Very dishonest owner, I recommend going to the Beresford location, it's a 6 min drive away across from Metrotown. I drove 15 minutes on my lunch break as it was the last day to claim my free birthday drink and was told I could not claim it at this location. The girl told me their system is down and there's nothing she can do. I was annoyed with her, but I understand she's just following protocol. However, she did call her boss to explain the situation and was told 'nope, cannot claim here, too bad.' I thought maybe I just went on an off day, but the girl at the other location informed me that 'we get a lot of upset customers coming from the Kingsway location because their system is always down." Yeah it's a chain, but I'm lowkey obsessed. Sharetea's fruit teas always hit the spot when I'm craving something cold, juicy, and a little over-the-top. The kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly is elite - tangy, refreshing, and full of texture. I keep coming back for it even though I know I'm paying $7+ to drink fruit. Keep in mind though, they are definitely on the pricer end. This location in particular is pretty nice and open and spacious, owners are friendly. read more

The place is really nice to sit with friends and the music isn't loud so it's easy to talk. There are other people who seem to be playing games with friends over here too. The drink is quite good, but I would like more of the creama for the large drink. I would recommend to get 30% if you don't like sweet drinks. read more

Bubble tea close to Kingsway and Boundary. Parking is available on Kingsway as well as the side streets. As of the time of writing, seating is somewhat limited. Takeout is probably the way to go here. Most tables can seat 4, but there is a larger table that can fit maybe 8. In addition, there are some sofas on the side, as well as a hanging cage chair. Staff were friendly. Pricing is in line with the competition. The bubble teas take a while to make, but I think it's because their stuff is made from real fruit which is nice. Sharetea has recently become one of my favourite bubble tea chains in the Metro Vancouver area. I've had tea from them a few times before but it never wowed me until recently! This weekend, Grayson and I visited Sharetea Renfrew, the newest location to the franchise. I loved how open the cafe at Sharetea Renfrew was. There were two tables to sit at and a long booth for people to sit at. Before we entered the cafe, we took a moment to look at the menu to see what we wanted to drink. The menu changed quite a bit from the last time we visited but we were excited to try some of their new drinks! I never saw the QQ happy family milk tea on their menu before but perhaps I've always just overlooked it. As it turns out, this was the most amazing drink! The milk tea had tea flavour with notes of caramel and was super rich and creamy. The drink is called QQ happy family because it had pudding, grass jelly, tapioca pearls, red bean and coconut jelly! This drink is perfect for those who are indecisive about which topping is best! The Hawaii fruit tea was one of their newest drinks! I had no idea what to expect but I received the most gorgeous orange coloured tea! This tea had a variety of fruity flavours in it. It was citrusy with notes of orange and grapefruit but also had sweetness from pieces of pineapple. I ordered my drink unsweetened since it would be coming with fruit syrups. I recommend ordering it this way if you're not a fan of sweet drinks. The ai-yu jelly was a nice neutral texture to compliment to the chewy bits of pineapple. Yum. read more

