It's Pho Mazing Pho sure! The flavor was on point for their broth, not too overly seasoned and doesn't feel greasy, has the right amount of aromatic herbs and savory balance. The beef vermicelli was also very good and perfect with this weather, so filling and refreshing. Love the fish sauce and had to order extra pork fried eggrolls! Our fun server was attentive and nice, even though it was semi busy, she always came over with a smile. It's a cozy small diner but relaxing and comfortable enough. Wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night, at least they ran the AC and even though it was warm, was still ok w the on n off AC breeze, if you run hot, get under that AC. Came here with my girlfriend. She was craving pho and our regular place was closed so we decided to give pho mazing a chance. Small dining area with about a dozen tables. We were told to pick a table, my girlfriend started towards a table with 4 seats. She was told not there, we might have a bigger party to sit there. We were just 2. Okay, found a small table for 2. And looked at the menu. Not a lot of options. My girlfriend settled on the house pho mazing and I decided to try the garlic and butter rice with pork belly. Both were fair, neither was good. Her pho had a lot of meat so that was good. Prices were reasonable, about average for the area. While the hours were a good fit for that night, I doubt that we will return. Went in on a Wednesday night after work. Was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful lady, which was quite refreshing. Although there isn't much seating, we didn't have a problem getting a table for two at 6pm. We tried their pho mazing bowl, which has all of the meats included in a dac biet but with the addition of a rib. The broth was tasty and not too salty like other places. The egg rolls were crispy, tasted fresh, and flavorful. The only negative thing I could say about it is I would have liked for it to have more lettuce to make wraps with. It only comes with one sheet of lettuce and it gets soggy and cooked under the bed of egg rolls. The rib was also a bit dry and really hard to chew on in some areas. Pho is ok but service is RELLY BAD. There was only one server being always in rush. First, I reminded her to take less noodle while she was at the kitchen door. Second, she came out with my order then I realized there were no small bowls for sauces that are usually placed at tables in most restaurants. Every time I come here I know what to expect. The only lady who works here (I'm sorry I don't know your name) to welcome you with a big smile and serve you hot, fresh, tasty pho. Small, cozy spot we found after a late discharge from the nearby Kaiser on a chill Wednesday night. Grateful they were open till 11pm. The server was super patient and professional. We got the lemongrass chicken and a bánh mì to-go--ready in about 12 minutes. My chicken was juicy and packed with flavor. On multiple visits, the vibe from "certain" staff members felt more "why are you here?" than "welcome in."
