I come to this location A LOT. The staff is always so nice and the service is on point. Their operations are impeccable because the orders are always correct with great quality. I saw an employee spraying the kids' play area with disinfectant, which was nice to see bc it shows they keep things clean. In the drive-thru, the employees are always smiling and willing to chat with you if you are waiting a minute for the food (though, usually the food is very quick). Suggestion: sell the breakfast all day!! The egg burritos are a gift that should be served alllll day. Also, they should just have a membership program for rewards. Great job!!! read more

Writing this review as I sit in my favorite Chick-fil-A. What I really like about this company is that they make a big effort to go out of their way to take care of customers. The food is good, fresh and always hot. The restaurant dining areas are always clean and well stocked with condiments, napkins and other necessities that diners expect. Out of all the things I like about this restaurant chain, I like the people the most. They are some of the best employees a company can have. Love them! read more

Had to pull forward just for FOUR grilled nuggets. That's really sad. Was late for my break at my job thanks to this location.

January 23, 2014 Before going out on a Thursday night to watch Christopher Plummer at the Ahmanson Theater, I stopped by Chick-Fil-A for a quick dinner before I miss the show! I ordered, for the BF, 12-piece chicken nuggets with ranch and bbq sauce with a iced tea. For myself, I got the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap with their yummy Waffle Fries with the Chick-Fil-A sauce. I don't know why, but I feel like I ate healthy-ier? read more

I absolutely love Chick Fil A! Great breakfast burrito, great sauces & delicious nuggets but I'm disappointed in this location today. We ordered a small nugget tray promised by 10:30am & it wasn't ready when I arrived, around 10:45am. The good thing is the workers acknowledged I'm here and started getting it ready but I ended up waiting about 10 minutes. The platter was good but definitely not worth the amount. I would suggest catering other appetizers. Nuggets get cold by the time they reach the destination. But I still love Chick Fil A - and love their billboard ads! read more

Usually I am not the biggest reviewing and commenting on large fast food chains, but this location had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My brother likes to say that they are "Disneyland happy and friendly." I have never met such eager to please workers who are always smiling. It definitely puts me in a better mood. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious. Can't complain with a Regular Chicken sandwich or some Chicken Nuggest with some waffle fries! Fried or grilled chicken, they both taste amazing. ---- +4 Stars for the food +1 Star for service read more

Decided to come celebrate my "treat meal" at Chickfila only to have the Worst Chickfila experience I've ever had! My "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" had absolutely NO BREADING on it at all on one side. No crisp bare just chicken, like how does that even happen?? If I wanted just plain chicken I would have ordered grilled, but obviously that not why I ordered the FRIED SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. :( I threw it in the trash. But wait, there's more! I then thought "well at least I have my cookie". Their cookies are usually nice and soft, warm and gooey. Reached in the bag, my cookie was So hard! Wasn't warmed up. Also trash. There's nothing worst than a bad cheat meal. WTF. read more

This location has gone down hill in the past few months. Every time I have gone recently they have forgotten something from my order. The last time it was my Mac and cheese and I tried to call to see about a refund and no one ever answered the phone. Avoid if possible. read more

Happy to say that this Chick-fil-A has been doing better, Ive decided to update my review after giving them another try and my order has been correct and delicious every time. read more

I legit came to the drive-thru 5 minutes before closing and my god these guys are a life saver!! I had late night hunger and was craving chick-fil-a I was so happy they even took me in that late. I go the spicy chicken deluxe no cheese and fries w/ no salt (this means they have to make fresh fries) I was so surprised that the service was still the same friendly welcoming service you'd normally get even though it was before closing! They even got my order correct and fries were fresh and piping hot! I love that the waffle fries were crispy outside, but fluffy and soft on the inside. My spicy chicken sandwich was AMAZING!! This location does it way better than other Chick-fil-A's because the chicken was actually spicy and had a kick to it! It was also a bigger piece than what I'd normally get at a different location close to my house. Good job guys! read more

