this place is so so good! was looking for something around the area and I stumbled upon this. I got their signature beef noodle and I added an egg & it was so delicious, portion was literally huge, the picture doesn't do it justice and it came out super quick. The staff here are so sweet & attentive. I loved their passion fruit green tea, it was deliciouss. We also got the Korean bbq and rice and that was super delicious as well. It was really clean and good seating. I would come back to try their beef roll pancake that looked so good!
Wow! I know this place is part of a chain, but the food was fantastic. We started with the cucumber salad and it had a soy garlic sauce, which was good. We also ordered the beef pancake roll, which was one of the better versions I have had. We finished with the savory braised chicken with knife cut noodles. The chicken was tender and juicy and all other elements were great. Overall, a solid meal.

Niece was craving for dumplings and been wanting to try this place for sometime so decided to drop by. On a Wednesday night, it gets fairly busy quick but it has indoor and outdoor seatings so plenty of room. Menu is small compares to DTF and Mama Lu's, focus is more on their hand-pulled noodles more than dumplings. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Their hand cut noodle was pretty good but it being labeled as their "chewiest," I wasn't impressed. I think overall this place is pretty decent for dinner but I wouldn't pick it over Mama Lu's or DTF. Service: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Parking: 4/5 Price: 3/5
My friend has been raving about this place, so I finally decided to try it with her--and I'm glad I did! The restaurant has a modern and cute aesthetic, and the service was quick and friendly. We shared the dumplings and a noodle soup, and both dishes were delicious. I liked that you can choose your noodle type--we went with the regular round noodles, which were perfectly cooked and had a great texture. The broth was flavorful, and the dumplings were excellent, especially with the sauce they came with. Overall, it was a great dinner, and I'd happily come back again.
Noodle St and this location = incredible. You must go. PARKING & LOCATION // In a strip mall next to BBQ Chicken and 7 Leaves. There's plenty of parking! AMBIANCE & SERVICE // Vibes are very casual here. Mix of college students and families. It doesn't feel too "college-y" and isn't too loud either. I've been for both lunch and dinner and never had to wait too long. Service is incredible here! They are super friendly and helpful from seating to packing up your leftovers. FOOD // My top faves here are the BEEF ROLL and SPICY SIGNATURE NOODLES (with rice noodles). The beef roll has a perfect amount of sweetness with the beef and cilantro and the signature noodles hit the spot. My partner loves the knife cut noodles. I get the rice noodles just due to preference. OVERALL // 5 stars Highly recommend! I'm always coming up with excuses to come here lol.

I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. Ambiance is more casual. It's a busy spot at certain points. I would come here with friends, family, and for a casual date night. It's cool to see them making noodles through the glass. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Overall still one of my favorite spots for beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles! Keep up the amazing work!
Another great visit to Noodle St. This place is on it, with quick service, fresh flavors, and attentive staff you're almost always guaranteed to enjoy your time here. I enjoyed the cucumber salad, which was heavily seasoned with fresh minced garlic - a huge hit for me, but may not be if you're not a big garlic fan! We love the spicy broth, it's large enough to share between 2-3 people along with some appetizers. Already looking forward to when the weather cools down and we have a cozy dinner back at Noodle St.
I love eating at this restaurant. Although there are other locations, this was my first time at the Fullerton location. They have a decent dining area and a great view of the workers making their signature hand stretched noodles. I ordered the spicy beef noodle and it was full of flavor, packed with nice heat, and decent chunks of meat. Their noodles were soft and chewy which gave a nice texture with the meat. The staff was friendly and they were really efficient. One worker would come by and refill our water glasses without us having to flag them down and request it. That shows the attentiveness of these workers. I would come back to the Fullerton location when I'm back in the OC.
Amazing noodles. We love the create your own stir fry. Our go to is the triangle cut noodles with chicken, green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Also got a small bowl of white rice which was so yummy. We tried out the chicken spicy wontons and they were also so good. They weren't too spicy either. It comes with 6 wontons (we ate one before the picture). The restaurant is small but cute. The service here again was good. The food comes out fast and they make sure to keep filling your water so it's never empty.
Update Review: 6/2026 Noodle Street has certainly expanded--I was surprised to spot a location near or inside UCLA!? Noodle Steet's signature spicy noodle with beef shank is not for the faint of heart. Even as someone who enjoys spicy food, this bowl is spicy enough to make my nose run! The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. The service is quick and efficient...the servers stops by often to replenish your water and drops off napkins extra napkins without being asked. Love the service. All in all the portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and if you're craving authentic noodles then swing over to Noodle Street! read more

I love that you can choose which type of noodles you want. We got the spicy beef noodle soup, which was good, but I wish the broth was richer and thicker. We also tried the regular beef noodle soup, but the beef had a slightly stronger, gamey flavor that wasn't my favorite. We also ordered the Qinghai clear cold noodles, which were chewy and had a nice texture, but I probably wouldn't order them again. The beef roll pancake was really good, crispy and not too salty. The shrimp and pork pan-fried dumplings were good as well. The inside is clean and nice, and the service was very attentive. They kept refilling our water and gave us scissors to cut the long noodles. read more

