New coffee shop in Station Square. This place is crazy busy. If you are planning to come here to hang out with friends than good luck finding a seat. The tables are somewhat dirty because no staff comes around to clean the tables. They have pastries, bagel and wraps for sale here. Seating are limited.

Nice addition to the newish area of station square where cactus club and earls are. I like how each building has its own parking garage. Street parking is also available but for only 30 minutes. The drinks and food availability are the same as other outlets. The iced tea is brewed in house and you can have it unsweetened. It is refreshing during hot summer days. I also like the seating arrangement here. The tables are tucked into little nooks and there is a long bar table with power outlets. Perfect for those who wish to work a little while having coffee and food. There is also a "one hour" limit to prevent people from hogging the space for the entire day. I like that there is a JJ Beans near me when I want my salted caramel crackle cookie fix. It is the best!

Nice new coffee shop in the Station Square area, across from Cactus Club. Parking is available in the surrounding lots. The spaces above ground are 1h, while the underground spots are 3h. The interior is modern. Pale interior with lots of wood. Electrical sockets are plenty, with USB plugs built in. Special mention. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ice coffee here is a wee bit on the pricey side. The non takeout drinks are now served in thick plastic cups. Coffee tasted a bit burnt. Kind of reminds me of Starbucks. Oh well.

I am so excited about JJ Beans' latest location ... finally in Burnaby! This location is right in the new Station Square area with plenty of parking and seatings. I got their Soy Latte and Apple Fritter, the perfect combination!

Me and my wife went there for coffee and snacks. It's good for our first time. The location is great and a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The services was good kind like Starbucks.

Great vibe a bit crowded and there was a strange guy who came in but it was pretty nice over all

It's nice to see a local Canadian coffee shop in the Station Square area. The lattes are tasty, but the muffins are dry and not fresh. Other JJ Bean locations have fresh, light, fluffy muffins, but not this one! There is a lot of natural light that comes through the windows, and there's free parking across the street.

    Barista bar.

We visited Coffee Loft for Nomsmag cherry blossom festival…read more What we got: Cherry Blossom Matcha with Cotton Candy Ceremonial-grade matcha with delicate cherry blossom sweetness, topped with a cloud of airy cotton candy that slowly melts into the drink. Ube Latte with Cold Foam Rich, nutty sweetness of purple yam blended with creamy espresso, finished with a silky layer of cold foam. Cherry blossom matcha with cotton candy has so instagram-worthy presentation! Not only it looks pretty, but alsoit tasted great! Strawberry puree and matcha paired so well. Ube latte with cold foam was good, too. Their espresso stood out and ube flavor came through later. I really liked their espresso which was strong and bold. Ube foam was very tasty. I really liked this item. Service was extremely good and friendly. I will revisit this place and would like to try different item next time

I'm conflicted with coffee loft. I love coffee. I love coffee shops. I love pastries. Coffee loft…read morehas all these, but it's just okay. To be clear, it's a great vibe inside. Plenty of seats for small groups and big groups. High ceilings make the location feel spacious. And it was busy with a lot of people. I think if I'm going to hang out with people, coffee loft would be a great spot. However, I don't think the coffee and pastries are particularly good. But of course, I'm a bit biased since these are the things I look for in coffee shops: the coffee. It's not bad. It's just okay. So in short, I think if you're looking for a place to hang, Coffee Loft is great! If you're looking for coffee or pastries, there are other places. Still worth visiting though!

The pastries are delicious and crafted so beautifully. I came here for hot chocolate festival and the flavours were spot on. A tad sweet but it's hot chocolate. I also tried their limited time sticky rice croissant which had all the umami flavours one could want! Texture of the croissant was crunchy, butter and full of flavour. Sadly, the sticky rice texture mixed with croissant was not the best. The service here is great. Staff are friendly. The only downside to this store is the way their line up system works. They have 2 store areas, connected by the till. It's a bit hard to pass through when there are people waiting in line to pay, waiting on line to order, etc. Just a bit of awkward spacing

It's always busy but today it looked quiet at random so stumbled in. So glad i finally decided to. Cozy cute cafe where you can study and bring your labtop/ introvert friendly or quick catchup with the girls / cute coffee date etc ... The cafe is currently participating in the hot chocolate festival too but i ordered a matcha latte along with a cruffin apple cheesecake and ooo it was so delicious and bouncy airy. The center had fresh bits of apple and there was a creamy cream cheese filling and you get this texture that's a combo of crossiant and muffin .. if you love apple or even caramel etc i think it would really suit your pallette. I will order some pastries to go next time when i have more time. Staff is super friendly and patient. They handled the loads of questions i had. Super clean place too. Free parking upfront and there's parking downstairs too.
