    Pork Belly Garlic Noodles ($15.95)
    Elle C.

In search of Vietnamese coffee, I discovered Saiga; their high reviews, attractive food photos, and message from the business determined what we were having for lunch today. Based on many reviews and an acquaintance's recommendation, we ordered their pork belly; we really liked the crispy exterior, dry-&-tender interior, and flavor. We ordered: - Pork Belly Garlic Noodles, $15.95: nice, subtle garlic flavor; nice consistency and tasty green aioli sauce. - Pork Belly Vermicelli with Eggroll, $16.95: really enjoyed and appreciated the fresh lettuce, mint, carrots, and cucumbers -- and flavorful fish sauce -- which accompanied the pork and noodles. In addition, the crispy eggroll was tasty, too! - Strawberry Lemonade, $3.00: hubby liked it! - Vietnamese Coffee, $5.45: while I'm not a knowledge on this beverage, I appreciated its flavor and that it was not too sweet. While others praised the service, being a service-can-make-it-or-break-it person, I can't say we had the same experience -- not even a perfunctory greeting upon entering (or leaving); as a first-timer, I was hoping I would be offered a little guidance (with menu selection and paying with my credit card), but I figured it out. Our orders were efficiently and appreciatively brought to our table. Plastic forks, spoons, individually-wrapped chopsticks, and (the thinnest-&-smallest) napkins were conveniently on the tables. We left satisfied -- already considering what we'll try next time.

Saiga has delicious Vietnamese food! Every dish is freshly prepared and to order. I ordered the Steak Garlic Noodles, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Pork Belly Bahn Mi. My favorite is the pork belly as it's very crispy and flavorful! This is the perfect spot for a light, easy and affordable meal! Staff are also nice, friendly, and fast! Overall, great experience!

Located in a large plaza with ample parking, Saiga Vietnamese eatery is a Vietnamese fusion casual restaurant with actual delicious, affordable meals. -Banh Mi pork belly has abundant toppings and garnishes. The pork bellies are crispy with good portion of meat to fat. -Pork bellies and garlic noodles come with this amazing sour lime sauce. It balances the richness f pork and intensity of garlicky flavors. This sauce is my favorite part of the dish. -On a healthier side, we have other chicken options like grilled chicken with kimchi fried rice. The kimchi flavor isn't bold and pungent. This is fine for me though because I like subtle kimchi. Overall service is fast as there are options for self-service or requested service. Water is self refilled which I like because I do drink a lot of water. This is a great spot for workers looking for a quick, affordable, and filling lunch.

Love the concept, love the food! Vietnamese Asian fusion food that lets you customize your rice, noodle, or even pho bowl. We ordered Saiga for dinner yesterday, and were pleased with the whole experience. Ordering is super easy! Just go on their website and customize your meal of choice. Price is also very affordable, and their food good quality. We were also happy to find that your order gets ready right away. Food is delicious! And not too greasy, which I love. I got their chicken bowl, and everything was very flavorful. I had a taste of hubbie's pork belly garlic noodle, and their pork belly is definitely a standout. Their special green sauce also compliments the meal so well! Felt there was a bit more rice versus the protein, but still an excellent & quality meal for the price. Overall, Saiga was a great choice for dinner last night. I would definitely order from here again, or even better, dine in person for the full experience. Thanks, Saiga!

Great fast casual Vietnamese restaurant in Orange. If you don't want to trek out to Westminster/garden grove, Saiga is a solid option. They have a bunch of classics on their menu including pho, vermicelli bowls, bahn mi, garlic noodles and rice dishes. I ended up getting the vermicelli bowl with the crispy pork belly ($1 extra) as well as the grilled pork bahn mi. The vermicelli bowl was so good and refreshing with the slippery rice noodles and fresh vegetables. I also loved that it came with an egg roll. The egg roll was perfectly crispy and had a good filling ratio. I'm glad the cashier convinced me to get the crispy pork belly. I typically don't like pork belly because it's too fatty but this one was perfect with the crunchy skin and juicy tender meat. The nuoc cham fish sauce balanced out the whole dish too. I had the blended coconut Thai tea smoothie to go with my vermicelli bowl and it was delicious - creamy, nutty, sweet and a good amount of Thai tea flavor. The coconut paired so nicely with the Thai tea! I saved my bahn mi and paradise swirl (blended coconut strawberry and pineapple smoothie) for later and it was still good even hours later. There was plenty of parking in the plaza on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant has a decent amount of seating inside. The workers were nice and professional. It was the perfect quick meal that I was looking for.

This was our first stop on our recent Orange County trip. The eatery is modern and casual. We ordered two bowls- a vermicelli and a rice bowl. For the vermicelli, we opted for chicken, which came with an eggroll! The rice bowl came with grilled pork and a yummy green aioli sauce. They also have banh mi, pho, garlic noodles, kimchi fried rice, lemonade, and desserts! Both bowls were very flavorful and delicious! We also got a lychee green tea and a lemon guava green tea. Both drinks were refreshing! Service was friendly and quick! Can't wait to try more items on our next foodie trip!