Overratedddddddddddd. I'm sorry, but I really think people are only impressed with Chick-Fil-A because we don't really have them in NorCal. When it comes down to it, the chicken sandwich is JUST a chicken sandwich, the nuggets are only awesome because of the sauce, and the "ice dream" is just a softserve cone. The sauce packets and the little container of ketchup that's actually shaped like a ketchup bottle are awesome though. read more

Great experience and great service like always from this establishment. Accommodated our order because we wanted lunch instead of breakfast. Did it quickly and was delicious as well. read more

Ridiculous service. Always check your order to make sure you got everything you paid for! And... WHEN they forget items, they'll tell you come back to pick it up or pick it up another time. So basically, you can pre pay for meals for yourself. Just ridiculous and disappointing. McDonald's has offered better service than this place. read more

Before today, I was a Chick-fil-A virgin. My classmates had been raving about how awesome it was. My friend Henry and I came by at 3pm today to check out its grand opening and there were no lines. Someone handed out free little stuffed cows that said "Eat Mor Chikin" on them and coupons for one free breakfast (good till 6/30/11). We ordered the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Deluxe, which was 'hand-breaded' chicken breast with a toasted, buttered bun and included lettuce, tomatoes and your choice of cheese (we chose pepper jack) for $3.85. We also ordered the 8-pc. Chick-fil-A nuggets for $3.25. I was impressed with the quality of the chicken, which was gourmet by fast-food standards. The chicken nuggets had a light crisp on the outside and juicy tenderness on the inside. There was a clear distinction between the fresh, white meat chicken breast used for this nugget and the mysterious meat used in chicken nuggets at other places. I could tell the chicken in the sandwich was made with better quality chicken too. We dipped both the nuggets and the sandwich in the "Chick-fil-A" sauce, which was the perfect complement. It tasted like honey mustard with a little BBQ sauce, except the mustard wasn't as pronounced. If I had to make a comparison, I'd say Chick-fil-A is the In-N-Out of chicken sandwiches (and nuggets). While it's not the best quality meal, it's the best quality fast-food meal. Next time I come back, I'll be grabbing just as much Chick-fil-A sauce as I do napkins, which is a lot. read more

Yeah, the line is long but in my experience moves as quickly as possible. Usually I get the spicy deluxe and nuggets or strips and the taste is consistent. I feel do feel sometimes you have to hound them on extra sauces. When it's in season, they have the best peach milkshakes! read more

I love Chick-fil-a! I don't mind paying more because I will receive great service and good food. I went through the drive thru at 9:50 & didn't receive the usual happy greeting. I got to the window and realized I couldn't find my calendar card. This month it is for a free fountain drink. So I said I'm sorry I can't find my calendar card. So I paid for my drink which I don't mind paying but she did not offer the idea of checking their app. Now I know why I couldn't find my card is because I threw it away because it is on my app. I decided to try to get my money back but they are now closed. Feeling a little bummed because it wasn't my usual great experience. It was just like any other fast food place today. Update #1- I am changing my rating from a 3 * to 4 * because I was contacted by the stores marketing department and a heartfelt apology was given and an offer for reimbursement. That says a lot about the pride that a store takes in it's performance. Also additional training with their staff was acknowledged as needed and we'll be given. Upon receipt of the reimbursement I will then update this post and give them 5 stars. Thank you Chick fil-a for upholding such high standards! Update #2- Just changed my rating to 5 stars because they came through with what they said. I received a very kind note with be our guests cards to come back. Great marketing department. I feel that with the good communication with me will be passed on to store operations which will address the room for improvement. Thank you Chick fil-a. read more

I feel horrible leaving this review, but after finding a bug inside my salad and only getting a free meal as a "sorry" I am very weary of this location. I found the bug only a short time after beginning to eat the salad and there was no way a bug could have landed and died after I bought the salad. read more

