    Pho brisket

I always get the pho brisket. It's so good! Anytime I am craving pho this is my go to place.

Pretty good pho. Service was good. I was in a bit of a rush for a quick dinner but this place will not disappoint.

Came here with my partner around 12PM for lunch. Vibes It is a super humble and small shop that seems family owned. Where the bathroom is past the kitchen. Which for asian food, is totally my vibe. It wasn't filled to the brim but had a few large families eating here. Service Fantastic! It was one kind sweet lady taking everyone orders and take care of everyone. She was not overbearing but she had a very welcoming vibe to her that I really enjoyed. Food I ordered the shaken beef with yellow rice. The sauce was SUPER flavorful and the rice was fresh! The meat was a tiny bit tough but on par to most vietnamese restaurants I've been to. Overall, I would come back if I was in the area! I really liked the vibes of the shop and would go back for that alone.

Came in for a quick lunch and went with the BBQ pork sandwich while my friend ordered a bowl of pho. The sandwich was the highlight. The baguette had a nice crunch on the outside with a soft interior, and the pork was flavorful and slightly caramelized, paired with crisp pickled vegetables and a light spread that pulled it all together. It was filling without feeling too heavy. The pho my friend had leaned on the mild side. The broth was clean but lacked some of the deeper flavor you'd expect. Not bad by any means, just a little underwhelming without the addition of extra herbs, lime, and sauces. Service was polite and efficient. We were seated quickly and food came out in a timely manner. The staff checked in once without being intrusive, and everything was brought to the table hot and neatly presented. The space is casual and functional. It's clean, with simple decor and plenty of seating. Good for a relaxed meal with friends or a solo bite without much fuss. Overall, Pho Tay Bac is a solid spot. The BBQ pork sandwich is worth ordering again, and while the pho could use a bit more depth, it still makes for a comforting meal. Would return to try a few other items on the menu.

GREAT attentive service. Got the Seafood Noodle soup. Broth taste was deep/rich. A wonderful meal

Delicious pho and BBQ fried rice! Friendly staff and plenty of seating. High chairs are available for babies, and there's also a restroom on-site.

If you like pho with a warming, hearty and fulfilling broth, this is the place. Their fresh and clean ingredients such as seafoods don't smell and mints, bean spouts, lime slices and jalapeno slices are crisp. They even offer you sliced onions, which is another great things about this restaurant. If you want an appetizer and can't decide what to order, then go for both spring rolls and egg rolls since they are scrumptious. The service is superb and it is such a delight interacting with the servers and the owner. They all are very lovely people that you would want to come back soon. The restaurant is pretty spacious so it is a good place for not only couple people but also a group. There is plenty of parking so you won't have a problem finding one.

Food was amazing. I ordered a Pho with Shrimp Rolls and it was delicious. Quaint location with classical music playing

It's the closest pho place to me, also really good and fantastic service! I went in to have a solo lunch I was hungry and needed something warm for a cold gloomy day and it always hits the spot!! I got seated and my order taken right away and the lady was so sweet! It was pretty busy for a lunch hour but got my food fast and hot just how I like it! The parking lot is small but I seem to always find a spot. Thank you for my delicious bowl of pho and wonderful service I can always count on you guys. Have a beautiful day :) Aloha

So nice, we've been here twice! The broth of the pho has good flavor. I love their spring rolls!! This place feels comforting. You can order food to go/ pick up or you can dine in by just sitting anywhere and the employees tend to you right away! Food comes out fast too! Make sure you stop by and give them a try.

Staff is always friendly! I will say though skip out on the banh m, it was less than mid.

The rare steak pho was my favorite dish- pho is a hard dish to beat and mess up, and it came with not just a lot of noodles but meat. My next favorite were the pork rolls which were a huge portion of pork, veggie, and some crispy fried ingredient that provided the perfect crunch. As I'm writing this I'm craving another bite hahaha. The sizzling steak plate came with a lot of vegetables, salad, rice, and pickled daikon and carrot. This was the most expensive dish we ordered, but the steak felt too chewy and overcooked. We also ordered the banh khot appetizer, which is a dish I've never tried before but have always wanted to! I thought it was an egg dish, but was pleasantly surprised by the pancake texture and coconut flavor. We were so full by the time this dish came out, as they informed us the banh khot takes some time to prepare, but we still finished this entire spread. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely come back to Pho Ha! Their menu is extensive and has all the Vietnamese classics so I'm excited to try :)

Came for some banh mi sandwiches and instead we sat down to try the pho. Unfortunately they ran out of meatballs, so opted for the brisket pho and combo pho. There's a tea place next door. Quick service and nice staff. The robo Waiter delivered our drinks, which was also really good. They ran out of some citrus something, but we got the wintermelon and passion matcha teas. We got our banh mi to go and bread was soft, not ripping out the roof of our mouths. It was delicious. The quality of the sandwich was average. I think the other locations in Westminster are better. The overall area was clean and smelled nicely with the pho broth wafting in the air. I sampled the chicken rice bowl as well and all the items in it were very simple yet delicious. I really liked how fresh and zesty all the veggies were and they balanced the heavy broth from the pho. Restaurant is small and cozy with only a few tables but was very clean with a bright decor - perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. Service was very nice both times I went - they helped me understand between the different bowl options and confirmed the ones that I selected were halal which was much appreciated! The place is casual, you order in the counter and they bring the food to you. it's also very self service, you get your own water & utensils. Nothing wrong with that, just different. Place is clean. Food is whatevers though. The egg rolls seem to be a tofu mixture which needed some type of meat as it feels like it's missing something. Now the actual pho bowl was OK but more towards the disappointing side. Their Wagyu doesn't really taste/textured like Wagyu, I'd much prefer they use cheaper cuts if it's not going to to elevate it from regular cuts. The soup does feel more "clean", but you are missing crucial spices and notes that you'd get from traditional pho restaurants. It feels kind of bland and not rich. In addition, the noodle wasn't prepared too well as I tasted starchiness of the rice noodle. Either they did not do a good job blanching or used subpar noodles. Overall don't think I'd return based on the price and taste.
