This place bothers me because their service is too good. It's a fast food restaurant! Leave me in peace! I want to throw away my own trash! What more can you ask for? Pretty good quality food at slightly above fast food prices, with the courtesy and hospitality of 5 star restaurants. oh, and an indoor awesome playpen for the kids. Seriously, i don't know how their training program is, but they pick the nicest looking young people to work in their stores. it's kind of creepy how nice they are. i really hope this place is making money. They employ a lot of people in their restaurants and they don't open on Sunday which i'm pretty sure is a big money making day. i don't want to see them fade away like krispy kreme did. I get the scare in the world today. However, yesterday I went to this CFA and was told I had to use the app to order. No worries. No issues. I sat in the parking lot and did this. In short, I placed my order. 1 - CFA meal large with Diet Coke and 3 - CFA sandwiches. With 'extra, extra mayo. please'. A total of 4 sandwiches. As I said the order came. Guy brought to door and turned away immediately. He did not check or verify the order, just turned and took off. I took bag and drink and returned to my vehicle. Got to my business and opened bag to hand lunch out. 3 - CFA sandwiches, 1 - large waffle fry, 1 - large Diet Coke and extra mayo. About $22 in food. Missing one CFA sandwich. Immediately called this store. After several minutes of weeding through the options on the phone, got to option for store manager. Left message explaining situation and asked for return call to either my business or personal cell. This is 24hrs later and no one has yet to return my call. Obviously this business is to afraid of a social interaction to even return a phone call and correct their mistake. I grew up in the south. I remember CFA before I ever ate at a McDonald's. I've always respected the 'Not open on Sunday's' policy. But this particular store and its lack of customer service will never NEVER get my business again. I ate lunch here today because I saw someone dressed as a cow doing the robot on the sidewalk. I avoided the chicken strips and nuggets because they're fried in peanut oil. I had the Caesar cool wrap while my husband had a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. I regret that I didn't try the yogurt parfait because it had a chocolate cookie crumb topping. Our cashier was the one who delivered our drinks to our table. The waffle fries were more ordinary than I remember but there are two kinds of hot sauce packets and Chick-Fil-A sauce if you need it. There's a playroom for children. Outside its entrance are packets of Purell! They don't really push carrot and raisin salad or lemon pie on the menu here. This location also offered a blueberry shake instead of cookies n' cream or vanilla flavor. We drank lemonade and sweet tea. An employee approached us twice to check if we needed refills. We were given coupons for a free breakfast entree as we walked out. Two teenagers were offered small cow stuffed toys instead. read more

Stop after visiting the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. New location opened for about two weeks. Very crowded, but service was very quick. The Drive-Thru had a line around the block. Food was OK, I still do not understand why they wrap the chicken in foil. They make a crispy fried chicken piece, place in a bun, then steam it in foil. Fries also steam in the cardboard box. Went to this location for a quick lunch. The drive thru had 2 lanes so I chose I went into the right side. As I sat there watching the Chick-Fil-A employees working the drive thru lanes because of heavier lunch traffic I noticed that the lane I was in only had 1 person taking orders as the left lane had 2 that were going thru orders twice as fast as the person that was working the right lane that I was in. As I watched 4 cars that came in after me move ahead and get into the single line just past the order takers I as you can imagine was perplexed on what was happening here. Just to clarify my review enough for some slow adults. During lunch time at Chick-Fil-A they (meaning Chick-Fil-A) have order takers out in the drive thru lanes taking orders and they (being Chick-Fil-A Employees) dictate the lane movement for the Drive Thru. Very Simple you would think. Not here... Drive thru confusion for sure!!! How can a drive thru have such a break down on insuring cars that use the drive thru progress thru the lanes in an orderly fashion and a drive thru that somehow keeps cars progressing close to an even pace per lane and getting to the pick-up window evenly. This sucks. My time is just as important as the other customers. Get your lines working properly and the order takers doing their job accordingly!!! Insure each line moves the same as the other. The food was just ok today. Nothing special. I have ate at other locations and seem to be better than this location. The parking looks crazy here. Not many open spaces. The price is in line with other locations. 1 star for this visit due to the delay in the drive thru. Customers don't like a bad drive thru that let's at least 4 cars go in front of them. I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon- very busy both inside (completely full) and the drive through. I've been to Chick-fil-A many times, but not this location. Usually when I drive here and want Chick-fil-A, it's full. I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets with the superfood salad and a diet lemonade. The lemonade is my absolute favorite here!!! I was trying to eat healthier. I told my friend that it seemed like kid size portions- checkout these tiny containers. I don't think it was worth the portion for the price- I paid about $10 for my meal with the lemonade & side upgrade. I come to this location A LOT. The staff is always so nice and the service is on point. Their operations are impeccable because the orders are always correct with great quality. I saw an employee spraying the kids' play area with disinfectant, which was nice to see bc it shows they keep things clean. In the drive-thru, the employees are always smiling and willing to chat with you if you are waiting a minute for the food (though, usually the food is very quick). Suggestion: sell the breakfast all day!! The egg burritos are a gift that should be served alllll day. Also, they should just have a membership program for rewards. Great job!!! read more