If you're looking for a Vietnamese restaurant that offers something beyond the traditional menu, this place is absolutely worth visiting. The food strikes a great balance between authentic Vietnamese flavors and modern fusion creativity. I ordered the roasted pork dry noodles, and they were outstanding. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a flavorful, aromatic sauce that coated every bite without being greasy. The roasted pork had a beautiful crispy edge while staying incredibly juicy and tender inside. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and the presentation was clean and appetizing. I also had a Vietnamese-style grilled bowl with fresh vegetables and a crispy egg roll. The grilled meat was smoky, well-marinated, and paired perfectly with the crisp cucumbers, pickled carrots, and refreshing greens. The fish sauce dressing tied everything together with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, tangy, and just a hint of spice. The restaurant itself has a modern, welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for lunch, dinner, or catching up with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out fresh and quickly.

A great fast-casual Vietnamese spot in Orange! So many options to choose from on the menu, ranging from banh mi to pho to garlic noodles! There is something for everyone! The staff were so friendly, and ordering was quick and easy. I tried the barbecue chicken banh mi, grilled pork vermicelli noodles, and the pork belly garlic noodles, and they were all a hit! The barbecue chicken banh mi was great, with the fluffy yet crunchy bread and juicy chicken, with the fresh and pickled veggies within. Such a large portion too, I saved the other half for later! The grilled pork vermicelli noodle was a nice palette cleanser, cool and refreshing noodles and fresh veggies, topped with fried shallots and amazing smelling grilled pork. Love the addition of the eggroll as well for a crispy texture change! The garlic noodles were definitely my favorite, with a hit-you-in-the-face garlicky punch. I loved the springy, bouncy noodle texture along with the fatty pork belly. Washed everything down with a lychee lemonade, which was not too sweet and refreshing for the carb-heavy meal. I can't wait to come back to try their other menu items, including the kimchi fried rice and pho! They're still having their promotion now, but 1 entree and get a drink 50% off! Lasting until this weekend! And then I believe they're bringing back a Happy Hour menu afterwards, which I'm excited for... Eat good, eat fast!

Grilled Pork Vermicelli with Eggroll, BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl, & Lychee Green Tea
    Shirley L.

I really like the variety on their menu and it's an easy go to spot, especially for takeout. My go to is the grilled pork vermicelli, especially with the fish sauce which is super flavorful and the crispy egg roll. We also ordered the BBQ chicken rice bowl and it was a solid choice. I paired my meal with the lychee green tea and it was really refreshing, and the service was great as well with everyone being very kind. Definitely a spot I'd keep in rotation.

Strawberry lemonade and lychee green tea
    Ana B.

For drinks, we got the strawberry lemonade, which was sweet and mildly tart, and the lychee green tea, with a sweet flavor and a green tea aftertaste. Highly recommend both! Tried the eggrolls; first off they were pretty big. The outside was flaky and not at all greasy. The filling was hot and flavorful. Got the pork belly bahn mi. Good flavor, tastes smoked with flavors of cinnamon and star anise. However, didn't have a lot of meat in it. Had about 4 slices per half. The pork belly was nice and crispy. Tried the grilled pork bahn mi. Was expecting a BBQ pork flavor but this was different and good! Smoky and juicy. Felt like this sandwich had a little bit more pork in it. You order at the kiosk and they bring your food out! Easy and great service!

Overall we really enjoyed the food and ambiance here. Everything was brought out to us (we dined in). The lychee lemonade was sweet, tart and strong on the lychee (I love that). The Thai tea was decent, not strong on the tea flavor but still good. I added an egg to my shaken beef and it was cooked perfectly, nice and runny. The beef was tender and the side salad + pickled onions added to the dish was a nice refreshing touch. The star dish was the crispy pork belly! The pork belly is perfectly crispy while also being flavorful. The flavor came through in every single bite! The staff was very nice, they have an Easter "iSPY" hunt happening and if you find everything on the list you'll get a sweet treat. Really nice touch to get customers & kiddos to engage and look around.

Everything was creatively planned and decorated. It was also very clean and spacious inside and out. When you go in, there's a tea sampling station with the menus so you can see which tea you would like to order. Our server was really sweet, but she was the only one serving all of the tables, so she would come by every 10-20 minutes to check on us and some things we asked for didn't make it to the table. If they had more servers, customers would be happy with quicker service. The food and tea were delish! There were 6 of us so we shared a bunch of different teas. I really enjoyed the teas they had. The sweet and savory treats were really yummy! I really enjoyed them. Each person got 5 little savory treats and 4 sweet treats. I kind of wish we got one or two more for $45, but either way they were delicious! We had a great time and were sad to learn that the business will be permanently closing down tomorrow (6/28/26), I would have loved to continue going back!

We got a variety of dishes to try out, and overall it was just ok. The soup was good but was a little light on ingredients, the papaya salad was decent with a little kick, noodles didn't really have much truffle taste but was ok, green beans were crunchy and probably the best dish here, and the mango sticky rice was not ripe. Most of the mango pieces were hard / not sweet and proportion to the rice was off. The staff was friendly and the space is very open and welcoming. Not sure if I'd come back though unless I was craving the Asian fusion tea service.

The filet mignon was a little bit on the smaller side and there wasn't a ton of pieces in there and it was the most expensive dish of the night. I probably will skip that next time.