Ever since the first Sharetea I went to in Coquitlam, this brand has been my go to for a treat... that bubble tea. Something about how they make it, from not using powder mixtures, to the way you can customize things (sugar level, ice level, additions) everyone has their fix, and Sharetea has my wallet. I am happy to see another one pop up right on Kingsway, as the ones I go to are a little out of the way and on a rainy night me and the nomnomnivore came in after a day of complete eating. This place is big, probably the biggest in terms of all the Sharetea locations I know (Cambie, Richmond, Coquitlam) and they went with a very clean look with a paneled wall and the huge logo. Some clean plain wooden leg white tables and pink chairs. There is a pretty spacious work area, where the drinks are prepared, with two big flat screen tv´s hung above on the side acting as menus before paying for your drink. On this day they were offering samples of their Hokkaido Milk tea, 80% sweetness... yes, this seems like the norm now... to pick your level of sugar. Everyone has different taste buds so we went with 20% sweetness and low on the ice, and went with the mini pearls (yes, they are mini, and do not get stuck in your sucking straw). They eventually call your drink once it is prepared, you can say handcrafted all you want, but you know Chinese people don´t use that word, cause really people there is no need for that. I like the honey taste of Sharetea´s pearls... it has a level of rich sweetness that enhances the drink, from the taste to the chew of these tapioca drops, everything is consistent from store to store, a nice tea taste, and use of real milk (no powder here) and it works. Also sitting around here is great too, on this night I think they were in a 90´s R & B music vibe.... so I can´t tell you if they have Chinese pop nights. Instantly fell in love with the interior design as soon as I walked in ! The "millennial pink" chairs added a soft, modern, and charming touch to the place. There are plenty of places to sit and I could totally see this place filling up once people start finding out that it just opened! -- I think it might have opened this week.... the center piece in the middle of our table was still wrapped in its plastic packaging! I came with my family on a Friday evening and it was pretty empty, but as soon as we all ordered a huge line of people showed up! I tried the hokkaido milk tea which is supposed to have a slight caramel / toffee flavour. Just a warning though.. if you normally order a low sugar level like I do, you might be disappointed with how they can only make this flavour 80% - 100% sweet. I actually loved the flavour though, and I appreciate that they hand out samples so you can try some different things before you commit to ordering a full size. I think Sharetea is just an adorable place to chill and hangout with your friends. (Or maybe I'm just a huge sucker for *pink* things haha). This is my new go-to place for bubble tea. Really enjoy their Mango green tea creama. It reminds me of a Chinese mango pudding in liquid form! I am totally addicted to the salty cream foam! I also had the oolong creama which is also very tasty! The staff are helpful when I needed help signing up with their rewards program. You get a free drink on your birthday! There's lots of parking on the Kingsway and the sidestreets as well which is a nice bonus. read more

I always like sharetea beverage and I am excited when it finally opens an outlet here along Kingsway in the Collingwood area. My favorite is the Oolong creama tea. For fruity tea, I like kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly. It is refreshing with the sweet-tartness, great during the hot weather. When I feel adventurous or hungry, I will add pearls. Be careful when having mini peals as they get sucked up quickly through the straw and one can choke on them. The place is big and usually empty during lunch time or early afternoon on weekdays. I went here on Friday April 12th around afternoon and it wasn't the busy hour when I walked in. I always wanted to try this place and ordered Pearl Milk Tea with 50% sweetened with less ice. Hokkaido Milk Tea sounded interesting, but I decided to get this next time as there's no half sweetness for this flavour (70% sweetness only). I got Classic Pearl Milk Tea (medium $4.80) it was tasty. Staff was helpful when I had questions and she helped me with loyalty point after downloading Share Tea app. I liked my drink. I personally think it tasted better when I came here for a second visit. Pearls were perfectly cooked and soft, and I'm looking forward to try more drinks. read more

Came here for the BOGO grand opening and got the Hokkaido Milk Tea and the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly. We were told that we had to wait 20 mins for the Hokkaido Milk Tea, so we grabbed a seat and waited for our drinks to be ready. We were pleasantly surprised that it did not take 20 mins and we were all very eager to try the Hokkaido Milk Tea! However, we were unfortunately quite disappointed with the taste. I had expected the Hokkaido Milk Tea to have a creamy milk base, but the drink actually tasted like diluted soy chocolate milk. It was nothing that I expected as my previous Hokkaido Milk experiences were all amazing! The Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly was alright, the fresh Kiwi bits were refreshing, however, I would not pay the regular price of what that drink would be worth (~$6 each). Really bad customer service, they cant even speak english. They dont know how to run a business. They need to understand how if you make a drink incorrectly, they have the obligation of making it right. They dont greet. Upon entering, they are in a group, their backs rested on the counter. I was craving boba so badly and decided I had to get one last one before I hide in quarantine LOL. I decided to get a green milk tea with grass jelly, my favourite drink. The green tea was basically a jasmine tea and I decided to get it with less sugar and less ice. The grass jelly was probably one of the best that I've had and the milk tea was so creamy and had the right amount of sweetness. The staff were so friendly and made my drink so quickly. We have visited this location numerous times and they have decently good bubble tea. My usual drinks are either the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea or Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea - always with Less Ice and Less Sugar. The drinks are consistently good. Fiance has also tried many of their fruits teas and they are tasty too. I also got the Thai Iced Tea for my free birthday drink and it was pretty good! The location is pretty central, close to a main/busy intersection by Burnaby/Vancouver. Inside is fairly large for a bubble tea spot, spacious with lots of seating (pre-covid, of course). I've tried Sharetea a couple of times and have very mixed feelings about it. I really like the pearls - they are chewy, but not too soft or hard. They are slightly sweet as well. It definitely earns a spot on my "top pearls" list. Yes, I have such a list. The drink itself is the issue. I find their drinks too heavy and sweet. We got the Hokkaido Milk Tea with less sugar (apparently they can only do 80% sweetness level). Their Hokkaido Milk Tea is actually a caramel toffee milk tea so there really isn't any Hokkaido milk flavour. My bf poured out the milk tea and added the pearls to another beverage. I did the same thing the last time I had Sharetea. I wonder if we can just order pearls by itself? Service here needs improvement. We understand they're busy on the iPad taking orders, but when a customer stands in front of you waiting to order, it would be courteous to look up and ask us to wait than pretend not to see us. With 3 people behind the counter, they all chatted with each other and none acknowledged us. The place itself is very big so it's great for sitting and chatting with friends. With so many better bubble tea places around, I wouldn't bother coming back. read more

