The beef noodle soup had a light beefy broth and the knife cut noodles were chewy and delicious. The garlic string beans were good (even my daughter ate some!) and the beef roll was excellent. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Overall the quality and quantity of food here is really good. They are pet friendly (with outside seating) which is nice. They get really busy in the evenings especially on the weekends. Service is really good and they're popular for their hand pulled noodles that you can see while you eat. We enjoyed that they offer a wide selections from different soups to fried rice to dumplings. Prices are fairly priced as well. The only downside is this is a really busy plaza and parking can be a bit of a pain to find when it gets busy. I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. I love eating at this restaurant. Although there are other locations, this was my first time at the Fullerton location. They have a decent dining area and a great view of the workers making their signature hand stretched noodles. I ordered the spicy beef noodle and it was full of flavor, packed with nice heat, and decent chunks of meat. Their noodles were soft and chewy which gave a nice texture with the meat. The staff was friendly and they were really efficient. One worker would come by and refill our water glasses without us having to flag them down and request it. Amazing noodles. We love the create your own stir fry. Our go to is the triangle cut noodles with chicken, green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Also got a small bowl of white rice which was so yummy. The beef roll on its own is filling enough for one person and I had leftovers for the next day. The beef noodle soup really hit on a cold day. The broth is light and flavorful and the noodles are hand pulled and they give you a lot. I've dined in the restaurant once before for lunch with a coworker and they are FAST. Like the server turned around and came back with our soup right away. It's always busy in the restaurant and parking is a luck of the draw if you can get a spot in front of the restaurant, but there's a bigger lot on the north end of the shopping center if you can't find a spot. The broth is rich, strong beef flavor, and thick. The beef is fork tender, just wish they added more. There's normally just three or four pieces.
