I asked for extra Chik FilA sauce and he said we are all out. I was surprised. I asked him why. He tells me " you know that plane crash on the 215, that was our warehouse ". I was stunned! I placed a mobile order and clicked "I'm here" once I was safely parked. I noticed they were pretty busy so I waited patiently, checking my app so that I don't miss the notification that my food was ready. I waited 35 minute, still nothing. Finally I decided to walk over (I was parked pretty far because the shopping center was busy). As I walked up I noticed a large bag, the only bag, at the table. Yup, it was mine, just sitting there for who knows how long. There weren't any employees outside so I waited till someone came out, he asked if I needed anything and I told him I was never notified when my order was ready for pickup and asked if he knows how long my food was sitting there. He said he will go ask and went inside. 2 minutes pass and nothing, I finally walked away because my food was already getting cold, didn't want to wait any longer. I ate lunch here today because I saw someone dressed as a cow doing the robot on the sidewalk. I avoided the chicken strips and nuggets because they're fried in peanut oil. I had the Caesar cool wrap while my husband had a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. I regret that I didn't try the yogurt parfait because it had a chocolate cookie crumb topping. Our cashier was the one who delivered our drinks to our table. The waffle fries were more ordinary than I remember but there are two kinds of hot sauce packets and Chick-Fil-A sauce if you need it. There's a playroom for children. Outside its entrance are packets of Purell! They don't really push carrot and raisin salad or lemon pie on the menu here. This location also offered a blueberry shake instead of cookies n' cream or vanilla flavor. We drank lemonade and sweet tea. An employee approached us twice to check if we needed refills. Ordered a few regular items like the chicken biscuit and the mini chicken bites for myself and the family. The cashier over the microphone was very confused the whole time and seemed way too interested in my thanksgiving. I appreciate how friendly she was being, however, I obviously did not want to converse. During the conversation I was asked if I wanted any sauce and replied with my order. Stop after visiting the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. New location opened for about two weeks. Very crowded, but service was very quick. The Drive-Thru had a line around the block. Food was OK, I still do not understand why they wrap the chicken in foil. They make a crispy fried chicken piece, place in a bun, then steam it in foil. Fries also steam in the cardboard box. One of the best Chick-fil-A around! I often times go out of my way to specifically come to this location. For some reason this location always delivers above and beyond and the food always comes out piping hot! In general, out of all the fast food locations around the area Chick-fil-A is my go to place. You just cannot beat a spicy chicken sandwich or a chicken nugget meal with the delicious Chick-fil-A sauce. Fries are great as well. Be sure to say hi to team member Jack M. Best chick til a around! I came here around noon and the line was almost out the door. Customer service is phenomenal for a fast food place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Despite the place being super packed, I got my food in less than five minutes after ordering and there's a nice lady going around asking if you need refills or if she can take away your tray. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. On multiple occasions, whether they be drive thru, order ahead, or walking in they have messed up my order. How hard is to give me a coke? Just today I orders a large coke, cobb salad, and grilled chicken club. I got Diet Coke, instead of crispy chicken I got grilled chicken in my salad, and a grilled chicken salad. For an establishment that has multiple workers just talking in the back, how is my order fumbled? There have been 2 recent occasions where I have received either extra food/ free food because of the wait and someone (not a worker) else took my pick up order. Chick-fil-A didn't have to give me free food because of another customer who took my pickup order, they could of easily just remade my order and had me pay but they waived the order for free. I didn't want to go overboard with stars, but there's nothing I didn't like about this chain/location. Came here today after the hussle of the grand opening yesterday, used the drive thru. I has a convenient 2-lane drive thru that merges at the windows. Service was exceptionally friendly and the drive-thru was very orderly and fast. The food as usual was top-notch for Chick-fil-a, and the workers were so kind to give me a "mini moo" plush upon request!! As usual the sandwich was very flavorful and light, not at all greasy, same with the waffle fries, they were not heavily greasy or oversalted. With the outstanding quality and prompt service, I will definitely be back again. This particular location falls in line with great customer service as well. My only complaint is that I have a 30 minute lunch, work minutes away and there is always a super long line. Normally I don't write reviews on fast food but I felt compelled to do so after receiving exceptionally