Oh yeah, Chick Fil A breakfast!! To me, this is the best fast food on the run breakfast spot. I always grab the chicken minis meal which consist of 3 or 4 real chicken pieces (not processed) wrapped in a small fresh made biscuit. They're great (Tony the Tiger voice) also comes with little quarter size hash browns and a drink. All for like $5 bucks. Very good little breakfast at a good price. Keep doing what your doing Chick Fil A!!! Great job!!! read more

I don't know what happened to this Chick-Fil-A, but it is not how it used to be over 5 years ago. I'm a local and I go to this Chick-Fil-A frequently. I'm not sure if things have gone downhill because they got a new operator? Maybe it's because I have high standards for this store due to how it used to be back then. The Chick-Fil-A I remember a few years ago gave EXCELLENT customer service, FRESH food, and every worker was always attentive and went "the extra mile" for their customers. Now, all of that is just mediocre. The employees always seem to be talking, unfriendly, and inattentive. My french fries are NEVER fresh. And when was "asking for fries unsalted" not a thing anymore? Are they that lazy to put a fresh batch of fries down to make unsalted fries for customers? This is unheard of. I used to work at a fast-food restaurant and I know how it works. You can get unsalted fries ANYWHERE you go. I used to get unsalted fries ALL the time at this store, and recently, they told me I couldn't anymore. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this store is operating. This store has definitely gone downhill and needs to step its game up. read more

Ordered a 12 count grilled nugget, they gave me 10 nuggets. Went in and asked for my extra 2. They said they would give me an extra 8 count to make up, opened it up, and it was only 6 nuggets. Apparently they like to skimp. Plus everything was pre packaged, so it seems they're deliberately skimping. read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A location, easy access off the fwy., close to the brea mall, and a great friendly staff!!! The food is what you've come to expect from a Chick-fil-A, maybe even a notch above the rest. Everything is fresh & clean and the staff is dream like friendly lol. read more

Chick-fil-A - Eat Mor Chikin! - Fast Food Near Me - Brea, California

Bad service. They need sharper people running the cashier. I went in for a meal and an a extra chicken sandwich. Got charged for a meal only. My drink was all wet on the outside, didn't bother to clean up the cup. read more

The food would taste amazing if I had the utensils to eat it with instead of using my hand to eat my salad.

I go here all the time. Chick fil a is my favorite place ever!! I think all the workers know my boyfriend and I by now haha. We love this place. Always great. I once thought I had the wrong order so had them refund me to later realize they were right and I was wrong. Then had to go back to the drive thru to re get my order. They were all super cool about it. I honestly feel like it's underrated. The workers here are also so wonderful and nice! And seriously the service is always so fast! But give us more sauce!! Hahahaha read more

Great chicken sandwiches, love the waffle fries. I always upgrade the drink to a shake and those come out well made every time. Never had a messed up order here. I always do drive through. The line is well handled and fast. Even with ten cars ahead of you, you're through quickly. The cashier / food handler is always a little bit over the top with the politeness, but I get that Chik Fil A started out with Southern style hospitality and insists on it now. It's a lot better than the surly you get at other places. If I would critique anything it's that there's no small items to add on to a chicken sandwich meal. But Chik Fil A corporate has likely already considered that. If they would have to lower the overall quality to do that, I'm fine without it. read more

I mean, it's Chick Fil A. How are you going to talk any crap about this place? Even if they get your order wrong here and there, name another place that replaces your order quicker or has a better fast food product. I've also bought a gallon of arnold palmer for myself before. I was going to give 4 stars but I'll just give 5, I would take a free sandwich bribe read more

Great Chicken sandwich always made correct. The Chicken tortilla soup is outstanding this is a must try . Don't be alarmed if you see a lot of cars in drive thru it goes really fast. The staff is always so friendly and nice. The inside is also very clean for being so busy. I did check out the bathroom and it was super clean it's nice to see they keep everything clean and wiped down. The only down side is they are closed Sunday when I seem to crave it more but that's ok nice to see a restaurant is closed down for the employees to spend time with family and doesn't care about making another dollar Thumbs up to Chick filet more companies should follow your lead read more

So unprofessional, they make me wait 30mins outside for 3 item. This is not the rush hour. All employees look like very relax.

