This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. On multiple occasions, whether they be drive thru, order ahead, or walking in they have messed up my order. How hard is to give me a coke? Just today I orders a large coke, cobb salad, and grilled chicken club. I got Diet Coke, instead of crispy chicken I got grilled chicken in my salad, and a grilled chicken salad. For an establishment that has multiple workers just talking in the back, how is my order fumbled? In the past, they have forget the sauce for my sandwich, the whole drink itself, and disrespected my requests. This Chick-fil-A location was usually my Go-To before my high school volleyball games, dances, and after watching basketball and football games. They usually have on-point service and accurate orders... but not this last time. I had ordered my standard original chicken sandwich meal for curbside pickup and took the food home(after waiting a long 30 minutes for my food to come out). After opening the bag at home to eat my meal, I realized that they forgot to put in my beloved waffle fries, and instead gave me an additional bag of sauces. I sent in a complaint to the CFA one app, got a response from the company, but am STILL waiting a response from the store. It has now been over 3 weeks. I did NOT receive a refund of my fries OR a voucher for fries the next time I go. My disappointment is immeasurable and my CFA experience has been degrading. Once again I come here I hate writing negative reviews but, literally everytime I come to this location something is wrong. Tonight I ordered a Cobb Salad and two drinks. I had asked for the Cobb salad to come with grilled nuggets and I received what looked like shredded chicken. I had also asked for two sides of the avocado ranch and I had only received one. I wouldn't care about the ranch but I was planning on packing the salad for lunch for two days of work and one packet just wouldn't be enough. Ordered sauces to accompany 2 meals + kids meal and was provided 1 ketchup and 1 ranch total. What am I supposed to with 2 sauces and 3 meals?!? I honestly don't like writing reviews for fast food places and especially if it's a chain restaurant. But this chick FIL a has the best God damn customer service ever. The customer service is better than some sit down restaurants I've been to in the past. They go above and beyond what is required at a fast food place. All the people working here look like they like their jobs, they don't look like murdering psychopaths. Maybe the pay is better so the mood is better, whatever the case, I wished it was like this at all fast food places. As for the food, the spicy chicken sandwich is fucking bomb. I always get the combo, yes it's a bit pricey... But you pay for what you get. (back in the days, when I was a cheapskate, I would be perplexed as to why people came here for chicken sandwiches instead of McDonald's for cheap Mcchickens... The service here is amazing !!! Definitely my go to location. I've never actually been inside, I've always gone through drive-thru even when the lines were super long. There are two lanes. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes! They are super fast here which I love, especially for those people in a rush. Sometimes they'll have employees taking orders outside so things go faster and smoother. Once they take your order they charge your card and you receive you receipt at a podium with a little umbrella they have set up just before the window where you receive your food. Came in this afternoon and ordered 1 Original Chicken Sandwich. The employee took my order in the drive through and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for extra Chik FilA sauce and he said we are all out. I was surprised. I asked him why. He tells me " you know that plane crash on the 215, that was our warehouse ". I was stunned! I noticed they were pretty busy so I waited patiently, checking my app so that I don't miss the notification that my food was ready. I waited 35 minute, still nothing. Finally I decided to walk over (I was parked pretty far because the shopping center was busy). As I walked up I noticed a large bag, the only bag, at the table. Yup, it was mine, just sitting there for who knows how long. The cashier over the microphone was very confused the whole time and seemed way too interested in my thanksgiving. One of the best Chick-fil-A around! I often times go out of my way to specifically come to this location. For some reason this location always delivers above and beyond and the food always comes out piping hot! In general, out of all the fast food locations around the area Chick-fil-A is my go to place. You just cannot beat a spicy chicken sandwich or a chicken nugget meal with the delicious Chick-fil-A sauce. Fries are great as well. Be sure to say hi to team member Jack M. Best chick til a around! I came here around noon and the line was almost out the door. Customer service is phenomenal for a fast food place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Despite the place being super packed, I got my food in less than five minutes after ordering and there's a nice lady going around asking if you need refills or if she can take away your tray. There have been 2 recent occasions where I have received either extra food/ free food because of the wait and someone (not a worker) else took my pick up order. Chick-fil-A didn't have to give me free food because of another customer who took my pickup order, they could of easily just remade my order and had me pay but they waived the order for free. I'm convinced that every employee at Chick-Fil-A is always in a good mood. I've never come across a rude employee. I love it. This particular location falls in line with great customer service as well. My only complaint is that I have a 30 minute lunch, work minutes away and there is always a super long line. Hence why I only come here once in a blue moon for lunch during the weekday. I mean who doesn't want that perfectly made chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Normally I don't write reviews on fast food but I felt compelled to do so after receiving exceptionally great service this morning. I've always been a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A whether it's coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast is my favorite since I enjoy their Chicken Minis, Egg White grill and hash browns. As I normally do, I placed my mobile order online and everything was ready by the time I arrived at drive thru. However, on this day when I arrived back home there was a little mishap on my order. I called the store and spoke with Leti and I explained the issue and she went above and beyond even offering to deliver a replacement. Although I declined such a kind gesture for delivery, I was taken back by the phenomenal customer service. She instead took my name down for a later visit but it just goes to show much they value their customers. After years of visiting Chick-Fil-A, this location deserves an easy 5 stars. read more

I know many people love beef and yes USA is a beef country but I love the inspiration of Chick Fil A. Yes it is a fast food restaurant but it isn't like many. They are unique to say the least out of all fast food they don't serve beef! It is all chicken and if you love chicken you will fall in love with this place. Staff here is super nice and polite with the food always being cooked well and qiuck. My favorite favorite items to get is the spicy chick fil a sandwich! They changed the flavor to make it a little bit more spicy and yes I can say I loved it even more! They got it down on how to make some delicious grilled and deep fried chicken. So one place that I will for sure go when I'm back in Cali is Chick Fil A ! :) It is something I also deeply miss or maybe I am just a fanatic about chicken. I got the chicken strips combo. Luckily, I got my meal for free because of a work lunch and learn. hehe Overall, it was pretty good. I was very impressed with all the sauces they have. Ranch, honey bbq, bbq, chick fil a sauce, ketchup, honey mustard, buffalo, and this Polynesian sauce which was my favorite. It was a red and sweet sauce. The waffle fries were pretty good. Chicken strips where a bit small but the combo was just perfect for me. At first when I saw the food, it looked a bit small on the quantity but after eating my chicken strips, fries and drink, I was pretty full.
