They have a loyalty point system based off dollars spent that is actually not bad. Compared to other places where you have to spend quite a lot of money before you can redeem any sort of freebie, Krak Boba's point system allows you to redeem freebies sooner which is really nice. Overall, I strongly recommend Krak Boba (best boba/pearls in the area, for sure) but the standard menu pricing is rather cost-prohibitive in my opinion, so make sure you take advantage of their loyalty program rewards.