great service this morning. I've always been a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A whether it's coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast is my favorite since I enjoy their Chicken Minis, Egg White grill and hash browns. As I normally do, I placed my mobile order online and everything was ready by the time I arrived at drive thru. However, on this day when I arrived back home there was a little mishap on my order. I called the store and spoke with Leti and I explained the issue and she went above and beyond even offering to deliver a replacement. Although I declined such a kind gesture for delivery, I was taken back by the phenomenal customer service. She instead took my name down for a later visit but it just goes to show much they value their customers. After years of visiting Chick-Fil-A, this location deserves an easy 5 stars. read more

I get the scare in the world today. However, yesterday I went to this CFA and was told I had to use the app to order. No worries. No issues. I sat in the parking lot and did this. In short, I placed my order. 1 - CFA meal large with Diet Coke and 3 - CFA sandwiches. With 'extra, extra mayo. please'. A total of 4 sandwiches. As I said the order came. Guy brought to door and turned away immediately. He did not check or verify the order, just turned and took off. I took bag and drink and returned to my vehicle. Got to my business and opened bag to hand lunch out. 3 - CFA sandwiches, 1 - large waffle fry, 1 - large Diet Coke and extra mayo. About $22 in food. Missing one CFA sandwich. Immediately called this store. After several minutes of weeding through the options on the phone, got to option for store manager. Left message explaining situation and asked for return call to either my business or personal cell. This is 24hrs later and no one has yet to return my call. Obviously this business is to afraid of a social interaction to even return a phone call and correct their mistake. I grew up in the south. I remember CFA before I ever ate at a McDonald's. I've always respected the 'Not open on Sunday's' policy. But this particular store and its lack of customer service will never NEVER get my business again. Yes, I'm a fan. I don't normally hand out five stars however Chick Fil A has become my favorite fast food joint. I just wish there was one closer to work. I haven't had anything I didn't like and I've had almost everything on their menu. The servers are friendly and I don't mind their table service at all. I also like how they offer unlimited condiments, unlike other places where you have to ask and how many are stingy. Every location I've been to has been clean as well. Since its opening couple months ago, its both bitter/sweet that this establishment has been my dinner destination more than once a week. While ending this month they regularly have deals like their buy one get one Friday breakfasts! signup and be informed they give out free food all the time! :) Lunchtime can get a lil chaotic but if you dont mind kids its not so bad. Went to this location for a quick lunch. The drive thru had 2 lanes so I chose I went into the right side. As I sat there watching the Chick-Fil-A employees working the drive thru lanes because of heavier lunch traffic I noticed that the lane I was in only had 1 person taking orders as the left lane had 2 that were going thru orders twice as fast as the person that was working the right lane that I was in. As I watched 4 cars that came in after me move ahead and get into the single line just past the order takers I as you can imagine was perplexed on what was happening here. Just to clarify my review enough for some slow adults. During lunch time at Chick-Fil-A they (meaning Chick-Fil-A) have order takers out in the drive thru lanes taking orders and they (being Chick-Fil-A Employees) dictate the lane movement for the Drive Thru. Very Simple you would think. Not here... Drive thru confusion for sure!!! How can a drive thru have such a break down on insuring cars that use the drive thru progress thru the lanes in an orderly fashion and a drive thru that somehow keeps cars progressing close to an even pace per lane and getting to the pick-up window evenly. This sucks. My time is just as important as the other customers. Get your lines working properly and the order takers doing their job accordingly!!! Insure each line moves the same as the other. The food was just ok today. Nothing special. I have ate at other locations and seem to be better than this location. The parking looks crazy here. Not many open spaces. The price is in line with other locations. 1 star for this visit due to the delay in the drive thru. Customers don't like a bad drive thru that let's at least 4 cars go in front of them. I came for lunch on a Friday afternoon- very busy both inside (completely full) and the drive through. I've been to Chick-fil-A many times, but not this location. Usually when I drive here and want Chick-fil-A, it's full. I ordered the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets with the superfood salad and a diet lemonade. The lemonade is my absolute favorite here!!! I was trying to eat healthier. I told my friend that it seemed like kid size portions- checkout these tiny containers. I don't think it was worth the portion for the price- I paid about $10 for my meal with the lemonade & side upgrade.