We had a great experience with our first try. Sharetea started in 1992 Taipei. Since then it has opened more than 450 stores across worldwide. We came to try it special summer drink Kiwi Fruit Tea 50% sugar with less ice. The taste of the drink was very different from normal fruit tea. It was sour and sweet. I'm not 100% a fan of Sharetea but since it is in the area for me, I tend to come here if I'm having a real craving for bubble tea and I really can't get to anywhere else. I tend to drive out for further bubble tea places when I want it. I don't actually like my drinks very sweet so I typically order it with the least amount of sugar. It's pretty discouraging that there are some drinks that sound really good (like the Hokkaido Milk Tea/Honey Milk Tea) that can only be done with 80% sugar minimum. I order Honey Milk Teas at other places with less sugar than 80% and no issues. I just stuck with their regular milk tea with 30% which was OK at best, but didn't really have too strong of a tea flavour. I still have to yet find a drink that I like from here. Came here the other day after dinner to try out the drinks at Sharetea. I've been meaning to go try, but always ended up somewhere else instead. I went here with a friend and he wanted to try the Okinawa milk tea, fresh taro slush and I wanted something different, so I went with something light and fruity, the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly. Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly One of the main reason I wanted to try this was because of peoples reviews and that it was on the top 10 list of course. The reviews were right, this drink was light and refreshing! Its sweet and tart. They pour this kiwi mixture and there was lemon and orange slices in it. This wad good. I gave some to my dad and he was shocked that this was a fruit tea drink. Okinawa Milk Tea The pearls are like the ones at Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea, where they are soft, chewy and sweet. The milk tea itself is ok, I've definetly had better milk tea else where. Fresh Taro Slush This was yummy! A must order for taro lovers. All drinks were ordered at 50% sweet at 50% ice, and still everything was good! Overall, if I want a fruit tea, I'll definetly come back here, but other then that, I'll go elsewhere for milk teas read more

