We came for lunch just right after the lunch rush and ordered the Steak Frites which the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare with such a unique Szechuan inspired flavor that made it stand out. My standards for matcha are pretty high since OC has so many good spots so I was excited to see that their matcha here is ceremonial grade, first harvest, and hand whisked. Overall, the flavor was good and the drink was well balanced with the cream and the sweetness level was great and not too sweet! It was smooth and not grainy at all and I love that it's made with oat milk by default! I do wish that the matcha flavor was stronger though, it is definitely lighter than I expected.
