    Pink Dragon Fruit Matcha
    Corey L.

Fast service to take the order and they always ask and check your preferred sweetness and ice level :) I tried their new pink dragon fruit matcha drink - it has a strawberry dragonfruit crema on top of the drink - which I quite enjoyed. It has more strawberry flavours than dragonfruit so it's on the sweeter side. Their matcha is not bad - a little watery but nice taste when mixed with the crema.

We came here many times but today we came here for the AC in such a hot weather. The customer service here was good. Servers took the orders correctly and they were polite. We didn't have to wait for too long to pick up our drinks. We ordered a large lemon ai Yu and one large taro pudding milk tea. Both tasted good. We drank the taro pudding milk tea and could eat some real taro in the drink. We loved it. There is street parking and rear parking at the restaurant. Many customers park at the back and walk to the front or cashier to order drinks. The interior design is average. The restaurant is very very spacious that there is a huge empty space that they can add more tables and chairs. Overall, we had good drink experience here. There are different bubble tea places along Kingsway in Burnaby and Vancouver, but I would highly recommend this one as we tried one that was super cheaper but the quality was bad!!

Forgot name, probably something like Galaxy?

Flavour-wise, I think it's one of the better bubble tea places around this area. Suggestions for improvement: More eco-friendly cup and straw options?

Personally I really enjoy chatime and the selection and flavours but today left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a drink for delivery from them and it was wrapped up in another plastic bag covered. Usually with your machines you would expect that those plastic seals stay sealed but unfortunately for me my drink came completely spilt due to the lid not having a proper seal. So not only did I spend $15 on a drink but now none of it is consumable because all of it spilt into the plastic bag from the lid. I'm quite upset knowing that small things like this are missed but now i don't have bubble tea and literally all I wanted out of this was bubble tea.

I went here with besty and another friend yesterday and besty really wanted to try Chatime. I've been to Robson location already and thought why not going here for a drink. I got Coconut Pineapple slush ($4.75, half sweet) and didn't find it so exciting. I love pineapple, but slush didn't taste like it should be. Little to no coconut flavour has been added. My two friends loved their drinks. Besty got Roasted Milke Tea(w/ grass jelly) and another buddy got Honey Black Tea. Mine was alright, as I said not the perfect Pina Colada flavour. Service was good. *Note: staff got me point card as I asked and it was quick after giving my cell#, birth date and name. 10 points required for a free drink, 50cents(I think?) extra for a free large drink and a free b-day drink according to staff. $1 for a replacement card if you lose it. My drink was good, but not worth $4.75. I'll go back just for a Roasted Milk Tea.

    Golden Lava Smoothie
    Melody L.

Chat Time rencently launched the Golden Lava Smoothie is a black sesame smoothie made with swirls of salted egg cream and topped with a sea salt cream foam. I was skeptical about this drink since I didn't know what to expect but I was quite pleased with it. The drink taste like black sesame soup dessert with a nice roasted nutty flavour. I found the salted egg yolk to be quite subtle and it wasn't overly empowering the drink. I also really enjoyed the cream foam top which added extra creaminess to the drink. I would definitely order this drink again if they had it on their regular menu!

    Grand opening wait
    Denise W.

Grand opening Buy one get one free. Waited for 1 hours and 10 mins to order and get the drink. So not worth it. My one hour is worth more than saving $5. Told friends about it and they thought this place is crazy. This location is definitely bigger than the other location. Its close to metrotown and burnaby does have a lot of younger crowd. So I can see it doing well. Lots of sitting area. This is definitely a plus. Chatime is Chatime. They are famous for their roasted milk tea. Well Its far from where I live. So probably won't come here unless I so happen to be in the area.

I'm usually not a fan of BBT places, but Chatime is starting to change me. 1. Delicious tasting brewed teas in their BBT 2. Great service 3. Made to order your way with clear options 4. Huge variety of choices easily read on their menu 5. Takes cash and credit Sold.

service n/a I honestly never liked chat time before only because I think I ordered the wrong drink. I usually order the same drinks at all bubble tea places. With this place i think you'd need to know what's good and let go of what you're usually comfortable with. I never drank "milk tea" before at any bubble tea only because I don't like the taste of the milk. However I think milk Tea, particularly #2 roasted milk Tea with grass jelly was pretty good here. I would totally order extra grass jelly. a little pricier than the usual bubble places but they have points system so it's kind of worth it if i had to choose 1 drink: #2 roasted milk Tea with grass jelly would I go back? Yes for the same milk Tea

    Aren't I helpful?

My favourite location of all. Spacious and sofa seating. Free parking in the back if you're lucky. Mango QQ is the signature, 30% sugar is all one needs. And their coconut jelly and tapioca pearls, second to none!

Ceylon milk tea with grass jelly
    Monika C.

With the recent changes in the reward system and the sudden boom in other competitive bubbletea joints, I'm sad to say that chatime is no longer worth it. We're looking at $5 for drinks that you could get for much cheaper with more frequent rewards. I was told on my visit today that they no longer have the birthday drinks either. As for taste I would say everything is pretty standard here. There are many other places that offer similar items that are of much better quality and with everybody jumping on the ice and sugar customization, chatime is quickly losing their appeal. I had the Ceylon milk tea with grass jelly today and although I enjoyed the bitter aftertaste I found it underwhelming. The grass jelly wasn't up to snuff today either. All in all I doubt that I'll be back again.

Ok bubble tea if there is nothing else around. I was very disappointed with their black sugar bubble tea, it tasted like cereal milk.

The cake was very good, not super sweet(for regular person) I'm diabetic so this was probably a bit much for me but I wanted to try. The butter cream in between each layer of chocolate sponge cake was smooth. The chocolate ganache was shiny and soft. I personally like more cake in general but this is a solid cake if you like butter cream and chocolate!. Wifeys croissant was full of cream on top and in the middle. Very soft and good for whipped cream lovers. The berries were large and sweet. Baked goods on terms from the ones we partook in were very good.
