Looks like the chain bubble tea places are exploding across the Vancouver area. First Chatime, now this. Parking is plentiful in the nice large strip mall lot. Staff were friendly and quick. The interior is bare (concrete everything) but very modern looking. No complaints, other than the place echoes a bit. Drinks can be had in 2 sizes. Large drinks are about 50c more than the small ones. Toppings and sugar amounts can be customized. To be honest I prefer this chain to Chatime, as the bubble simply seems to taste better. read more

Get the #1 bestseller - oolong creama tea. I love Sharetea when in Singapore and I am happy to know that it is finally here. The crema is creamy (like those cream in Japan) with a hint of saltiness in it. I like how you can also select the ice level too. The pearls are on the sweet side though. Actual rating: 3.5 The Hokkaido pearl milk tea has quickly become my go-to bubble tea order. I've ordered it from various Sharetea locations, including at this Coquitlam location once before, without any problem concerning customizations...except for yesterday. I usually go for regular ice and half sugar, but today I was told by the server that the minimum sugar level was 80%. When pressed, she explained that if I got it at 50% then it would ruin the balance of the drink and make it taste funny (or something like that). Well, I was craving sugary substances anyway, so I stuck with the Hokkaido pearl milk tea. For the most part, I found the drink tasted fine at 80%. It only got too sweet towards the end, where there were less pearls and the milk tea was more concentrated. I simply take issue with the fact that I had no problem getting that drink at half sweet in the past (and for the record, it tasted good that way!). If for whatever reason they changed the rules on customizations, they should indicate such on the menu. read more

I got the Hokkaido Milk tea (number 6 best seller) but I subbed the pearls with grass jelly. Not a lot of places have Hokkaido Milk tea. They are pretty legit I have to say. My friend C said their oolong tea with creme is really good. Its number 1 best seller. I would have to go back and try. So back to the Hokkaido Milk tea. You do get to choose the sweetness, the ice level and of course what you want in your drink (they do have couple options other than pearl). I am guessing they made their grass jelly or pearl in-house. It was pretty good. Wish I asked for no ice. I asked for less ice and it still had a lot of ice. Not great on a cold day. The place is kind of small but very spacious. They are located inside an outdoor mall so there are plenty of parking spots. Especially at night time. They have other locations worldwide according to what they mentioned in their store poster. It is located in Coquitlam so competition is not as fierce if they were in Burnaby or Vancouver. I would say the place is pretty good. We caught the day their 2 for $8 deal and got the Okinawa Milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea. We reduced the sugar level and ice level but I still find the Hokkaido milk too sweet. The pearls aren't that bad. It's chewy and not hard. What I am surprised was that there weren't as many people as the previous times I went to this place. However, with all the bbt places popping up, it's hard to find something that is special only this brand that makes me want to keep coming back without promo. read more

Sharetea started the business in Coquitlam a while ago. Finally I had a chance to try their bubble tea. I ordered a large oolong milk tea with grass jelly. The flavour was a little bit bland although it had the tea flavour and it was sweet with grass jelly. I had better bubble milk tea somewhere else. The interior design is modern. It has a spacious foyer and room for more people to stand and wait in line inside. The menus on the walls are in English. Menus on the cashiers counter top are both English and Chinese. This bubble tea is just average. I would prefer Chatime and other bubble tea places elsewhere if I have to pay the same price or more. read more

Share teas bubble teas are definitely good but lately found that it's starting to go down hill. I had two seperate occasions where the service has kinda gone down hill. Last time I was at share tea was in May where the girl accidentally scanned my points in instead of allowing me to redeem my free drink and asked me to just pay for my drink instead since I already had the points. At that point I thought fine. Yesterday I was able to redeem my free drink on the tiger bubble tea which tasted delicious (like milk cereal) however compared to the other brown sugar bubble teas it wasn't on the. Same level. The other new item they just released was their milk tea ice cream. Mind you I got excited since Shiny tea has been dominating in that area for me personally but their bubble teas were always a miss for me. Once I got the ice cream I was sooooo disappointed. Please refer to my pictures. It's icey as hell and the cup kept leaking. The other thing that shiny tea does well is they allow customers to sample (healthy samples too). I tried the drink because it was on the top 10 list and I wanted to try the "aiyu jelly". Aiyu jelly usually isn't available in other bubble tea places so I wanted to see how it tasted like. It had a mild honey taste and had a soft smooth texture. The drink was good in the sense that it had a lot of golden kiwi chunks and there was a slice of orange inside. I would say you get your moneys worth of ingredients. The drink is too sour for my liking as I ordered normal sugar. If I were to drink this again I would order it with more sugar. Kind of underwhelming for me. Friends hyped this place up, but honestly didn't live up to it. Don't get me wrong, I love milk teas. But the drink I had kinda sucked. Had the handmade taro with pearls. I can't really describe what I tasted... It was just, "mehhhh." Seemed almost tasteless. It had some chunks of fresh taro on it which was cool, but that was it lol. I used to never drink milk tea as often as I do now. My go-to place is usually CoCo but I live in Coquitlam. Share Tea is on North Road in the same complex as RBC and Independent grocery store. I tried their classic pearl milk tea and it was delicious. It has a unique taste of in between a milk and tea - the perfect amount. The pearls were super fresh, light and chewy. I like their variety on their menu and I will definitely be back to try more of their flavours! read more

