Found this cafe to be nice and pretty when I first walked in. This cafe wasn't too busy around 6PM. Menu includes coffee, tea, cheesecakes, pastries and rice cakes. 1 drink per person for dining in. I got iced black sesame latte ($6.75) to go. There was tiny bit of black sesame flavour mixed with coffee. It also had too much ice. Drinks are so expensive here. Perfect spot to meet friends or studying.

Due to health reason, I am not able to consume sugar drinks, tea or caffeine. This is a large coffee shop but they have a verbal policy that they didn't post anywhere in their cafe. No it is not about minimum spend. The strange policy is that each person who wants to sit in their coffee shop must order a drink. NO you can't order a dessert item in replace of the drink. I looked around and the policy was not posted anywhere. We were told about this policy after we paid. So we decided to leave. The cheapest drink is tea. They charge $5 for tea from a teabag that you can get cheap. No it is not one of those high-end tea bags but one you can get from superstore a box of 50 for $10. I am guessing that is where they make the most money. I do understand that the margin on cheese cake and food items are not big but you should not force people to buy a drink. if you do have that policy please post it on the wall in big letters. Looks like people are spending hours at this cafe to do homework and yes they also have a policy that each customer can stay for a max of two hours but that policy is posted but not the drink policy. No wonder, everyone at the cafe only ordered drinks and not food. They do have bingsoo served here. I am wondering how many people will order tea and coffee with their bingsoo? Those things don't go well together. Does that mean they have to have their bingsoo to go as well? it will melt and bingsoo is one of those things that don't do well with togo. Again when I was there I didn't see one person ordering bingsoo. Its a mystery with their policy. Also if you compare their old menu and their new menu they have offered cheaper quality drinks then before. Example is they used to have Organic Earl Grey Lavender and now it is the cheap brand twinning Earl grey tea bags. Yes they did remove the words organic in their menu.

Korean coffee shop tucked away in the bottom floor a strip mall. Parking is plentiful in the strip mall lot. Special mention, as most strip malls in this area do not have enough parking. The inside is modern but bare. Reminds me of Sharetea nearby. Nothing wrong with this though. Sometimes less is more. There is a bit of music in the background but nothing too loud. Great for holding a conversation. Staff were friendly. Coffees are a bit on the expensive side at $6 for a large, but I must say the cold hazelnut latte was pretty freaking good. Nice and refreshing, and really hit the spot. Definitely a good option for coffee in this area. Recommended.

Tried their Americano and cheesecake. The Cheesecake was must-try, very delicious and Americano was a great combination together - just wish that interior was little more cozier.

We came to Hey Hi Hello to get some work done at a cafe and the baked goods and latte were only okay. The pastries could have been a little bit more fresh and I wished there was more flavour in the latte. We came on an afternoon on a weekend and all the tables with nearby electrical outlets were all taken until closer to dinner time. However the center seats did have decent turnover. Good place to meet up with friends.

The texture of the ice is good, does not clump as quickly as the traditional Korean ice. The fusion flavour are both tea based. The astringency of the tea makes the whole dessert very light even though the portions are huge. Asuki bean garnish had great texture and flavour, not overly sweet, very satisfying!!

Here's "Hey Hi Hello" taking over "Black Milk Water". Although it's pretty much a self-served coffee shop but even that the service was pretty bad. I was standing in front of the counter for over 5 minutes before someone would take my order. The texture of the shaved ice itself is nice and soft but it tastes like containing a lot of artificial flavour. And, not too sure what's the vanilla ice cream doing there, so odd. I can see the red beans go along with matcha shaved ice but not with milk tea. It'll be better if they can replace the red beans with black pearls. They are probably just try to save the trouble. There are so many Korean shaved ice shops in the neighbourhood. People have lots of selections. We'll see how long "Hey Hi Hello" will stay around.

CUTE HIDDEN CAFE in Burnaby/Coquitlam! This place is the cutest cafe I've been to this month! The interior was super cute and perfect studying place, very chic, and unique. I loved the vibes it had. We tried 2 of their bingsoos they offered. Social distancing was okay la, it was spaced out but a lot of people were in the store, luckily its quite big. You can dine in and take out or even get it delivered via @ubereats * Matcha bingsoo ($13) this was good we all know im obsessed with matcha, condensed milk and red bean so this was the ultimate must have! they also had coconut jelly, which I didn't realize would taste good with red bean (id ask for no coconut jelly next time and more red bean). The red beans were nice and firm, perfectly cooked, and the shaved matcha ice was super flaky and melted in your mouth! One of the flakiest and tastiest bingsoo I've had in a while, plus the portion was huge!!!! Perfect amount of condensed milk on It too, I highly recommend this one if you come here! * Brown sugar milk tea bingsoo ($13), this was super flaky as well and tasted good, it wasn't as good as the matcha one but this is perfect for all my brown sugar lovers! The milk tea tasted good, and creamy, and the brown sugar drizzled on top was good and combined nicely with the milk tea. There were pearls and coconut jelly on the side. The pearls were good, and chewy It really hit in nicely with the milk tea and brown sugar drizzle, however the coconut jelly tasted a bit off with the brown sugar in my opinion. But regardless the entire dish as polished off super quickly! * Do your prefer matcha or milk tea brown sugar? * 8.5/10 - Super flaky and creamy, I am obsessed with their matcha one I loved the taste and how nicely the ice melted your mouth! * 10/10 - the price was so worth it, the portion was huge and perfect for sharing! I definitely recommend coming here with friends or even on a cute cafe date!

Extremely overpriced drinks, honestly would avoid this place if possible. Their tea is $7!

The selection of desserts was quite good and everything looked delicious. We selected two different items to share: a chocolate cake and the other was earl grey. I loved how they were not overly sweet. The earl grey one had grapefruit inside, which unfortunately my friend cannot eat so he was a little disappointed that I got to have more of this one. Lucky for me, I don't have that problem! The piece of grapefruit on top should have been a clue, but he didn't notice it when we were ordering. haha I did find the combination a bit unusual but I enjoyed it nonetheless as I love both grapefruit and earl grey tea! Service appears to be restricted to counter service, so you order at the counter and take your food and drinks to a table. It was really busy in the cafe but we managed to snag the last open table. Because it was so crowded, it was a little difficult to carry on a normal conversation. Not deafening, just quite lively. The coffee was good - but word of advice, make sure you let them know if you want to add milk or cream as they do fill your cup to the brim! I would probably return to try some of their other desserts because I find most places a bit too sweet for me. Definitely recommend this spot.

Makes it a great choice to finish off an evening with friends or to bring home. Their flavours are great and they add in new ones regularly! My favourite is the hotteok, highly recommend. I usually get the flavored taiyaki here. Compared to traditional taiyaki, Little Pisces ones are chewier, sort of like fried mochi. The fillings are all very good and they're freshly made. They have a 5-piece combo deal where it comrs out to just a little over $3 per taiyaki. The supermarket right below sells 3 taiyakis (that are very good) for about $5 though, so Little Pisces is a bit expensive comparatively. The ice cream come with a taiyaki on top and is super cute. There's usually quite a long line to order and to get the food. Sometimes the line is out the door. Even after ordering, they give you a little buzzer thing that buzzes when your order is ready. This can take quite a long time if there's alot of people. While there is seating, it is limited and people tend to stay awhile, so don't depend on being able to eat inside. In the winter it kind of sucks as you have to exit to eat. I also came here for their hot chocolate festival drinks. The lines were insanely long. The hot chocolate was $12 each and not very big. While the flavors were unique, they weren't very good overall and took forever to wait for.