Very attentive and kind staff! Got seated right away, got it orders in, and got our food not much later. The beef rolls could have more hoisin sauce in them. I was tempted to ask for more on the side. The signature beef noodle soup isn't that spicy with them one chili pepper symbol so next time I might try the spicy beef noodle soup. I got it with triangle noodles and the best way I can describe it is if you pull apart string cheese and you get some that aren't flat-- that's what the triangle noodles kind of look like. read more

The food here is amazing, honestly, everything on the menu tastes good. Every dish is consistently delicious. I always start with the beef roll pancake, then get the spicy beef noodle soup with the standard round-cut noodles (you can choose between round, small flat, triangle, or knife-cut). We also had the spicy chicken wontons on the side. Also really love their chili oil that they have on the side as a condiment. Service was great and our server was incredibly friendly. The ambiance is nice, and the place stays packed and busy. They do have a few outdoor seats as well. read more
My boyfriend introduced me to Noodle Street and Wao I am SO IMPRESSED We ordered the spicy beef noodle, scallion pancake, and XLB dumplings. These three dishes were perfect for us to share + we brought leftovers home. The spicy beef noodle was so flavorful, and the noodles were bouncy and chewy (opted for the knife cut noodles). The scallion pancake was a bit too fried in my opinion -- it was too crunchy for me to enjoy. The XLB dumplings were delicious too. I would definitely come back for the beef noodle soup & their amazing hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and kept checking up on us :-) read more

Tasty & an easy go-to, but a bit forgettable. Portions are large! The knife cut noodles were a bit toooo chewy for me (coming from someone who likes chewy things). Service is always relatively fast! Service was very quick. Great food. The restaurant is quite small which results in the staff walking around tending to your table very frequently which can feel a bit awkward/uncomfortable especially with the staff watching you eat. I'd recommend the staff working on letting guests relax a bit more while eating here while still maintaining the good attentive service. Otherwise the food is wonderful, love it! read more
YES! I love Noodle Street! This location has a few items (dumplings) and Create Your Own Stir Fry that other locations don't and that's the reason why this is my favorite Noodle St location. We've been coming to this location for a few years now and they have excellent service and excellent food! Everything is freshly made to order. We mostly eat in the restaurant and have also taken out. Eating in is a little better since the food is sooooo freshhhh. Our order is usually Signature Beef Noodle with standard round noodles (you can pick between four options), Soup Dumplings (be careful it's hot soup inside), and Create Your Own Stir Fry (Knife cut noodles, shrimp, tofu, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and zucchini. It's clean inside, nice ambiance, and you can watch the chefs make your dish fresh and watch them make the homemade noodles through the kitchen glass. Great service, delicious food (we had been to the Pasadena location so we knew if it was even remotely the same, it'd be amazing), and everything was quick...no wait it's definitely a smaller physical space so I can see during busier times there would likely be a wait. Quick service and friendly staff. Enjoyed watching staff preparing the noodles. When ordering the spicy noodles you are offered a bib, the red spicy broth might stain your clothing. The garlic green beans were a hit. We also had juicy dumplings which were fine but we've had better elsewhere. The noodle dish was savory with a terrific texture. There are no outside tables and the inside tables fill quickly. On popular evenings there is usually a wait list. read more

I have been coming here when I was attending CSU Fullerton. Fresh noodles made on site with many other delicious choices. I like their standard noodles, but they also have flat cut, knife cut, and one more. Everything here is delicious with fast service and clean facilities. More locations are opening soon, but unfortunately, not near me. We drove 21 miles out of our way just to eat hear, but it is so worth it! read more

Fast efficient and amazing. My go to is Tomato and Egg noodle bowl. Just get there before 12:00 lunchtime rush . The place is amazing and the cucumber salad puts Din Tai Fung to shame . 10/10 read more
My favorite meal of 2025 thus far... which I know may not be saying much but every dish we ordered was so good. The standout dish was undoubtedly the beef roll. It deserves a medal of honor for the crispy pancake and flavorful beef drizzled in sauce. If you order any noodle dish, I urge you to try the hand-pulled noodles. You can see them make it through the window so it's freshly made and the texture is unmatched. It elevates every dish, whether it's in the stir-fry or the noodle soup. I was in a stir-fry mood this night so that was the one dish I really wanted. I ordered the CYO (create-your-own) option with shrimp, tofu, carrot, kale, and onion. It was delicious that day and the next day when I had it as leftovers. The waiters were also extremely efficient but also so warm and welcoming. The food came out quickly too so the overall experience was great. I think it was a good decision to also come for an early dinner because it got packed pretty quickly, even on a weekday. read more

Came here for a family lunch. The best thing I tried was easily the BEEF ROLL PANCAKE. It was beef with green onion, hoison sauce, and wrapped in scallion pancake. The noodles were great, although I got the signature beef noodle soup when I should have gotten the spicy one! The soup dumplings were pretty standard but definitely satisfied my craving. Wish we had more places like this in my city :') read more