Went today during the quarantine. Drive through was full but it moved very quickly and efficiently. All staff were wearing gloves and practicing social distancing. Zipped through the line in no time. Order was perfect, food was delicious and everyone had a smile on their face! Thank you Brea Chick fil A for continuing to provide the community with delicious food in a safe and healthy environment with the best service everyday but especially now. read more

Customer service here is on point, I am always greeted by first name and my order is usually put in before I even have my money out to pay. I've been going here for years and have never had a problem, its probably why I go there 3 times a week.. The drive thru is one of the fastest drive thrus I've ever been in. So glad that they're hours are extended to 11 for those late night cravings... read more

I usually love coming here but tonight the girl who took my order was horrible and my order was wrong. First she greeted me with a "what do you want", I told her my order and didn't even ask if I wanted dipping sauces until I asked. Then she told me to pay at the window, so when the man at the little cart told me to pay I told him the girl said to pay at the Window and he said "no here" so i did. The girl at the window was nice, but they got my dipping sauces wrong and if you know YOU KNOW dipping sauces are what make the meal! C'mon! This is the THIRD time they've gotten my sauces wrong! Why would they put ranch and ketchup wth. Ew! I'm very disappointed with this and on top there wasn't even a lot of people there tonight to get my sauces WRONG! read more

Chick-fil-A - You can see what sauces I asked for VS what I got - Fast Food Near Me - Brea, California

Basic rundown. Wife was coming back from Cypress and stopped to get dinner. By the time she got home, we realized they forgot her chicken sandwich. I was more upset than she was. She said forget it but I said no way. Tried to call before going back to complain but no answer. Got in the car and headed down. Called again on the way and spoke to a manager (Jack). I was direct in my explanation an he remained calm and immediately apologized and offered a refund. WOW. In this day and age you dont find many fast food places if any that do this. When I arrived Jack was quick to help and refunded the bill, gave me the chicken sandwich and (get ready) WENT THE EXTRA MILE to offer me a shake for the inconvenience. Chick-fil-A, you have an outstanding example of leadership in this young man. America, be glad there are still companies that shepard values in our future generations. You just don't see it much these days. Great job Jack and a very personal thank you for helping me get dinner to my wife. Sincerely, Lucas read more

I always buy from this chick fil a but most of the time I do drive thru. My boyfriend and I ate inside today 10/24/17 around 1pm and while we were finishing our food an employee came up to ask and asked if we needed anything else and we politely said no. Before he came up to us we were on our phones for 5 Mins but for some reason he decided to say you know you guys should enjoy the time you have together right now instead of going on your phone because don't you guys both work? My boyfriend responded we actually work together. It was crowded too so out of all the people there he decided to say that to us. I was more confused at the time because Idk why the employee thought that would be a good thing to tell us??? Unless there's a rule where we can't be on our phones he had no right to be rude. Ruined our meal. read more

Had a great sit down lunch yesterday, however there are so many people working there that it seems disorganized at times.

I find the high rating here hard to believe. Let me try to be brief as possible. I went here, ordered for my kids, wife and I. The order was all messed up, had no sauce in it, overcharged for sodas, whatever. Called in and was out on the "care list" by some employee, whose name I didn't recall, who promised me a copy of my exact order next time I came in. Fast forward 2 months. I go in--not on this "care list." I threaten to call corporate, and they say OK, sorry, but you're not on the list. Corporate calls me after I send a contact form in via net. I explain the situation and they say they will follow up with the owner (his name starts with an A, if I remember correctly). He calls me pretty promptly--within a couple hours. Offers to put me right back on the list, no problem. I go in the next day--I get cookies for my order. COOKIES. I had a 40 dollar order originally, and I get 6 cookies. The other Chic Fil A off Tustin is like 2 mi further. Yep, I'll be going there from now on. read more