With the many Taiwanese bbt places opening in Vancouver lately, Sharetea is very memorable to me. Their pearls are a nice bouncy texture and their teas are fresh. I really enjoyed their black milk tea w pearl, always a good flavor to gauge the quality of a bbt place ;) I found their 30% sugar to be sufficient. This may seem like a non issue, but I'm taking one star because their milky drinks are extremely filling! It took me 4 visits to realize that I physically couldn't finish one of their drinks every single time! They weren't kidding when they named their chain. For those of you that own the lovely glass bbt jars, be warned. This popular bbt shop DOES NOT ACCEPT said jars. Why? Unfortunately I do not have an answer to pass on to others. I visited this shop today with my bbt jar in hand. When it was my turn to order, I set it down on the counter and gently slid it towards the cashier. After my order, I watched her grab for a plastic cup. Perhaps she forgot out of habit? So I asked, "excuse me, can I use my glass instead?". She replies, "no, sorry". That's it. And she started with someone else. Looking back, I should have just cancelled the order and gone elsewhere but I really did want to try their drink. The wait is long. This was probably the longest I've ever waited for bbt. Again, the thought of cancelling my order came up. But I've already waited more than 10 mins. (In total, waited 20ish mins) FINALLY, my drink is done. I looked at it and thought "why? Why can't this not go into my mug? There is more than enough space". ‍ It's 2019 sharetea. Tiger Pearl Black Milk Tea (虎斑珍珠奶茶- 黑茶) $5.50 Review: I was SO excited for this bottle. Seriously. But let me tell you, it is EXTREMELY underwhelming. The bottle is plastic and you just get a bit more than a medium size bbt Yes. It's cute and aesthetic but personally I just don't think it's worth. I LOWKEY FELT EXTREMELY SCAMMED OKAY I paid almost $6 tax included for a plastic container I will probably never use again and not a lot of boba. I am a super slow drinker but I finished this bubble tea SO FAST. But let's stop looking at the cons of this drink and instead at the pros - The drink itself was REALLY GOOD. The drink in itself was smooth, frothy and creamy. Not the type of creamy that makes you want to throw up because it's heavy. It's the creamy that's "dainty and airy" The black tea was very fragrant and delicate which levelled up the drink to make it just THAT much better. The tiger pearls were infused with a deep rich black sugar flavour. I swear by Yifang black sugar pearls, but these pearls come in a VERY CLOSE second and that says A LOT. I really recommend the drink in itself but personally I wouldn't waste my money on the bottle, buy the drink in full size and enjoy it!! Long story short, never have we experienced pleasant employees at that location. Giving them benefit of the doubt, we decided to return because it's just so close ... They're just extremely standoffish and what do you know, asked for pearls and they failed to put it in again! Anyway, totally over them and their terrible attitudes. One of my favourite go-to places for bubble tea on a Friday night. It's a spacious location and there's parking outside along the street. I usually order the Okinawa milk tea with pearls. The Okinawa milk tea is well flavoured with chewy pearls. I like that you have the option to choose the sweetness and ice level. I've also tried the tiger milk tea with pearls which is great if you're looking for a lot more milk and brown sugar flavour. Price for drinks is on par with other bubble tea places. read more

Five stars for Sharetea's mini pearls!!! Sweet, soft, tender and chewy... everything you love about tapioca pearls. The menu here is pretty much the same as most bubble tea shops, they have milk tea, fruit tea, fresh milk selections, blended drinks and crema milk (like cheese foams in other places). I personally like their Okinawa Milk Tea (which is roasted brown sugar milk tea), not too sweet even with regular sugar level, and of course with mini pearls added. Hubby got Kiwi fruit tea which is very refreshing, a little too sweet to his liking but I also enjoyed it. It's sweet with a touch of tanginess. They also offers varieties of topping from pearls, mini pearls, fruit jelly, red beans, etc. The shop is decorated very cute with pastel pink chairs, cute pinky animals. And very spacious compared to Coco or Yifang. Definitely my go-to bubble tea place in this neighbourhood now, because parking is a bit easier too. read more

Definitely my go-to bubble tea place. I go here once a week, sometimes more. No idea why I took so long to write a review! Furnishings are cute and aesthetically pleasing, they have a pastel pink theme with little decors on the tables. A good spot for mini photo shoots if that's your thing :p My fav drink is the Honey Lemon with Aloe vera, it's been my favourite for the longest time ever and I always order it. I even got my bf hooked on it as well, and he's usually into milk teas. I've tried a couple of their other fruity drinks, but the Honey Lemon has always been the winner for me. Plus, aloe is good for the skin ;) They have plenty of seating. A couple of outlets are along the wall, so it's the perfect place to just roll up with your laptop and finishing up assignments, while also getting your fix of bbt. It does still get fairly packed on Sunday nights because of this though, so I usually grab my bbt to go on those nights. read more

I came for pickup my order from Chowbus at Sharetea Kingsway location. The staff ask me wait and after 25mins, I ask them again about my order and they said wait them for 5mins. Ok I keep waiting but I saw 2-3 people they come after me but got the drink first. I ask one more time it almost 30mins, please double check my order, they talk their languages with eachother (Chinese) and they start check the order PLACE IN THE TABLE 40mins ago ( when I came i already see that order), and they give to me. Ok that my order and first thing they not sorry, they said they call my name but I didnt heard. Seriously???, I dont even receive my order is ready message from the app, and when I came to store, I already saw my drink in the table, but they still let me wait for almost 40mins. What the hell is this?. Then I said no you're not call my name and then they start sorry. I dont need that sorry?. Bad experience ever! Never comeback!