Writing this review as I sit in my favorite Chick-fil-A. What I really like about this company is that they make a big effort to go out of their way to take care of customers. The food is good, fresh and always hot. The restaurant dining areas are always clean and well stocked with condiments, napkins and other necessities that diners expect. I didn't want to go overboard with stars, but there's nothing I didn't like about this chain/location. Came here today after the hussle of the grand opening yesterday, used the drive thru. I has a convenient 2-lane drive thru that merges at the windows. Service was exceptionally friendly and the drive-thru was very orderly and fast. The food as usual was top-notch for Chick-fil-a, and the workers were so kind to give me a "mini moo" plush upon request!! As usual the sandwich was very flavorful and light, not at all greasy, same with the waffle fries, they were not heavily greasy or oversalted. With the outstanding quality and prompt service, I will definitely be back again. If you've never had this chain before and live locally, I'd try the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets, great flavoring and not greasy! read more

I legit came to the drive-thru 5 minutes before closing and my god these guys are a life saver!! I had late night hunger and was craving chick-fil-a I was so happy they even took me in that late. I go the spicy chicken deluxe no cheese and fries w/ no salt (this means they have to make fresh fries) I was so surprised that the service was still the same friendly welcoming service you'd normally get even though it was before closing! They even got my order correct and fries were fresh and piping hot! I love that the waffle fries were crispy outside, but fluffy and soft on the inside. My spicy chicken sandwich was AMAZING!! This location does it way better than other Chick-fil-A's because the chicken was actually spicy and had a kick to it! It was also a bigger piece than what I'd normally get at a different location close to my house. Good job guys! read more

Ridiculous service. Always check your order to make sure you got everything you paid for! And... WHEN they forget items, they'll tell you come back to pick it up or pick it up another time. I love Chick-fil-a! I don't mind paying more because I will receive great service and good food. I went through the drive thru at 9:50 & didn't receive the usual happy greeting. I got to the window and realized I couldn't find my calendar card. This month it is for a free fountain drink. So I said I'm sorry I can't find my calendar card. So I paid for my drink which I don't mind paying but she did not offer the idea of checking their app. Now I know why I couldn't find my card is because I threw it away because it is on my app. I decided to try to get my money back but they are now closed. Feeling a little bummed because it wasn't my usual great experience. It was just like any other fast food place today. Update #1- I am changing my rating from a 3 * to 4 * because I was contacted by the stores marketing department and a heartfelt apology was given and an offer for reimbursement. That says a lot about the pride that a store takes in it's performance. Also additional training with their staff was acknowledged as needed and we'll be given. Upon receipt of the reimbursement I will then update this post and give them 5 stars. Thank you Chick fil-a for upholding such high standards! I don't know what happened to this Chick-Fil-A, but it is not how it used to be over 5 years ago. I'm a local and I go to this Chick-Fil-A frequently. I'm not sure if things have gone downhill because they got a new operator? Maybe it's because I have high standards for this store due to how it used to be back then. The Chick-Fil-A I remember a few years ago gave EXCELLENT customer service, FRESH food, and every worker was always attentive and went "the extra mile" for their customers. Now, all of that is just mediocre. The employees always seem to be talking, unfriendly, and inattentive. My french fries are NEVER fresh. And when was "asking for fries unsalted" not a thing anymore? Are they that lazy to put a fresh batch of fries down to make unsalted fries for customers? This is unheard of. I used to work at a fast-food restaurant and I know how it works. You can get unsalted fries ANYWHERE you go. I used to get unsalted fries ALL the time at this store, and recently, they told me I couldn't anymore. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this store is operating. This store has definitely gone downhill and needs to step its game up. read more

I go here all the time. Chick fil a is my favorite place ever!! I think all the workers know my boyfriend and I by now haha. We love this place. Always great. We are HUGE fans of chick-fil-A, brea plaza!! At least 4 times a month we are there . breakfast grilled chicken bowl..a must try!! For lunch I recommend their salads... Oh so yummy and healthy!! I hear they are changing up their coffee..for better coffee!! Nice!! Cannot wait.. I may need to go tomorrow to see if the new coffee is being served ;) I have enjoyed going to chick-fil-A!
