Online ordered a kids ice cream with chocolate syrup. Waited ten minutes oitside with employees trying their best not to interact with any guests waiting. And received a half melted ice cream that must have been sitting on their counter for the five minutes the app said my order was ready. Really? You guys couldn't remake a half melted cup?! I went to Chick-fil-a this morning and ended up waiting over an hour for my order. I got there in time for breakfast, but by the time we got our order they no longer had breakfast menu options, so I had to substitute my order for their lunch menu options. I wasn't updated on my order until I got out of my car in the waiting area and went inside and asked for an update. Everyone in the back did not know what happened to my order. They gave me two cookies for the inconvenience. I also wasn't the only one in their waiting area that had waited for over an hour for their food that had somehow been "lost." I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-a until today, I don't think I'd recommend the breakfast to anyone who is in a rush after mine and others experience today. read more

Two years ago I loved this place , especially salads, but things changed sadly. The salads are not the same ie toppings they gave you before, to me I waited soooo long to come back and now that I've tried them several times- I just don't like them anymore. Normally they are more efficient but today they were a little slow but I'd come back because it might have been an off day. I just don't understand how ordering a Hash Brown Scramble Burrito w/ Nuggets gets turned into the bowl version with the same ingredients. We were in a rush, trusted them 100% with the order, and yet the receipt says bowl. So, that's what we got! How bland and boring can you get with this breakfast item. This location gets really crowded at peak meal times. I love to go through drive thru's whenever possible and this one gets horribly crowded. I go inside unless it's an off time. It's chick fil a, the quality is pretty standard. The employees are nice. Food is expensive for what you get- a barely full medium fry. 90% of the time the orders are right. My mom gets the grilled chicken sandwich and a gluten free bun usually and it's correct. I don't eat meat so I get the southwest salad, minus the chicken and it's always correct. The last time we went they let us customise the chicken on the salad subbing the breaded chicken for the grilled for it to be gluten free. Just an FYI for food allergies: the chicken(breaded) is fried in peanut oil and fries are fried in a vegetable oil (or canola). So if you have peanut allergies stay away from the breaded chicken! read more

I drove through on March 12th. I ordered a Market salad, a Chick Fil A sandwich, chicken tortilla soup and a granola parfait. Not a difficult order right? I have found that you have to always CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Because there is always a long line, when I was handed my order, I drove up so the car behind me could get to the window. I looked in my bag and saw I was missing salad dressing. REALLY???? I was right outside the walk in door so I rolled down my window to talk to a worker. I told her I was missing my salad dressing. She told me to go park in a space and she would bring it out to me. I parked and she brought out my salad dressing. When I got home, there was only one spoon. So I guess I'm supposed to use the same spoon for the soup and for the parfait??? Maybe that might be okay, but the soup and the parfait are for two different people! Pathetic. My husband made a comment that Chick Fil A used to be really good about accuracy and customer service. NOT ANYMORE!!!! And to top it all off, I was not given a receipt. Sad! read more

Haven't been to this location in several years. I decided to grab a quick breakfast bite before heading to work. I'm very glad I did. I was met with great hospitality/kindness from the cashier (Emily) at the window. I just left a review for the YL location and I decided to leave a review for this one too because it's just as good! The service here is the best and every person who works here is so nice and friendly. They're really efficient when you go through the drive-thru (I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about) and I'm glad there is someone actually out there taking your order like In-n-out. Thank God they don't use those stupid machines where they can't hear you at all. The food was delicious here- I ordered the Chick-fil-A sandwich, the nuggets, and a huge box of waffles fries. The barcode they scanned on my app gave me a free sandwich which was really nice. Overall, you can't go wrong with any Chick-fil-A location. Worst drive thru experience from any place I have ever been to. This location has a two lane drive thru used to help with the flow of traffic. I pulled in to the left lane and it was not moving that fast but somehow the right lane was moving much faster. 5 cars that came after me managed the place their orders before me. Once I got to the window, 20min later, they never acknowledged the wait or thanked me for my patience. I got my meal but no napkins inside. At the window there were 6 people all laughing and talking about something on TV, clearly not focusing enough to worry about the guests and making sure we were properly being served. I love Chick Fil A and after thinking it over with the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich hype, Chick Fil A is the place to go.
