I'm always coming up with excuses to come here lol.

My friend has been raving about this place, so I finally decided to try it with her--and I'm glad I did! The restaurant has a modern and cute aesthetic, and the service was quick and friendly. We shared the dumplings and a noodle soup, and both dishes were delicious. I liked that you can choose your noodle type--we went with the regular round noodles, which were perfectly cooked and had a great texture. The broth was flavorful, and the dumplings were excellent, especially with the sauce they came with. Overall, it was a great dinner, and I'd happily come back again.

$17 SPICY BEEF NOODLE: knife cut noodles (THICKEST & CHEWIEST). Beef was SO TENDER! $8 CUCUMBER SALAD: best EVER! GET IT!

PARKING (3/5): Parking can be TOUGH here since it's a small parking lot and REALLY BUSY all the time! Lunch & dinner you honestly may not find a spot. AMBIANCE (4/5): Casual sit down restaurant. It's BIG! Has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. SERVICE (4/5): I've only dined here once and service was quick! The other time I ordered to-go. FOOD (4/5): $8 CUCUMBER SALAD: BEST cucumber salad I've had anywhere! You MUST LOVE GARLIC! They do "smashed" cucumbers and it's LOADED with fresh garlic pieces and a soy sauce mixture. I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The portion is HUGE too! Highly recommend this!!! $17 SPICY BEEF NOODLE: I got the knife cut noodles which is the THICKEST & CHEWIEST noodles. I love this one! I've only tried this noodle so I definitely want to come back to try the others. I didn't love the spicy sauce, it was a bit too oily for me. The beef was SO TENDER & delicious! $17 CREATE YOUR OWN STIR-FRY: LOVED THIS! Way more than the spicy noodles. I also got hand knife cut noodles (THICKEST & CHEWIEST). Got to choose my own protein (shrimp) and veggies (black mushroom, onion, bell pepper). THIS WAS AMAZING!

I love that you can choose which type of noodles you want. We got the spicy beef noodle soup, which was good, but I wish the broth was richer and thicker. We also tried the regular beef noodle soup, but the beef had a slightly stronger, gamey flavor that wasn't my favorite. We also ordered the Qinghai clear cold noodles, which were chewy and had a nice texture, but I probably wouldn't order them again. The beef roll pancake was really good, crispy and not too salty. The shrimp and pork pan-fried dumplings were good as well. The inside is clean and nice, and the service was very attentive. They kept refilling our water and gave us scissors to cut the long noodles.

Noodle St is one of my go to spots when I'm craving some knife cut noodles! I was introduced to Noodle St years ago back when when this was one of the only/few locations and I still love it! Food: I always get the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles for the chewiest noodles. SO GOOD! The beef noodle came with large, tender chunks of beef, some kale, lots of soup, and of course the knife cut noodles. I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. Ambiance is more casual. It's a busy spot at certain points. I would come here with friends, family, and for a casual date night. It's cool to see them making noodles through the glass. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Overall still one of my favorite spots for beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles! Keep up the amazing work!

Another great visit to Noodle St. This place is on it, with quick service, fresh flavors, and attentive staff you're almost always guaranteed to enjoy your time here. I enjoyed the cucumber salad, which was heavily seasoned with fresh minced garlic - a huge hit for me, but may not be if you're not a big garlic fan! We love the spicy broth, it's large enough to share between 2-3 people along with some appetizers. Already looking forward to when the weather cools down and we have a cozy dinner back at Noodle St.

I love eating at this restaurant. Although there are other locations, this was my first time at the Fullerton location. They have a decent dining area and a great view of the workers making their signature hand stretched noodles. I ordered the spicy beef noodle and it was full of flavor, packed with nice heat, and decent chunks of meat. Their noodles were soft and chewy which gave a nice texture with the meat. The staff was friendly and they were really efficient. One worker would come by and refill our water glasses without us having to flag them down and request it. That shows the attentiveness of these workers. I would come back to the Fullerton location when I'm back in the OC.

Amazing noodles. We love the create your own stir fry. Our go to is the triangle cut noodles with chicken, green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Also got a small bowl of white rice which was so yummy. We tried out the chicken spicy wontons and they were also so good. They weren't too spicy either. It comes with 6 wontons (we ate one before the picture). The restaurant is small but cute. The service here again was good. The food comes out fast and they make sure to keep filling your water so it's never empty.

    Katherine K.