I'm a bubble tea addict, it's my happy hour to a happy day. I've probably consumed enough to be a critique. I'm a fan of the milk teas itself, it's got to have strong good quality tea base and end with a chewy pearl. Sharetea's milk teas has both which is excellent! My favorite so far is the Mango Green Milk Tea, Okinawa milk tea and wintermelon with a thin layer or crema. I go full sugar on everything. My only con -which doesn't effect my star rating - is that i can be a little pricey for the customize drinks. The Mango Green Milk Tea can top up to $6ish for a regular size. The store itself is clean and spacious. Airy and light. Parking is a dream especially if you're use to bubble tea stores having micro lots. I've hung around here late twice with friends and the staff is great. Overall, I recommended trying it once! read more

Pretty solid bbt place. The best in the immediate area right now as there isn't much competition. Bubble World is terrible, Big Orange in Lougheed Mall is worse, and the newly opened Shiny Tea inside Lougheed Mall is just ok. I haven't been disappointed in any of their teas. My favourite one right now being mango green milk tea with pearls. They have mini pearls but I prefer the regular sized ones. Plenty of parking as it's in the same plaza as the Independent grocers and immediately beside Lifelabs Knocked off a star because their prices are on the higher end, but worth it if you don't wanna be disappointed. The pearls were standard, nothing too special about them and the overall drink was fairly sweet but not overly sweet. Tldr: Perfect solution for your constipation problems. This is the first time my Mom and I had bubble tea from this place and boy is it a disaster. The tragedy began when my mom who drank the bubble tea an hour before me complained about stomach pain and having to visit the washroom several times. I was skeptical when she first told me and dismissed it as just her having a sensitive stomach. However after a few minutes I realized I should take some precautions as I did not want to risk it. At that point I had only drank less than half of what was in my cup. Fifteen minutes or so passes by when I felt my stomach churning and at that moment I realized it wasn't just my old lady's sensitive stomach that was the problem: it was this cup of laxativ- I mean bubble tea. Thank goodness I stopped drinking it before WWIII happened in my bathroom. Not to mention, my Mom who rarely treats herself to take out/drinks ended up suffering due to your "bubble tea". On the bright side, if I ever have constipation problems, I can now purchase a cup-o-laxatives from your store instead of having to spend $14.99 from London Drugs. Their milk tea tastes the best. I really like their QQ Happy Family Milk Tea with 30% sweetness. Also a fan favorite is their handmade taro with fresh milk. There is plenty of parking which is an added bonus so no time is wasted to get my milk tea. read more

All the flavours were complementing each other and I legit finished my pudding slushie in 5 minutes flat, which never happens. Location and environment was ok for me, but the reason why I gave Sharetea a 3 star review is because of the price. Sharetea is another Taiwanese BBT franchise to invade Greater Vancouver and while I don't usually mind having specials of different variations being recommended, I take offence that there isn't the 'original' BBT being offered. I don't mean the powder milk tea drinks but the general green/black tea + fruit flavouring. I was told when I ordered that they don't offer my favourite passion fruit green tea and that the only 2 options for passion fruit was a mango passion fruit green tea of a passion fruit orange and grapefruit tea. I opted for the passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit tea, and while it tasted alright in flavour and a bit sweeter than I was use to despite my request for 30% sugar % 30% ice, I wasn't impressed by the price. My husband is the most un-creative patron of bubble teas and would always just get a strawberry slush with absolutely nothing inside of it. He was told that they didn't offer that but suggested a strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly & ice cream that priced at $6.30. We got it anyways to give Sharetea a chance but the prices had us out the door knowing that we would never come here again. If you're looking for something more normal and not too creative, I would recommend that you head somewhere else to save yourself a few dollars. My coworker and I went in here , yesterday march 25 at 930. There were two workers who were wearing masks . The one man at the till was not and was coughing and sneezing. No effort to even cough in his sleeve , just all over the drinks and the counter . We then came back at 1030 to pick more drinks for staff. Same guy, sneezed right on our drinks , literally. I said no, I'm allergic to dairy so I need a new one. The girl making the smoothies goes to the back, brings out a brown liquid and throws that in the blender with ice. Then when she tried to give that to me, I said I wanted a smoothie like the first one where she put real mangoes inside. I just didn't want the ice cream. This fat woman comes out from the back yelling at me saying I can't have a new one and I have to drink this one. I asked for my money back, and they said No! When I brought this to their attention, the staff said they had to ask their manager if this indeed their "regular". They came out and said yes, this is regular and to order less ice next time. For a BBT chain its not bad, the milk tea is different from other big chains. The store is nice, it makes a good place to study and hang out with friends. The pearls were fairly soft, had a bit of chew similar to Coco. I didn't get a chance to try anything other then their Green milk tea, therefore this review is not complete. I'm from Seattle, and we've had these in the city for awhile. The best BBT chain I've had. At this location, the prices are comparable to Seattle, but in Canadian Dollar, which makes this place much cheaper than in the US. I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with boba, less ice, with 100% sweetness, and my drink probably took 20-25 mins to make. Looking at the reviews, it looks like the place just opened up, so I'll cut some slack to them. The milk tea taste like what I'm used to. Boba is really chewy! The place is clean and has a hipster vibe to it. A bit far from where I'm usually at in Vancouver, but I'm glad they finally opened a store up in Vancouver. read more

I was pretty disappointed in this Share Tea compared to their Richmond location. Their oolong crema is pretty watered down compared to Richmond, I'm talking about 70% potency. They don't provide the mini knife to cut the plastic top and you can't grab it yourself either, they hide it behind the counter. Their kiwi fruit tea (#2 most popular drink) was ok. The guy working here isn't that friendly, he might want to work on his customer service skills. If they can work on their tea potency and customer service, they would earn a lot more stars. read more

I am frequently flying in and out of California and Vancouver. The sharetea in California is much much much better and this sharetea has some work to do. However the good thing is that this place has lots of parking and can adjust the amount of sweetness on every drink. read more

The girl who took my order said it comes with big and small pearl so I just told her I don't want anything in my bubble tea. When my order came out I saw some jelly in my tea so I talked to the guy who made my bbt. And he said QQ Happy family milk tea just comes with all sort of pearls and jelly. And he was very firm about it. I didn't even want to fight for the jelly so I am just writing this review while drinking a bbt that I didn't mean to order. It might be a common sense for some people that Happy family milk tea always comes with all different types of things but at least not for me, who is non-Taiwanese. Also there was nothing specially written on the menu informing that what comes with what. I just think it is not fair for customer that the store initially add all these pearls and jelly into their drinks, make price very high, and they do not lower price when customer choose not to have the option. And they don't even specify it very well on the menu. Also how they deal with a customer who is confused with their system was not very good. Very nice environment, quiet and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drinks are pretty good, the little knife mechanism for the creama drinks are very cool. The coffee creama is made from powder coffee, but its surprisingly good! I feel so bad that I actually enjoy powder coffee. Good place, will come again. read more

Easily the worst customer service I have ever recieved. The girl who took my order ignored me for a solid minute before taking my order. Even then, It took her over 6 min to take an order of 4 drinks. I was fine with this because I thought she was just trying to get the order correct. Then she told me there were no more pearls so I switched it out for herb jelly. She started speaking to me in Chinese and giving me attitude when I asked to collect some points on the sharetea app. As soon as the guy start making the drinks, she brings a pot of pearls from the back up... Even though she told me there were no pearls. I asked to switch out the herb jelly with the pearls and she charged me an extra 50 cents... It wasn't the 50 cents that made me angry, it was the fact that she was making me reach back into my bag to grab my change - even though she made the mistake. The only reason why I'm giving this place a one star is because the bbt tasted good. Would give a 0 star for the girl who works there tho. read more