Tasty & an easy go-to, but a bit forgettable. Portions are large! The knife cut noodles were a bit toooo chewy for me (coming from someone who likes chewy things). Service is always relatively fast! The seating inside is a wee bit cramped, but you can see the staff making noodles/cooking from where you sit :)

The food here is amazing, honestly, everything on the menu tastes good. Every dish is consistently delicious. I always start with the beef roll pancake, then get the spicy beef noodle soup with the standard round-cut noodles (you can choose between round, small flat, triangle, or knife-cut). We also had the spicy chicken wontons on the side. Also really love their chili oil that they have on the side as a condiment. Service was great and our server was incredibly friendly. The ambiance is nice, and the place stays packed and busy. They do have a few outdoor seats as well.

Okay, I need to talk about Sona Fusion because we had the BEST time here and I don't want you to miss it. First things first -- this place is only 10 minutes from Disneyland, which already makes it a win. And if you're a cast member, show your ID because they give you 10% off. How cool is that?! Can we also talk about the men? The variety is there and small and not overwhelming. There's something for everyone without giving you decision fatigue. My picky eater? He demolished the popcorn chicken and truffle fries. The pho -- the meat was so tender it was literally falling off the bone. The pear salad was the perfect light balance to all the richness. The finger foods was Asian‑inspired, with flavors like black sesame, curry, and other creative twists that made each bite feel unique. Every piece was thoughtfully made, rich, and decadent without feeling repetitive, and the presentation was beautiful across the board. It definitely felt like a more elevated, modern take on afternoon tea. The tea itself, however, fell a bit short for me. I ordered a non‑caffeinated chrysanthemum tea, which unfortunately didn't have much depth or flavor. My friend's Darjeeling was better, but still not as rich or complex as I've had elsewhere. Given how strong the Asian inspiration is in the food, it would've been nice to see more thoughtful decaf tea options in that same direction, like decaf sencha, barley tea, or kuromamecha, to better match the concept. Price: The afternoon tea service is prix fixe at around $45 per person, which includes a curated set of savory bites, desserts, and a pot of tea. For the quality and creativity of the food, the price feels pretty reasonable compared to other OC tea services, though the tea itself didn't quite meet the same level as the food. Ambiance: The space is bright, warm, and inviting, with a nice amount of natural sunlight coming in that makes it feel cozy rather than stuffy. There are subtle Asian design elements woven into the décor, giving it a modern, slightly upscale feel without being overly formal. It's a great spot to catch up with friends and linger over tea. Service: Service was good, friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Even during a busy service, staff remained kind and approachable, which added to the overall relaxed vibe. Parking: Parking can take a bit of effort. Since it's located on a busy street in Orange, you may need to circle around the roundabout or park a little farther away and walk over. Not impossible, but definitely something to plan for, especially on weekends.

And for my son, the garlic noodles with grilled pork. Since my son didn't come home, I had to take it for myself, and the pork is my favorite thing! I didn't think they could top the pho - it's my absolutely love. The char on the pork is amazing.

I also got a strawberry coconut smoothie!! So sweet and delicious. Do not miss this place!! The food is excellent, the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and the place was clean and fresh.

Man was I surprised by this one!…read more Dawa Kitchen is a delicious spot nestled in the corner of the plaza. FOOD: The Katsu Curry is easily the best deal on the menu for sharing. For $25 you get a huge chicken katsu with curry pairing. The katsu was crispy, hot, and fresh when it came out. Very tasty! The curry itself is good, but doesn't have the same punch of flavor as other curry katsu places. Still good though! This dish could definitely feed 2 people. We also opted for the Ddeokbokki. This dish had great flavor and the rice cakes were cooked perfectly! Just as a heads up, if you are used to Ddeokbokki having extra's like fish cake and cheese, this does not come with it unless added. Overall, for value and flavor this is great! PARKING: Parking is tight in the complex and I would recommend getting there early just in case there's none available. WAIT/AMBIANCE: This place was packed when we arrived with a clear waitlist of 5+ parties. Try to get on the Yelp waitlist ahead of time to make sure you get seated in a timely manner. You can also look to make a reservation as that was also faster for me! Overall ambiance is good, and the restaurant was playing some Justin Bieber! DRINKS: For a casual dining place we opted to get soju and a beer as it was $10 per bottle. Also not too bad of a deal to pair with your meal! Overall would recommend this place! Delicious and great value!

Cons: - everything was a bit sweet - the pork katsu was a bit bland as well as the mac salad side dish - the pork katsu sort of peeled away from the meat because of the heat of the dish overall: - great service, big portions, would visit again! just beware if you want a spicer version of these dishes and a stronger taste. the katsu could have been a bit crisper as well, I think the bibimbap was done very well. the dishes are served in a stone plate keeping them hot through the meal

Dawa Kitchen - The front half of the restaurant is not huge, so avoid coming with a large group unless you don't mind splitting up.
